I had an ongoing technical issue regarding an app on my IPhone, spoke with customer service and was connected to the highest of the high to resolve the issue and unfortunately, the problem was not resolved & no one followed up with the issue as I was told. However, I walked into a local T-Mobile store and received the highest level of customer service from Jesus Brito. He was a great listener, fast-thinker, knowledgeable and miraculouslyβ¦.THE PROBLEM SOLVER!!!!! My issue regarding the app has been solved thanks to the amazing T-Mobile super star Jesusβ¦.literally, THANK YOU JESUS!ππ½ππ½β€οΈ

I went for an early phone upgrade. l was having some difficulties that was preventing me for getting a new one. It was a complicated situation. The moment l arrived to the store JESUS was the customer service person that helped me, he was very kind, he went above and beyond trying so hard to help me, good attitude, always smiling, very nice. I was very upset with the situation and he didnt stop trying making phone calls, waiting a long time on hold to get an answer, calling the Manager Ace to get answers, Ace was also very helpful . It was a pleasure to come to this store to find someone that saw my frustration and tried soooo hard to help me. This is to me a real amazing customer service. JESUS is a good example of what is a real customer servive. Thank you soo much see you soon.
I wanted to buy a cell phone and went to this location at 7:25 pm the site closes at 8pm according to the hours displayed on the window and according to google. when I arrived the door was closed with employees inside when I asked them to let me in the employee shook her head. I informed her that it wasnβt even 7:30 yet and the store closes at 8 she ignored me continued to look for some keys and ran to the back of the store never to come back out. I was going to purchase a new iPhone 12. I guess the owner will miss out in my money and I will be reporting this to the corporate office. This store is by far the worst T-Mobile I have ever been to they lie to get you to buy merchandise in order to get their commission they sign you up for stuff that you arenβt aware of when you are opening a newAccount or making a purchase and then to top it off they have horrible customer service . The owner of this store should cut his loses close the store and hire an all new staff o and they are constantly playing offensive and explicit music while there are children in the store

I only like to go when Ralfi is there, every body is to slow always with one customer like for 1 hr, I was there for like 2hrs and nobody see me they said like 30min and I go out to do something else and they took me out to the list, I go back when Ralfi is there.!

I finally found a sales person that was helpful and friendly. After years coming to this store. Sales person was transferred to another store how can i find out where are they now. Is horrible how they just switch people around.
This is so far the WORST T Mobile store Iβve been to. Their costumer service is awful. Avoid this place like the plague and instead walk a few more blocks to the store on 207th and Broadway. Itβs a smaller store, but their staff is way more professional.

I pre ordered the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G on Feb. 28, 2020 on line with the assistance from Eric. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Eric instructed me to bring in my new S20 when I received it, he would help me set it up. I received my new S20 on March 3, 2020. Shipped express by UPS. March 4, 2020 I came back to T-Mobile for assistance from Eric but he did not arrive to work yet. Fellow coworker Dahyana was more than happy to assist me in his place. She was phenomenal, patient, understanding, knowledgeable I could go on forever. She literally sat with me for almost 2 hours setting up my new phone. She even took a picture of me holding up my new S20. This was actually my first experience at this T-Mobile location I am so happy I came in and it was a wonderful experience thank you T-Mobile and your staff very much.

While waiting the representative named Rabel skipped me and made me wait after, he made me feel as if he didnβt want to help me which made me feel very uncomfortable. He lacked in his costumer service experience he shouldnβt be in the business.
This place is great to get what you need, the staff is helpful and will get what you need done to make sure you are happy with the service.
