Two times in the last five months I had to wait at the door, outside, while the security guy tried to find sales person to be available. The first time I ending up just leaving in frustration. The second time I just waited and finally got connected with Seiko (who is fantastic!). Like most luxury boutiques in the pandemic, they now only allow you in with a dedicated sales person. The problem is that they have very few people working here! Love the brand, but if you’re going to have this policy, please hire more people!!

The two women associates didn’t greet us and followed us around, as if we would steal. Would not recommend patronizing a store that thinks it’s ok to discriminate or have employees who discriminate against people for the color of the skin.

First day and the impressions were spectacular. All the employees were very sweet and the sales associate was knowledgeable about both the space and the collection in store. Clothes were fantastic of course and the actual store itself is beautiful. Job well done!

Amazing leather products!

Had a great experience at Loewes new SoHo store. For those who arent familiar with the brand, they are world renowned for their exceptional leather goods, being of Spanish heritage compared to Frances Hermes or Italys Valextra.The place itself was spacious and tastefully decorated, par the course for Loewes particularly unique aesthetic. The store itself was well stocked with all sorts of products, with the bags and small leather goods being standouts; the new Willem de Morgen collection being held mostly in the top floor of the store.Id been eyeing Loewe leather goods for a while now, but never got the chance to get a feel for them in person until now. The staff are definitely the best part about this store, as they were ever friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped into the store. Definitely worth a visit to take a look at their spectacular leatherwork even if you havent heard of the brand before.
