Awful service, needed help getting some shoes lady was more concerned in upselling than helping me. When I finally got my order they needed to ship it from another store, lady told me they’ll have a tracking number for me that same day, it’s been 3 days and still haven’t heard from them. Better shopping elsewhere worse experience ever
Very disappointed as how LV employees treat their potential customers. Last week Wednesday, I went to this store after work trying to see if they have the bag I am interested. I work in Healthcare, and finally can go back out and enjoy my days post the height of pandemic last year, I have decided to treat myself with a LV bag. I showed up to the store with my casual after work wear, this security guy standing in the middle of the door, he greeted me and asked if I have a product in mind and he can check for me. I showed him the bag on phone, he searched it in his tablet and said they dont have it in store nor online and not sure when will be restocked. That was the end of it. He still blocking the door, not offering to let me in nor if I want to see other bags they have in store. From a business perspective, it blew my mind that he didnt even offer the options. I could go in to the store and see something else I like that I would buy. But no, none of that. I got blocked and filtered out right at the door. Maybe the way I dressed was too casual to their standard? Nowadays, you cant judge someone by how they look. Surprised LV still doesnt that. I have other branded bags, was thinking it would be nice to have a LV too, but now I have to think twice about it. LV, you need to work on your customer services! Good luck.
Awful service. 4pm Memorial Day- i asked for a particular monogram pochette but this lady is so not welcoming already, even if i waited for 45 mins to be accommodated. If she knows her job she could even offer me something else that may interest me and buy it anyway. But no, shes so unkind. Girl, you survive because of consumers like me, treat every single customer as gold. Treat every person with respect.

I bought a bag at the store on 1st March, requested for it to shipped to nj. The experience in store was good. Realized that they have billed me for the wrong bag on 2nd March after I saw the name of the bag on receipt. I called the number on receipt, turns out it was a call center customer care number, I informed them so that they can ship the correct bag. Customer care said that store would call me back to resolve the issue. No call. Called customer care again next day, no call back. Today is 4th day since i called, no call back. At this point I am thoroughly frustrated with the lack of service. I will probably have to go to the store after I receive the bag to return it, could have been avoided had they bothered calling back in time. I am also concerned as to why they billed me for the wrong bag in the first place., giving them the benefit of doubt that it was an honest mistakeUpdateThey finally called me, and refunded the excess money and sent the correct bag. So bumping to three stars

Poor customer service. The lady at the checkout was rude and very unprofessional. I tried to buy a bag and asked her about the price, she told me the price without tax, and when I asked her about the total price she told me the % of tax and said to use my calculator.I left the store without a purchase. Such a service scares off customers and adversely affects the reputation of the brand. I would not recommend to anyone else to go there.

DO NOT purchase from this store! Terrible experience at the store for an exchange on a bag. Clearly the store didnt appreciate an exchange over a new sale and made the bag I took a final sale. Took the bag home and noticed a major colour difference but the Store Manager, Susie wont allow an exchange past 2 weeks and wont allow a store credit on a brand new bag! The bag I now need exchanged isnt even available before the 2 week deadline, so it seems Im stuck with a bag that I dont want. This isnt even part of Louis Vuittons full return/exchange policy! Worst customer service experience ever had!!
Had an issue with a Tambour watch, the staff wasnt helpful at all. We Ubered to LV at Saks 5th Ave, and the issue was solved momentarily. We realize that LV at Brookfield Place might not carry watches but the overall helpfulness of the staff was nonexistent.
This is where I purchased my Pochette Metis in Mono in February. The ambiance is more laid back than your typical LV store.
Came in from the rain and they offered us towels. Love the staff.
