Friendly staff and quick service. We printed out our fliers for our fundraising event here and also made T-shirts with our logo! When I asked if theres such a thing as waterproof posters so that we can advertise our organization, they printed a banner for me that helped us get a lot more volunteers. They have everything you need and I am an ardent customer. Would 100% recommend over any other copy shop

$2.70 for a print when a copy is about $0.15 is quite excessive in my opinion.No computer rented, just handed flash drive, cashier printed and handed the paper to me. No receipt.At least the cashier was nice.My bad, should have read the comments before and asked the price upfront.

Service was as expected, but overpriced. They charged me twice the price of FedEx service costs for a package delivery.

I had my most recent passport photograph taken at Best Copy & Shipping on the corner of Broadway and West 101st Street in Manhattan, and it cost substantially less than other nearby places that would have charged $15+ tax.In addition to reasonably-priced photocopy services, either color or black and white, there is a shipping service for FedEx and DHL, and an area of flat-screen computers for Internet services for tourists or those without a computer at home.Best Copy & Shipping provides good services at reasonable prices, and the place is clean and quiet.

Super clean inside. I felt safe using the computers to print something. Yeah, the price per page is a little high, but they give discounts on bigger amounts, and for the convenience of not having a printer at home, Ill gladly pay.

Whatever I need, they always come through.If I need to download something, print it, copy it, fax it, or any other office task that I cant perform at home, Best Copy helps me get it done. The equipment is all in good condition. The work gets done promptly and right, the first time.The guys who work there are always very polite and very eager to help. Service is excellent.The only shortcoming is that they are a little pricey. Granted, they are paying Upper West Side rent, but they are more expensive than other places.Nevertheless, they get it done right and they are a pleasure to work with.Trustworthy!

Wonderful place! Needed last minute printing the day before the day wedding, they were extremely helpful and kind! They gave us a very generous discount and were attentive to all of our wishes! We will definitely use hem again in the future and recommend them highly! :)

Went to print 30 copies of a colored page. Light amount of color but color nonetheless. When I asked for a price..... $32! Went to on staples website to get it printed $16 before the coupon. My total at Staples was under $12. This is why you go out of business, ripping people off does not help local business!

The worst place to deal with, worst costumer service, the owner is super rude and always try to over charge you for the service, every time gives a different price for the same job! It’s a joke. Honestly don’t even know how this place is still in business. Don’t go there!!! There is a place 2 blocks away, do yourself a favorite, skip this one and go to the next block over.

I had an important poster to print out, a Christmas gift. The owner of Best Copy was so helpful and worked with me to get it exactly right. Really happy this business is in my neighborhood.

My printer ran out of toner just an hour before i needed to leave the house. I called Best Copy and emailed them the documents I needed to print. When i got there, the copies were waiting for me and shockingly the price was WAY LESS than I thought it would be. Id totally recommend this place.HOWEVER, they relocated to a place close by...I think they should update their website and this page immediately.

I came here after an awful experience with the ups store on 92nd Broadway, and Im so glad I did!!!! The staff were extremely helpful and literally made shipping my oversized package a breeze for a good price!!! I live in fidi now, but Im definitely coming back to the upper West side for any shipping needs because they were such a pleasure to deal with!

Costs here are pretty high. Youd be better off buying your own printer for normal printing of black and white or color paper.

OVERPRICED & ripping people off .. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO COPY EXPERTS ON 90th & BROADWAY .: Guy was about to try to charge me $2.17 for one piece of paper printed out. They don’t tell you that you could only use the computer for minimum 10 minutes and they will charge you for the full 10 minutes even if you used it for 1 minute. Horrible customer service. Never going back.

DO NOT PRINT PHOTOS WITH THEM. I had a pre-made passport photo printed (6x4) and they charged me over $10 for a pixelated and unusable passport photo. They blamed the image quality. I sent that same image to walgreens, paid 36 cents and got a perfectly good passport photo! Also prices are very opaque. They type a bunch of numbers into a calculator and show you the total without breaking down why the price is significantly higher than advertised. AVOID AND DO WHAT YOU CAN ONLINE
