A true test of how strong a businesses customer service is how they respond when something goes wrong. Had to go back a few times to fix a wifi card issue. Knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. Came away with a very good experience.

Can we give more stars to this guys! Just picked up my Macbook Pro 13 today and I couldnt be more thrilled with the price and results. Long story short I had my macbook in my bag and my water bottle leaked causing water damage to the backlight. Apple wanted to charge $850 to completely rebuild the computer with at 90 day warranty which I was told was policy on how they handle computers with water damage. Basically they told me at that price I might as well just buy a refurbished laptop of my model. I found 43st macbook repair shop NYC and decided to give them a go based off of the reviews and close by my office. They diagnosed my laptop within a day free of charge and let me know what needed to be done. Essentially the chip that controlled by backlight needed replaced which require replacing the logic board. The cost was around $350 including tax and included a 1 year warranty. Needless to say I was much more impressed than what Apple quoted me. Computer is back to normal and for fraction of the cost! they also fix all iphone screen for under 25 mins with such reasonable prices ! go to them

Good local service I must admit I found MacBook Repair shop NYC on yelp, and they gave me so much info about my repair I had to going in and have a sit down with themI cracked my lcd but I also lost my apple logo it stop bootingThey replaced my lcd screen and restore Mac OS X whitout lossing any of my dataThank you guys :)
