What a look into the future! This was so easy to just scan in, pick your stuff and walk out. The selection of foods and meals was excellent! And the quality of the items was superb as well. Blue Apron style boxed dinners ready for you to take home and prepare. Plus all the usual common items youd want when shopping out of the office for sundries. And, the prices are very good for the locale. Great job, Amazon. Hope this expands to rest of the country.

The technology truly is amazing. Walking in and walking out in one minute or less is no problem at all. Be aware: this place is small, like super small. Their selection is very limited and therefore you really are in and out in a minute. Its still awesome to try out but dont expect to be making your weekly shopping here. Make sure you have the app before heading in.

Convenient location right on Park Ave, centrally located near Grand Central Terminal. My first experience at an Amazon Go store. The layout was pretty simple and small, but has a good selection of foods and items. This location, since my last visit recently, has the cute orange reusable bags... get them while theyre still available! Oh and did I mention the staff is super friendly?

Very easy to use. Once you have installed the app and selected your payment method you then just scan your QR code at the gate, grab what you want and then just walk out of the exit gate. You will then receive your receipt which shows what items you have purchased.Can’t wait to see more of these stores and see if other supermarkets launch something similar.

An amazing experience here. Scan and walk in. Shop whatever you want and walk out. It will charge your card on file in Amazon app. Prices are a lot cheaper than other stores. Wheelchair accessible entrance and exit, clean place, friendly staffs on site.

All of the thrill of shoplifting without doing anything illegal. The first time I tried it, I was sure that I was going to be tackled at the exit for walking out without paying, but it was quite refreshing afterwards to just see the receipt pop up on my phone without waiting in line for someone to make awkward small talk and fumble around to scan my items. Now I look forward to the complete lack of human interaction and wish that more of my life was this efficient and socially distant.

Not what I was expecting. Too complicated to shop here. I prefer a nice old fashion check out with a actual human at the counter.I dont know how they pay their rent. This place was empty.

I was really pleasantly surprised this worked in exactly the way it was meant to. Really easy to sign up, get items and leave. I found it quite fun to shop here. Staff were friendly. Choice of products quite basic

The future of shopping is right here. The staff was nice and helpful, and the store has plenty of items. The food is tasty and there is a wide variety. Would recommend.

Be aware I just looked at an item, put it back on the shelf and was charged for it..... check you receipts!

Price here is quite reasonable.I guess it must be the good result of cutting off the labor cost.They also have Starbucks inside.

It was a very interesting experience! Since there is a QR at the entrance, you need to download the app. I have an Amazon account, but if Im not American, Im going to create a new account. Register your name, address, etc. and credit card information and youre ready! Holding the QR code of the app over the gate and entering the store ^ ^ shopping bags are free, so there is nothing to buy much, so I put two in a bag and I put out a scary gate! The receipt was seen in the app in a few minutes! Because it is a real shop, it is a strange feeling that you do not pay because it is an online payment. But later you can see what you bought on the receipt and there is no stress anyway. Very good system for convenience stores that lack labor. I am looking forward to when Japan can do it!
