I sent my computures 3 weeks ago. after 1 week, no udpates and I called, someone told me the part i need to fix my computer didnt get shipped for whatever reason, so they ordered another one. 1 week later, no updates and i called again, guess what, the second machine is still not shipped and nobody knows why. Poor communications and completely helpless service. People there have good attitude but can not solve your problems. Good people but dont solve your problems. sad.

I have a rather sophisticated property w a complex WiFi system, all house- surround and a very nice movie theater- all of it 16 yrs old and barely working.I researched to find the best syatems people out there and LBM is fantastic. They came in with an incredibly reasonable price, were quick to turn the job around and we haven’t had problems since. They are so good and reliable in general we are having them upgrade our home theater system with plans to upgrade the whole house at a later date.If you want superior quality and service- Boris, Bill, Ronnie, Sasha- they are all fantastic. One of the many reasons to support local businesses!I got a quote to fix my Apple laptop from Best Buy just to see what I was looking at, and the Geek Squad rep told me it would be a MINIMUM of $600... Fast forward a few days and Lincoln Business Machines not only tells me a lower price, but a quicker time frame as well... Needless to say, I went with the latter, and they did an excellent job!

I had a quick issue with a MacBook pro and the tech was very helpful and accommodating. If I ever have a bigger problem I will go to Lincoln.

I went to the store for my toshiba laptop, and they said we can’t fixed it, they were suggested new laptop “Asus” and I bought it, than after two weeks my laptop suddenly was happened black out I went to second time they fixed it and it was happen again and I visited the repair service and they did fix it and it was happened again, so last two years I’m getting same problem, I bought this computer $300 and had already spent $300 more, I believe they sold me broken laptop . That’s not fair, I didn’t say in here before, cuz I don’t like to use negative review for Any business company, but I’m thinking now they should be know, what they sold me and how many times got a problem with the broken laptop

Ive used these guys several times to fix computers I bought elsewhere a number of times and eventually bought 2 computers from them. They are honest, and know their stuff. They are great at what they do. When I bought from them, they walked me through the process to make sure I got something that met all of my needs while making sure I didnt waste money on stuff that I would never use (that others tried to sell me). I plan to go back to them for all of my computer and other IT needs!

Took my Lenovo laptop there 20 minutes before closing to get a replacement network card. They called me back the same day and said I could pick it up in the morning. Works like a charm now! Incredibly quick and professional. Would work with again!

Never repair a Mac with these guys. I found them to be less than professional about it. Very off-handedly. Said my logic board was faulty they replaced it. Two months later my problem reappeared. I’m at the apple genius and they tell me I’m now out of warranty because those guys are not apple certified. If they were they would have a record of the transaction. I’m now out of options to repair my Mac, it’s going to be out of pocket. Can’t be any more angry at those guys for not warning me about it.

Excellent service. Not only did Jose – this man is a national treasure -- diagnose the problem quickly, the suggested security programs and Windows utilities I might use. He fixed the problem, of course, and now the beast is working as fast as the day I bought it two years ago despite the additional 20 services and programs I’ve loaded it with. Jose is a great communicator, explaining which he had done clearly. I’ve used Lincoln before, and have never been disappointed.

He fixed my Lenovo by replacing the motherboard. Within a year it had the same issue. Blue screen of death. After $300 to fix a $1,800 machine thats about a year old. Now another $300 for another motherboard?

Great technicians,fixed my problem within 24 hrs. They offered me clear ticket, receipt and warranty for 30 days. The previous 2 technicians had failed to identify my problem and had wrongly told me it is the motherboard! If you have a Lenovo, you need to take it here!

I was helped by Mr. Jose Lopez . Very professional. Extremely efficient. My Dell Studio xps crashed and I could not get it to even turn on. Mr. Lopez took it in as Dell Computers was trying to sell me a new one telling me that since my computer was over 10 years it had no more life. Nonsense said Mr. Lopez. I have 2 years old laptop, which recently started working very loud and in one point the CPU usage was jumping to 100% after few minutes of work. They did a great job with fixing my overheating processor. They cleaned it up and put a new thermal paste (I believe this is how you call it). My laptop was ready after 1 hour. Very nice people! Im very happy that I found Lincoln Business Machines thanks to the helpful reviews here and the fact that theyre an authorized Lenovo repair location. I have an older Lenovo Thinkpad no longer under warranty that had a fan error and Jose first tried cleaning it and when that didnt work, ordered and installed a new fan that corrected the problem. He also went above and beyond installing updates for the computer and removed three competing antivirus programs to replace them with a single better one to improve the computers speed, which it has done.Jose also gave options for further improving the computers performance if desired and was frank about it not really making sense to do this in an older Thinkpad I have. Although he looks young, he has many years of experience and was very familiar with the older model even though it came out about 15 years ago.Prices are fair and the place runs very efficiently - the other customers that I saw all looked happy!

They sold us a new Lenovo computer and did the data transfer etc. They did an excellent job and went far and above what we expected with respect to service on the machine. When we had a few minor issues they were right on top of the issues quickly and competently. Really great service from smart computer folks. So much better than mail order or big-box stores.

These guys are lifesavers! When I spilled coffee on my Macbook Air, I thought Id have to get a new one. The power wouldnt charge anymore and the fan was running at high speed. I took it in and within an hour they had diagnosed it, repaired everything, and had it back as good as new.

Brought my laptop in to be fixed and charged me way more than I believe it was worth ($100 for a reset). A month later, it breaks again. I bring it to them and they charge me again. A month later it breaks again. I go to them and they want to charge me again. Terrible business model, customer service was utterly disgusting, don’t go to this shop!

Went to this shop for Lenovo warranty service (laptop had a broken motherboard). Service was completed within 48 hours (including time to order replacement part). Had to come back due to power button issue but that was a quick 2 minute fix, which was handled promptly and without complaint.Staff are professional, courteous, and prompt, location is convenient to midtown Manhattan (just two blocks up from the 1 train on 66th street). Most importantly, they dont try to upsell you on anything that you dont really need. Would absolutely recommend to anyone for any computer servicing needs.
