Teressa is truly amazing and such an artisan. I get so excited every time I add a hat to my collection! I’ve even gotten one for my mother and she absolutely loved the virtual design experience of being able to create her own personalized luxury handmade hat. While another reviewer stated lack of customer service, Terressa and her team are beyond amazing at accommodating any requests and customizations! My husband and I are huge fans and supporters of her amazing small business. Like everyone these days with instant gratification, we all need to sit back and wait ... maybe a month for Teressa and her team work their magic in HAND MAKING your hat. It’s not a secret that her hats are beautiful. But Teressa Foglia customer service is absolutely horrible. It’s such a shame that their service doesn’t match the product. It’s clear this brand picks and chooses the type of person they want to sell too.They do not care about retaining customers and they use the “we are a small business and don’t have a customer care team” as an excuse to ignore order inquiries and delay replies.The best thing they can do is hire a customer service team- the designer should stick to designing because she is rude and entitled and doesn’t value her clients.Goodluck shoppers!
