JPS Collisions is hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever been too! I have unfortunately been to a decent amount of body shops in the past due to accidents and what not and none of them compare to JPS. Not only was the staff super friendly and welcoming but they went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was going on and how long it would take and cost. They kept me updated every step of the way. Even during these times with Covid and things taking a little longer than usual they still managed to get my car done in a timely manner and when I got it back it looked better than when I first bought it! I was EXTREMELY happy with the work they did and will only go back to them if I ever need work done again. They also have an Enterprise rental car location located right from within their shop so when they take your car to repair you leave in a rental car if wanted/needed. I cannot say enough good things about JPS Collision. I would highly suggest going to them and telling anyone you know to go to them. You cannot go wrong with JPS Collision and their immaculate service and skill sets with fixing cars.

I dropped off my jeep and received an email the same day letting me know the vehicle was inspected and the parts were ordered. They emailed me and called letting me know any update on my jeep. A week later and my car was done and brand new !

The service was great from the beginning. I dropped my truck off, we did a walk through and a few hours later I got a call telling me the truck was taken apart and would be ready in a week. The next day I received a detailed quote of everything that would be done, and I was happy. The truck was ready when they said it would be, I picked it up, looked it over and it was perfection. Everyone was super kind from the beginning, no complaints here GREAT PEOPLE.

Car repair: Overall good experience only con was it was delayed by 5 days but other than that it was a pleasant experience. The front desk employee name Gaby was very helpful in answering my questions and kept me updated on everything.

JPS Collision does not disappoint! I was involved in a minor accident where my vehicle was rear-ended. Ive had body work done by JPS in the past and immediately I reached out to them. I am so pleased with their craftsmanship and their overall level of professionalism! They provided a detailed estimate of the work and finished the job early. They were courteous and friendly and a pleasure to work with. COVID protocols are maintained in the office. I was also impressed with how they pay attention to small but important details. They alerted me that my tire has a slow leak. They even washed my car. Exterior and interior! I wasnt expecting that but was so grateful! JPS is fantastic!!

The paper work process was very straight forward, scheduling an appointment with them is very easy they was able to assess the damage and submit over to the insurance company for approval, and I just drop it off after approval. They will take care of the rest and keep you posted. It was technically stress free and the reassurance from them was excellent. I highly recommend.

Came in to get my bumper and front license play Holder fixed on my 2016 Bmw 328i after someone back up into it. The team was friendly and professional and I had my car back within a few days, it really doesn’t get any better then that. JPS did an amazing job and I will definitely be coming back for any repairs I may need in the future!

I had a damaged bumper which was a different shade right from the factory, the cover was able to be repaired instead of being replaced. That saved me some money and when it was painted the shop would not stop until it was a perfect match. This is the only shop I deal with for good reason, highly recommend it to anyone is a perfectionist. They also have done a full restoration on a classic Volvo for me, truly appreciate the work they do.

This place had me and my wife standing there (with) an appointment for almost a hr, just to receive a RIDICULOUSLY priced estimate for a front bumper ( almost 5000)!!! Got it done for 2000 (professionally) avoid at all cost!

The finished job look shabby. Had to go back because wheel alignment was bad. Took to another place they told me tire rods were bad so they couldn’t do alignment. JPS never said that they charged for alignment anyway knowing it wouldn’t work. Went back now they saying I need tires, baring are bad whole suspension is bad. But never said anything when I picked up the car. Had to go bad and complain about the work to hear this. Will never go there again. Avoid this place!!!!!

Work they did was good fender and bumper were messed up real good. I appreciate the work they did on it, my only complaint would be to not trust these guys with anything in your car. I accidentally left my sunglasses in there just for it to magically disappear. Told management about it and it’s been three weeks. Just called today and informed them that i don’t care for the glasses anymore, that whoever took it can keep them since they obviously need it more than me. Was planning on bringing my car back to fix the rest of the damages on my car, but unfortunately I just don’t trust them anymore.

Honestly just every aspect of the experience was top notch. I chose them from the Infiniti certified repair shop link and then by proximity to where I live after I was in an accident of the other drivers fault. Although the other driver’s insurance company was a catastrophe, I truly couldn’t give a criticism to the shop. Comfortable wait area, polite and knowledgeable staff, worked with me on scheduling, pushed to get every repair rightfully paid for without sacrificing quality and just as importantly the car looks brand new now. Got into an accident early this month and my insurance sent me over to these guys, they were very professional and repaired my vehicle in a timely matter, it was even released back to me two day before the estimated finish date.
