Ive never been in the shop but given the gifts my husband brings home from his visits to Journelle I give it 5 stars! Not only is everything beautiful (including the packaging!), I know that the staff are really helpful because, based on his past Amazon purchases, I am sure he did not pick out the pieces on his own!!!Thank you Journelle.
