A deer walked into the side of my car and disabled the air bags and also rolled down the side of my car. Between mid city and my insurance company. Everything was taken care of quickly. Would definitely take any of my vehicles there for work done

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with kindness and yet professionalism. From explaining what needs done to the finish. I was delighted to find my car had also been cleaned inside and out.

Someone rear ended us and we hit the car in front of us so we needed a lot of work done on our car. Mid City was so helpful and thorough. Always great customer service and the car looks brand new! They even deep cleaned the inside of the car for free. AMAZING SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were very happy with the repair performed after we hit a deer. Our car was returned looking polished and perfect and even the inside was spotless which we really didnt expect! Very happy with the service we received from Mid City.

First time ever using Mid City & they exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired. They helped me as soon as I walked in the door, were very to the point about pricing & got me scheduled immediately. They were 2 months pushed out but thats understandable because they do a good job so of course people want to sue them. They were worth the wait, my vehicle looked great after having someone rear end me. They put down a floor protector, wiped off my mirrors & swept my car. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided me! :)

First off I would like to start by saying I went to eight different body shops and they wanted to total this out I went to mid city auto body They treated me with nothing but respect and courtesy right when I walked in the door this place is absolutely amazing and help me out did complete repairs to my car under a week five days for the repair and they even went to the further extent to detailing my car in and out. It’s an amazing company very professional and courteous I would recommend them for any type of auto body repair that you need simply amazing people at the shop

Everyone I dealt with at this local business were both professional and friendly.My 2008 Pontiac G5 had some relatively minor front-end damage after someone backed into me in a parking lot. Not only were the repairs done on-time and on-budget, the work was impressive. Its a ten year old car but, after Mid-City did their work, it looks dang near showroom new. They went the extra mile on everything.Its isnt much fun to get into any kinda of accident. Its a process for sure. But, dealing with Mid-City was the easiest part of it all. From the office to the shop staff, it is clear everyone not only cares about getting the job done but, doing that job well.Super grateful to everyone there for their hard-work. I would NEVER go anywhere else for this type of service. I recommend Mid-City Auto Body most highly.

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would! From the people you meet in the office to the final product I am amazed! I took my car in for a dent in the side door. When I picked up my car the whole interior was cleaned and the exterior was so clean I though I had a new car! The rims were sparkling and the once foggy headlamps were clear and looked brand new!! WOW A++++++ Really Amazing!!

Mid City Auto Body recently repaired damage to the rear bumper of my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. The work was professionally done and Mid City was great in suggesting an alternate way to repair the bumper since this was not going to be an insurance claim. My experience with these folks was superb and I would not hesitate to go there again or to recommend them to my family and friends. Thank-you, Mid City, for a job well-done!

I used Mid City because they are a preferred repair shop with my car insurance and they have good reviews on Angies List. I was not disappointed. They had a very quick estimate, kept me updated thought the repair process, were very friendly and polite, and did excellent work on my car. It looked brand new when I got it back- they had cleaned the inside and outside. Hopefully I dont need body work again in the future, but if I do I will go to Mid City.

I recently had my car repaired at Mid City. I had to wait for a month to get the repair scheduled, but it was worth it. The repair was very, very good, but not PERFECT. The repair was so good, however, that it made the rest of the car, with its minor scratches and imperfections, look noticeably worse than the area that they repaired.My issue is not with the repair itself, but with something else. The battery in the car was noticeably weak when I started the engine in their lot. This condition never improved. I used my fancy tester/charger on it, but it only got worse over a few days. There was no electrical short or abnormal parasitic load of any kind.....it was just a 5-year old battery that was triggered to fail somewhat early by draining it. I dont know what they did to drain it, but they did something. I made Mid-City aware of all that happened, but there was no offer to make it right. It cost me $127.99 + tax for a replacement battery. This day would have come eventually, but they caused it to happen sooner that it should have. For that, I subtracted a star from an otherwise perfect review.

This place is great. I have been using them for all types of services not just body work. There are many things that go wrong in your vehicle, door locks dont work right, headlights are scratched and you cant see, seat belt dont work right. They do it all, and it is a great resource. Competitive prices and the service is exceptional.

Spotless and organized, these guys are experienced, friendly, and FAST! I hit and killed two deer a week before Christmas and needed a new front end. They were honest in informing me that the timing couldnt be worse, that a normal 3 day job could extend into a 3 week job because of getting parts in over the holidays. I turned my car in Dec 18, saw the insurance estimate the next day with a projected finish date of the 31st, got my car back the 23rd. I couldnt be more pleased with their effort, and the results! I found my go to garage, hopefully I wont need them anytime soon.

These guys did an amazing job fixing the damage from a neighborhood egging (they even fixed a large scratch on the same door which was not part of the claim). They cleaned my car inside and out and I am beyond impressed with the service I received. They were super professional and clearly very skilled in body work repair!

I stopped by yesterday with a slight ding in my car from scraping the car on the garage door. Upon inspection the gentleman asked me to wait a minute and he went back into the shop only to return a minute later with rags and potents. In less than 5 minutes all the garage paint was removed from the car, it was repolished and he adjusted the slight dent until it’s hardly noticeable. When I tried to pay him he said he allowed himself 1 good deed a day and I was it for the day. Believe me I’ll spread the word for everyone to use Mid Auto in Newark. Thanks so very much for making my day!!
