Excellent wine store and great experience with the staff. I didn’t get his name but the light haired man (maybe the owner) is very helpful and patient. One of the only times I feel like I have a neighborhood in crazy NYC is at Fidi wines!

Excellent store, never had a problem with staff, friendly to me... I guess you have to treat people the way you want to be treated .

It said it was the only place open until 11:00 in the neighborhood so I walked a pretty long way to get there. Arrived at 10:09. The guy there said they were closed from inside and laughed at me when I pointed to their store hours on the door. POS.

The owner is the only polite and helpful.The staff is unpolite and unfriendly.They didn’t wear the mask and they refused to wear it after my request. I will never come back. I’m sorry for the owner but maybe he should change the staff if he want to do well his business.

Manager needs to updates hours of store. Had us out in the cold at 10:10 pm when listed online and in the store window they close at 11 pm.

Great selection but the prices are ridiculous. Better places to shop. Someone below showed their “great selection of hard to find stuff”. Notice the prices are blurred out. That pappy is $30k and the wlw (weller) is $6k. That retails for $109. Price gouging at it’s finest.

DO NOT GO HERE. This is my first ever google review which really shows how much I hate this place. There’s too many OTHER wonderful wine shops in FiDi and manhattan than to waste your time at this place. Staff incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I needed to buy a nice bottle for my boss and they wouldn’t talk to me as I asked a single question. The whole staff spent the whole time huddled together talking about their holiday plans. Also- they couldn’t wrap the wine which is pretty standard when you’re buying a nice bottle of wine. VISIT ANY OTHER WINE SHOP. Unless you’d like to waste your money at an overpriced and unfriendly establishment (if you can call it that.)

So youre in the Financial District, youve had a long day and you want a good bottle of wine to relax with. Look no further than here. I came looking for some rum and found just what I was looking for. My visit was not completely smooth but that was mainly due to the customer before me receiving an unprecedented amount of advice on what bottle of wine he should buy to take to a friends dinner party. I did learn some things about wine in that 15 minutes so it was not completely wasted time. I cant complain as the gentleman left happy as did I having received an excellent bottle of liquor and having my overseas driving licence accepted as proof of age (which is not a generally accepted ID in the state of New York). Will visit again.

This place is a gem. Its still very young but the people there are eager to please and their selections keeps expanding. But whats super awesome is that they dont price themselves out of the markets, theyve got great deals at every end of the spectrum

The store is central to all in the Financial District, the space is wide open and its easy to find the bottle you are looking for unlike some liquor stores that are cluttered with all their merchandise in the walkways. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable in all thinks alcohol related and not. And on top of that all they also deliver....pretty damn sweet!

This is the place to buy pappy van winkle bourbon. They have it stocked on the shelves all the time and they have the largest collection of rare bourbons that I have ever seen!

Love this place. Usually get a cold Sauvignon blanc and a bottle of tequila. Without a doubt the lowest prices in lower Manhattan.

Great wine and liquor shop in north FiDi.Im not great at selecting wines, but the management at Fidi always has a great recommendation for under $20 that taste good.Good customer service, and make sure to go for their wine tastings which happen every week.
