Rohit Motiani who is the Manager of this location is the nicest, most professional and helpful man. Extraordinary customer service and he went above and beyond to help me recover my lost phone and get insurance m money back. He also kept the store open later for me. What a great location and great person.

This is a phenomenal store. In fact, Ive never been to a better phone store in my life. I lost my phone, they helped me file a claim, and get a new one promptly. The service was excellent, the employees really care about their customers. Man if I knew replacing a lost phone was this easy, I wouldve lost way more phones back in the day!!! what a place, what a time to be alive.

The most lovely, patient and kind staff!These gentlemen spent over an hour porting my data from my old phone to a new phone. I had purchased the phone at a different retailer, and they helped me no problem. While I was there an elderly woman came in needing assistance with basic phone operations, and they patiently spent time with her helping her text, etc. Bottom line, they didnt profit a dime from my visit but they treated me as a valued, long time customer. I will be returning to their location for any and all future purchases!

Fantastic service. Actually so good, I would like to keep it a secret. Had to replace my poor damaged Samsung phone. Levi gave me great advice and we agreed to go with a Google Pixel. He also made sure my telephone plan was the best and cheapest out there. He spent well over an hour getting my new phone into perfect working condition. In addition, I know I can go back and get any questions answered. Patient and so helpful.

Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, this is without a doubt the best Verizon store (or any service place for that matter) that I have ever visited, and Ive been around for many years. My phone was dead, and needed a new one. Levi spent about 45 minutes talking to me about my plan, and various options. With loaner on hand, and new phone on the way, everything went smoothly, and couldnt ask for any better service. Thank you!

The two men who run the shop are so kind to their customers. It sounds ridiculous to say it, but this store has the warm feel of a longtime family business. I uprgraded from one Galaxy phone to another. They very happily helped me transfer my info and content even though the transfer takes a bit of time. Good people, good shop. Best experience Ive ever had in a mobile phone shop anywhere.

Had a very nice experience with expert staff at this Verizon store. Spent the past few years posted overseas and wasnt sure which phone or plan to get. Levi and Rohit helped me along the entire way and spent hours (yes hours) helping me get my account and phone set up. Was great not to feel rushed and get the service and expertise I expected. Would recommend the store to anyone and worth traveling to even if this store is not the closest to you.

I had an appointment to pick up my phone. I even talked to them and planned this the night before. “We open at 11am. See you then.” I got there at 11. Closed. Waited till noon. Still closed. It says on the door they open at 11 as well. They often close early without notice as well. Several hours early.

I have been coming to the Verizon store for over a year. Levi is one of the associates working here and he is so professional, caring and NOT PUSHY always keeping your best interest in mind.

Rohit is incredibly knowledgeable, he patiently explained things in a very understandable way especially for someone like me who is overwhelmed by the comlexity of plans etc. He is the most customer friendly verizon rep I have ever encountered. I also think he is an honest broker. My son did a lot of research but Rohit did even better than we expected! Outstanding service!

This was by far the best cell phone customer service I have ever experienced. The Verizon store is owned by Rohit and his customer service skills are phenomenal and he is an overall very friendly individual. I went to the store April 28th at around 3pm and he was able to fully explain the Verizon wireless plans, my upgrade options, get the iphone 7 plus i wanted AND get me $50 for my iphone 5. I usually hate working with customer service reps but because of Rohit and his wonderful customer service, I will continue to go to his store for any Verizon wireless needs, and would recommend you do too.

I am a foreigner and New here, and they totally cheat on me. You know what, he deliberately misinterpreted the telephone plan. The data service is shared in one family plan, however,he told me every one in this plan would have 7GB. They even want to sell an unlocked iPhone at $1250 to me, while at apple website, it just cost me $999
