The two women working made me feel like the only person in the world - they made everything fun and sexy, and helped me select the perfect items to try on.They assisted with fit and style, and were very open and patient. I enjoyed all of the items I tried, and selected a beautiful set I couldn’t be happier with. As for the lingerie itself, everything is of the highest possible quality with unique styles you can’t get anywhere else. I am especially impressed with the way mesh is used in their designs to aid in perfect placement of strappy details and support.We will absolutely be back. I am very disappointed about the customer service. I purchased a slip spending almost 600 dollars yet most of the associates made me feel extremely unwelcome. I am a younger costumer so I am assuming that is why the associates didn’t care to treat me with the same respect as others who were in the store, however, I was looking forward to buying something and was really happy until the main associate made me feel uncomfortable which sucked. Their products are beautiful but due to that treatment I will not be returning.

Of course the store is pretty and boudoir-ish looking, it’s quiet appealing. The merchandise is displayed nicely and everything is neat. Customer service could be better but once you start giving everyone around you an attitude and shell out enough money - everyone starts behaving much nicer. After all, the boutique offers what it shows on its window displays and quality is good

Best lingerie store in NYC. Love the complimentary paddle that came with my purchase. The sizes are different than normal US sizes, but the customer service is beyond compare and they make the experience super comfortable. Makes for the perfect treat for your new bae!

The outside was cool and edgy but once inside we were treated like second class citizens. the other couple there was catered to hand and foot and given great service. while we on the other hand were followed and looked down on by the older associate working as if we were teenage thieves. we no longer desired to shop here due to feeling that we just didnt belong there nor fit their standards. the selection was beautiful and well made though.

If I want lingerie, I head straight to AP in Madison - you feel like youre more incognito compared to striding into the department store lingerie sections. The services are fantastic the staffs are friendly and know how to treat the customer what they wanted.

Absolutely worst customer service. I had no idea you could not return things from the website into this store... It would be one thing if there is no way to get help me however I was just in need of a printer. I had tge original shipping box, the pink box, all the receipts and everything included. I just needed a printer... The girl the friend her tummy there is nothing they could do and surely there is a printing centre nearby... Took her advice and visited the nearest FedEx centre about 5 major blocks way.For whatever reason the new return company they are using had a pop-up that was blocked by FedEx popup window that told me not to worry because the shipping label would be emailed to me shortly. No label has been emailed to me I have contacted the company via website multiple times it cannot find a way to return my item, or get a response... Ive wasted over $500 and something I cannot wear. Please contact me!

I bought a swim for $360 before I paid I mentioned to the sale person who name is Ariana to make sure I get brand new top since the one I tried was dirty.... Five days later I opened the box to put my new swim on and go to the beach but it was a Huge Surprise The dirty Top was in my box!!! Huge dissatisfaction!!!

I felt there was a smaller selection here than online but was a nice visit.
