I DO NOT NOT RECOMMEND you taking your car here. If you care about your car, take it to a different shop. Im not going to say anything. I will let the pictures talk for themself. Poor quality work, poor prepping, poor panels alignment. It happened twice since i was having the same issue after their first repair. The paint and clear coat of my car its cracking and peeling like it was wrapped. Just DO NOT take your car there.
Excellent customer service. I received text messages throughout the whole process and if I ever had a question they responded in a timely manner. Even more important the work they did was amazing. You can even tell someone backed into my passenger side door. Thanks for us our professionalism and quality work!
They were supposed to order the matching rim to the one that was damage and they never did the job right!!! Different color rim, bad service. Bad customer experience and expectations. They just want to get money out of the insurance that’s all ..!!!

Good place
By far it’s a great place. The owner is very friendly and so is the staff. If you have Geico insurance you can leave your rental there. They take care of the rest. They are amazing. So professional and the place is spotless for an auto body shop. They have complimentary coffee for the guest and it’s a great location with lots of parking. It’s not in a busy street either. They are like a hidden gem 💎 love them
I just wanna say thanks for getting my car back on the road everything look great the windshield was the perfect fit after the glass was broken as well as hood damage they also fix headlight and clean up car very well cant forget fender it look excellent...my 2012 vweos convertible hard top look great👍
To begin with my car was sitting at Greenfield Auto Services for four days without any feedback. My insurance provider notified me that my car was there but Greenfield never put it in the system. I got my car painted and the paint started to peel off. I was told that they will fix my headlight only to find my other headlight out. My car went in with both headlights working, I don’t even know why they needed to fix it. There was no damage to it. They did not even complete the repairs because they claim to not have the parts. I paid full price and my insurance paid full price to have my car 100% fixed. I asked about the parts and he told me he doesn’t know when it will come but they will call me to bring my car in when they receive it. This is a major inconvenience. The Place Sucks: Stay Away !
This car repair shop looks very good and the scale is very large. The car insurance agents are all together. It really makes the customers worry a lot. The car dealers are also very dedicated. They will continue to ask for more compensation from the insurance company, but they all go in. Their own pockets, the repaired car is really unprofessional, my car has been more than 2 months, the repair is not good and some accessories have not been replaced, although they have given you a quality guarantee, but each time in the past Is shirking responsibility! Looking at the picture, they said that the new door is up and there is such a way that it will damage the accessories. The mouth at the bottom is so big. They said that all the buckles are on, they cant help? Did they forget that they had to go to the insurance company for repairs?
The staff is truly amazing! I just got my car back and it is perfect! They went above and beyond! Great costumer service, they definitely take pride in what they do... I cant say enough positive things about this place my experience was just wonderful. thank you!
Excellent customer service here! They have a very knowledgeable staff. When I got my car back from a sideswipe on the left side, the damaged areas looked brand new! I was able to see my reflection like a mirror on my doors!
Had my car repaired here after a minor accident. Smooth process from start to finish. They exceeded my expectations. Great agreement with local Enterprise. Nothing was stolen from my car when I picked it up 2 weeks later.

This place is amazing. So professional and courteous. They walked me through the entire process and all the forms very well. The in-house Enterprise rep was really nice too. I got constant SMS updates on the status of my car. And when it came time to pick up, they stayed late to accommodate my work schedule. Oh, and the car looks perfect. A+++++++
My experience with Greenfield Auto Services greatly exceeded my expectations. Amazing customer service. Fast response times to all my questions and the daily text message updates were extremely helpful in keeping me up to date. They did an amazing job on the repairs to my Audi. Would highly recommend.
I got my 2017 Camry repaired through Geico here. It needed fairly substantial work and I’m thrilled w the result. 1) Never sat in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. 5 minutes! 2) Quality of work excellent. 3)Service even better - they stayed open late twice to accommodate me, stored my car for 5 days when I couldn’t pick it up, answered their phones immediately, never passed me off, knew their stuff. 4) Work I thought would take 2 weeks took 4-5 days, 5)Geico tie-in flawless - no issues or back and forth etc w shop or insurance 6)enterprise rental experience right in shop! You can stop going to the dealer folks w their enormous wait times and complicated processes. I have never felt like I trusted a car shop. And I now trust Greenfield. Thanks guys! I will return for any future needs.**Update: the work fell apart a few weeks after.
Start to end, the entire experience with Greenfield was The BEST. All were Professional, Respectful, Informative, Timely with unbelieveable repair results. Still happy! Something l would have appreciated would have been an OFFER to repair and paint a few small nics in 1 area of the vehicle, while painting was already being done, although unrelated to the actual repair. ( for a separate fee of course) An upsale offer for the better of the vehicle works for me. However, 5 stars for the planned repairs.
Although they took a while to get the job done they did keep me updated and they did an amazing job on my car.
I had my car brought there after a hit and run back in June. The entire rear had to get replaced. When I got my car back the first time the blinker was not working and the bumper was out of place. I pointed out the bumper concern, some paint chips and I called when I noticed the blinker issues immediately. They tried to tell me that it was working when I left and the paint chips were already there. I had to bring the car back at an inconvenience to me. I asked for a courtesy vehicle and they told me “it’s not there problem.” When I got it back the second time I noticed a bunch of scratches all over my drivers side door like someone was trying to put the key into the door which you don’t need to do for my car, paint chips that were not there prior on the trunk and side of the car, and my trunk has to be pulled opened now it doesn’t just pop opened anymore more. The gentleman I spoke to was rude, condescending, and overall someone I would never speak to again. I am not happy with my services and will never be used this company again.
The work Body work done on two of my cars at Greenfield Auto Services in Newark, NJ was done very well and I highly recommend this Body shop. I give Greenfield Auto Services 5 stars because they do great work.
Their customer service has declined. I went there to have my vehicle repaired because Ive had two other vehicles repaired there. The claims adjuster for the insured that caused the accident had called ahead and provided claim information and also requested a part be ordered prior to my arrival to minimize my repair time. Several weeks later, I had to go in after calling three times prior to confirm the part was in only to find out no record of my claim was on file and the part was never ordered. They were very defensive, full of excuses and nonchalantly dismissed me as if I wasnt a paying customer. David even went as far to say that they do not deal with the customers, only the adjusters. Which is false! How else would you receive the claim information, vehicle to begin repair and payment, because I had the payment and all paperwork pertaining to the claim on hand. They failed to recognize that errors were made on their part nor were they willing to rectify the situation, which led me to leave and take my business elsewhere. I told them that I came from another state and they didnt care how they inconvenienced me. Poor customer service and my business and money can be serviced elsewhere.

Greenfield Auto Services did an amazing job with my 2011 Nissan Altima after being rear-ended. My car looks brand new. Id definitely recommend their services to anyone needing auto body repairs. The only thing Id suggest they do going-forward is have someone quality-check the vehicles before releasing it. Its not a good look when the customer has to come back for minor details that should have been checked prior to release. 🙂

Always late. received the expected date (which I told enterprise rental) got a text and a call that day saying one part wasnt ordered. (I wonder how every other part was ordered) and why geico sent me a letter with each part that needed to be ordered. (External part at thatPromises the part would be overnight shipped. Not only did their update texts stopped but I reached out to them NO RESPONSE! Real slick greenfield thank God for the Better business bureau and geico customer service. Bunch of deceiving liars AVOID THESE LIARS! If its not ready, tell me but dont avoid me because you deceived me.
