Took a ride in-to the City for my Son, to visit the store... Great selection of hats... so many variations and colors... many exclusives. Line was LONG! However w/ a Reservation; we made it-in within 20min. Very reasonably priced! My Son purchased 6x hats all the colors he wanted. Very Friendly and Knowledgeable guys. Fun atmosphere outside; Pin Swaps, Collectors, etc. makes for a fun day!

They have a nice variety here and the staff is cool, so I give this a 5 out of 5 stars.

Horrible customer skills.So we went with my family to this store because of my son. (He loves fitted hats).As many of the stores there is a line where you have to wait until customers come out so another ones can get in. Wait in line is not the issue. The issue for me at least was the person who was taking care of the line. He was so rude. Around 12 customers came out amd he didnt say anything and there we were waiting for him to let us in. He was doing something inside the store but at least what I was expecting was a could you guys wait a little more on the line? But nothing. I went to the door to see what was happening and he just say mam please get out and then he start to yell at me because I was upset saying that the store wasnt his and that what you want me to do about it. So rude! I guess here in New York not all but a lot of people from here its really rude. What this people forget is that without customers, there is no business.

Visited the store for my first time and it was just a dope atmosphere especially the associate FRANKIE, he was so dope and cool as hell and helped me with everything. When you guys go don’t forget to ask for Frankie, you will not regret it he’s the best!

Always a vibe, great place to shop and look for fitteds. Highly recommend if you’re in the NoHo area

Horrible customer service. They don’t even say hi when you walk in. Employees are stuck up and entitled. The fake “security guard” outside was on the phone with his friends the whole time instead of letting us go inside after 6+ people walked out. Go down the block to Capsule (by laced up) hats instead.

Horrible company. They cancel your online orders because they think you’re a bot. You get penalized I guess for being “too quick” but if you slow down, you strike out and it sells out. This doesn’t make any sense. Then you try to contact customer service and they’re not help at all. I’m so mad right now I can cry. This isn’t fair to any customer.

All the employees steal the hats before the release so regular customers don’t have a chance to buy .it’s horrible a lot employees hold hats for there friends and let them skip the line and then there own employees turn around to sell the hats for 400 and the employees are rude what type of company is this

My husband love these hat and has spend over $1000s of dollars on the site. We went to visit the store and one of the staff because of me does not know how close he was to getting badly hurt, for being so rude. My husband was so close, I only gave it 3* because how much my husband loves Hatclub.com . Do better

Every time I come with a reservation time, they make you wait 30-40 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before you’re allowed in because they accommodate the walk in line even when they say there are no walk ins specifically on Sundays. Has happened twice already on Sundays.

It’s very sad that I have to leave this review being that I absolutely love the products. That being said, I love customer service even more & the customer service here is absolutely garbage. I have an order that’s been in “transit” for two weeks now. One of my orders came smashed In. I reached out to the customer support reps and I was told that they would send the rest of my shipments (5) via FedEx ground. I thought great, they are taking care of their customers. NO. They continue to send my packages via usps hence my package never arriving. I continue to email, email, & email, call, call, & call. I have yet to get a response back or answer to my numerous voicemails left. I really would love to rectify this as I have already spent the money for my hats but how is this suppose to happen when they don’t get back to you?!

Really want to like this place cause they got cool stuff and great price, but no matter how friendly or polite I try to be every time the staff acts like they can be hardly bothered to look at you and god forbid you dare burden them with a question or even the slightest attempt at conversations. I have also experienced like other reviewers that the store will sometimes not open hours after the store hours advertise as their regular business hours with no explication. Honestly unprofessional attitudes like this make me wonder why bother?

Not open and terrible customer service

Trash website, trash customer service, trash overall experience. They know the hype behind their product and instead of doing preorders so everyone can get a hat they release it to bots so consumers have to over pay.

Recently opened after their previous location closed. Great selection of street wear caps. Options range from Yankees to hip hop brands. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff. Prices are moderate ($3 or $40) and they do have some (actually nice) things on sale.Some brands they offer include BRXTON, Diamond, DOPE, and Herschel.After one visit this is one of my favorite retail stores.

Great choice of hats - classical ones as well as original - for everyone (men, women, children), but poor service... not nice with the questions we asked about sizes. Talking about us with his colleague whereas we were still in shop (were not americans but we do understand most english conversations...). Not a good shopping experience for us.

Decent selection of hats, very small spot. More on the trendy side, if you are just looking for a basic team hat to wear youre better off at New Era or Lids near by.
