Called to ask a question and they just simply hanged up

Ive been refining gold with Silver Gold Refinery for over 4yrs now. Their service is very easy and fast. I never had a problem with them. i call in advance and lock-in the gold price with them. Upon arrival they check my gold and silver items, then they pay me on the spot. Ive even mail in my items via Fedex when i couldnt make it in and they paid me the next day. Overall they are 100% trustworthy and honest no matter what anyone says. Try them yourself and see the positive results.

What an amazing service! Roni is the nicest man, and although he is obviously wholesale for most of his business, he is perfectly happy to spend time with a tourist finding exactly what you want from his vaults and charging you better rates than anyone else. He explained everything to us and chatted away to his colleagues in several languages. He is obviously doing what he loves and doing well at it through sheer hard work. We would definitely go back to him next time were in manhattan.

ED KAY ceo at NEW YORK GOLD REFINERY e-mailed me hw would give me 2500 dollars for 15 pieces of gold 113 grams I weighted it myself I sent it insured mail through the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE for 2500 dollars ON 7/30/2014 it arrived ON 8/2/2014 I called ED KAY and told him to return all 15 pieces 113 grams ED KAY returned 10 pieces 47 grams ED KAY kept 66 grams 5 pieces HAVE filed complaints with UNITED STATES POSTAL INSPECTORS NEW york STATE attorney GENERAL NEW YORK CONSUmER PROTECTION ED KAY kept 1500 dollars
