Rich at Graphic Labs was a life saver! I had a botched print job from another printer that was supposed to go out to the client the following day - I called Rich at 5PM on a Friday, and he worked all day on Saturday (!!!!) to fix the other printers mistake and troubleshoot with me. Not to mention that the reprints came out beautiful. His kindness and professionalism was exactly what I needed, and Im so grateful for Graphic Lab and Rich!

Graphic Lab did an amazing job for me printing a full color photo on the back of a technical running singlet for the New York Marathon last year - really fast turnaround and the image looked perfect. They gave me a quote over the phone, and really paid careful attention to the shirt I provided when I brought it in, looking at where the image would sit - and the results were fantastic. Id happily recommend them for whatever you need printed on whatever material - they clearly know their stuff!

Fantastic experience this morning! Im traveling in NYC for work this week and urgently needed to print out a few posters at the last minute. I wanted to use a small local business and NOT a Fedex/Staples type of operation, so I googled and found Graphic Lab since it was near my hotel. Graphic lab has the ability to print any type of project you could possibly think of. T-shirts and apparel printing and embroidery plus printed matter. The owners are very experienced and know what they are doing and are super friendly and helpful in order to fix any print issues you may have. Its definitely my go to place for all my printing needs. Its great for rush jobs and nice to see the project in person instead of ordering online and not knowing what things will look like until you get it in the mail. Graphic lab rocks - 100%! Graphic Lab is not just great at what they do, they’re great to work with. They are incredibly flexible, their machines are color calibrated to a T, they have an amazing array of services, and I would literally never work with anyone else but them for my short-run print projects, posters, banners, gigantic prints, all that good stuff. And if you need something on the double, they will do backflips to get your job to you on time. I’ve been working with this team since 1994 and I recommend them to all my friends.

I see varied reviews here, heres my experience: tried calling for business cards, and spoke with someone named Rick. While I appreciated his referral towards what I currently needed I did not appreciate his demeanor towards the end, when I was trying to plan ahead for future dealings(get a quote).I dont know if it was candor or a starting loss of composure; first time I called, while he stated it was due to disconnection, I believe(again believe) I was hung up on after he concluded I would not currently be making a purchase. Second time I called, I expressed my dissatisfaction (to see that maybe it was indeed a misunderstanding). When I tried to plan ahead and get a quote for my desired future services, he stated(again stated) that he was growing frustrated with me, and that he does not have time to deal with me. After which I took the liberty of ending the call myself this time. Both of these conversations together took place in a matter of at most 1 minute and 30 seconds(0 to 100?). I read several previous reviews speaking of the poor customer service, I would have to agree with these reviews.As I read all of the reviews I give this place 2 stars (rather than 1) only because I was not a customer(but now I will never be), and because he at least gave me a referral. My advice is if you have to use this place, with no other option, then know what you want. Have a guess at how much you need and have it (because evidently the employees dont want to tell you the worth of their services unless you guess correctly and have the money ready). Evidently they are quick with their service, but I wouldnt know. I honestly only wrote this review due to spite towards his attitude.*Many establishment could take a page from Apples ideas of management and service, which basically revolves around a pleasant customer experience, hell, they tell their employees this. And it makes it pleasant and easy for both customers and employees. This was not pleasant*

I was blown away with how calmly they dealt with my last minute request, how reasonably the work was priced, how quickly they got it done, how great the finished product turned out, and most importantly, how kindly the staff treated me. The amazing people there, Chris, Jocelyn, Adam, and the rest, they made a miracle happen by getting designs on a Wednesday afternoon, receiving my items on a Thursday morning, and printing the designs by Thursday afternoon so I could have them ready for that evening. They even printed one item I brought over in the afternoon while I waited to save me a trip, and could tell how important these items were to me. I am so thankful for their support via chat, email, phone, text, and in person; their professionalism throughout the process; the affordable price; and high quality work. Service is great! I came in the morning and asked to print a 24*36inch poster. An elderly gentleman had my poster printed immediately! It took me no more than 20 min to have the poster and leave with 100% satisfaction!

Chris and his team specialize in last minute jobs, I thought, but in fact, the company is so fast and good at what they do, that it almost feels like a last minute rush because it happens so quickly. Giving this location one star is actually far too generous. This location is close to my job so I was ECSTATIC about finding it. I was paired with Adam. I gave him my denim vests and design; the final result looked like cheap plastic. So we agreed that he would try a new technique. I was told that it would be a 2-3 week turnaround time. LIES! It took a month for Adam to even begin working on my order. This was concerning because I only asked him to do one vest (we were testing out the new technique before we committed to printing on all of her merch). First of all, the end result still looked horrible and he messed up our request. He agreed to do a total refund; great I guess, he didnt seem to care one way or the other. I went to receive my refund and the manager/owner was rude and unprofessional. He called my vests junk and basically threw it aside. He debated me on my refund, even though I showed him my correspondence from Adam confirming the refund, he said Im not reading that! He yelled at me and was very disrespectful. I never raised my voice or spoke out of turn, so it was uncalled for. Bottom line, dont waste your money.

Graphic Lab is as good as it gets. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and use them for everything. I am always impressed with the quality of work and Chris will go above and beyond to look after customers. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and the speed of work turnaround unbeatable. I love this Place!After being highly disappointed with the service I received at a different place I brought my items to Graphic lab and Im glad I did. I needed the items embroidered right away. I was told it would take about a week..it took 2 days. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

Exchanged emails with Richard Campisi. He was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. When I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere he was shocked. The price he quote me was $25 more expensive than anywhere else I’ve looked.

Carmine totally saved the day!!! We should have gone here first and will definitely go back again. Totally wasted our time with Kinkos, Staples and another print shop trying to get holiday cards printed. We originally ordered from Staples on a Monday and by Friday our order was still out for print in Minnesota. How in the world Staples, of all places, in Manhattan, of all places, couldnt get this done on site and on time is beyond me. After running around trying to get these cards printed, Carmine at Graphic Lab had them done in less than 2 hours. After hours of calling and running around, nobody else had the right paper in stock or could get it done until the next day. Our holiday cards look great and they totally held true to their word about getting it done in a “New York minute”! I would give an extra star if they had the envelopes...maybe next time :-)

This is a review for their embroidery service. This place is a rip off and completely incompetent. I wanted to give them about 10 pieces of clothing to be embroidered so I naturally started with one piece to see if they would screw it up and of course they did. They gave me a digital proof to verify the spelling of my name and the color of the threading, etc. it all started off well, but thats where it ended. After verifying all of this they asked for the money in advance which was a ridiculous amount of money, about 50 dollars, which included extra payment to make a digital proof, absurd. About 4-5 days later I went to pick up the item and they misspelled my name!!! Why charge me for a digital print and then screw it up, really!?! So I let them know and they said they would correct it. About a week later I go to pickup the item and for some reason there was a brown area that looked like burned fabric around the name and the fabric was completely pilled. I have no idea how this place had good reviews, they are incompetent, they ruined a $100 piece of clothing and charged $50 to screw it up, now Im out $150 and wasted more than 2 weeks of time, good thing I didnt give them all 10 items or I would have had a serious problem. DONT GO HERE FOR ANY KIND OF EMBROIDERY, EVER!!!

Never wrote a review before but had to for these guys. I worked with Rich Campisi and he couldnt have been more helpful. I had a million questions and he answered every one of them, including many that were off-hours. They promised to do everything in a fairly quick timeframe and then they beat every deadline by days! I would absolutely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone that needed team embroidery, printing, etc.

Today, August 15th, I drove from Queens to Midtown Manhattan.All I had was an idea of what I wanted. I had sketches, papers, flash drives sat down with Rich and in about an hour, he created my project!He didnt take my stuff and just regurgitate something back to me. We sat together and throughout the process asked my opinion. He was so pleasant to work with. He told me if I had an additional 15 minutes he would print it so I wouldnt have to return to Manhattan. How thoughtful & great customer service.This is so NOT Fedex/Kinkos. I tried that first. If youre not getting what you want, never settle. This company is a group of talented professionals with great customer service and fast turn around time. Its worth the trip. I was in a panic to fix my daughters headshots for an audition and I was calling from out of town. I know I made Carmine crazy with all the trouble I was having on my end. The headshots were perfect! The price was very reasonable and they were ready within hours!
