Terrible customer service. After more than a 5 month delay on fixture shipment and multiple backorder notices, company refuses to pay for overnight shipping in order for us to meet our installation deadline. We will certainly take our business elsewhere for future projects. Sad that they value the $55 in their pocket more than building a profitable business relationship with our firm.
