Our sales rep, Steven, was very well-informed and in no way pressured us just for the sake of making a sale. The showroom was tastefully set up and we were welcomed the instant we entered. Delivery service was fantastic, and our mattress is still in the break in period, but so far, so good. We would not hesitate to do business here again.
Many companies claim excellent customer service but Charles P. Rogers delivers . My purchase was on October 26th, 2021 and the shipper who was assigned to deliver my mattress was delayed which under ordinary circumstances would not have been a significant problem but in this case, with a real bad back problem, I called and spoke with the logistical delivery coordinator as well as the manager for this company whose efforts to be helpful managed to find another shipper for delivery today instead of 7-9 days from now. I am very grateful for their truly excellent customer service and really listening to a new customer. This company gets my best endorsement and I look forward to sleeping better than ever given my back issues. Thank you Charles P. Rogers.
Twenty-three years ago (1999), the New York Times ran an ad for an iron bed frame (the Rutherford), and while I was a young, broke public school teacher, I took a trip to the showroom in Manhattan and purchased it for myself. It has always, always been my favorite piece of furniture, and the best money Ive ever spent....the true furniture love of my life. Today I was wandering around Chelsea and stopped in to ask a question about a bit of touch-up paint for the frame (after 22 years there is just ONE little spot where the finish chipped off, probably during one of my many moves). It turns out the gentleman who I spoke to about the touch up paint was the salesperson who sold me the bed! What a New York moment! Anyway, this company makes a product that will last a lifetime, and Im proof of that. It is the most beautiful, well-made, classic thing I own, and Im so happy I made that choice all those years ago. You cant go wrong! Charles P. Rogers is the only place Id ever consider buying a bed from, even though I guess Ill never need another one! My Rutherford is a true treasure, an heirloom-quality purchase and one of the best retail decisions Ive ever made.
Just got our Estate 5000 Cal King delivered Saturday and we both love it. Super comfy. My wife can finally sleep without a heating pad under her back (not that our old mattress was that awful, but). Sales experience with Steven was great - he was helpful and explained options clearly and succinctly. Might opt to have the delivery guys do the unboxing and removal next time, but that was on me.
Really enjoyed our experience purchasing a new mattress. Steven was our sales representative - his consultative approach was very informative. We did research through consumer reports so we knew we wanted the quality and craftsmanship of a Charles Rogers mattress but not sure which to choose. Steven guided us through the process and set up a seamless delivery of our mattress. Choosing a mattress with Stevens expertise and the 100 day grantee is easy! Definitely recommend Steven and a Charles Rogers mattress - quality and Stevens professionalism is unmatched.
Excellent shopping experience at the 17th street location and Steve provided fantastic service and follow up when our mattress was delayed. The mattress arrived Saturday and the delivery folks were professional and helped set everything up promptly and efficiently. The mattress is absolutely beautiful and so well crafted. Very thick and plush and excellent craftsmanship. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is we are still getting used to it and we’re told it take 4 weeks to break in so have a few weeks to go. It’s just not as soft and comfortable as the showroom model. They rotate them every 3 months but it sure felt softer than ours does at this point.
I bought a queen mattress and a Cottage queen bed, both delivered expeditiously and efficiently today. All my interactions with Charles P. Rogers have been absolutely great and I am delighted.
After trying out every mattress in the Chelsea showroom, I settled on the Estate SE Mattress. I bought it during a terrific sale, ordered it in late April and it was delivered on June 3, 2021. One of the reasons I chose Charles P. Rogers was because of their 100 day return policy. I waited a while to write this review until I was absolutely certain I wasnt returning the mattress. By the first week I was sure this mattress was a winner and the absolute right mattress for my size and sleeping habits. This mattress is a 2 part system with a reversible mattress and a latex topper. The first night, I slept on the firmer side of the mattress and decided it was a tad too firm for me. I flipped the mattress over (no easy feat as the mattress is HEAVY) laid the topper on top and it is absolutely perfect in support and comfort. I now have a better understanding of how Charles P. Rogers came to have the reputation they have for selling an outstanding, high-quality, exceptionally well-made product at a fair price. I am extremely happy that after weeks of searching, doing extensive research and trying out many mattresses, I decided to go to Charles P. Rogers. I havent slept this well in a long time.
Kudos to Sean. The shopping experience begins with the sales rep. Sean knows his products, the Rogers mattresses. He is patient and helped us pick a mattress, and frame, that seem to be the right ones. We even had to change the order after we confirmed it, and it was no problem I love no problem. If you live in a City apartment I suggest the extra white glove package. Installation was quick, clean and the two installers knew exactly what they were doing. (The frame was an adjustable frame that was assembled in my bedroom). They even removed the old mattress, box spring and frame and took it to the buildings recycle area in the basement. As for comfort, so far, so good.

Sean was great. He let us take all the time we needed and patiently explained what makes their mattresses special. This is no walk in and get a mattress delivered 24 hours later. They make to order and delivery takes about 2-3 weeks. I honestly don’t care because the bed was INSANELY comfortable. They are a bit more expensive, but are designed to last for decades so it is money well spent, in my opinion.
I am having issues with some of the discs in my spine and neck. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sean Stowe, who was able to recommend a mattress that would provide adequate support for my spine. Sean was able to explain every aspect of my new mattress, which allowed me to purchase with confidence. I am eagerly awaiting delivery!
The Estate 5000 firm queen size mattress is great. My years of waking up with lower back pains are over. My wife loves that when this retiree gets out of bed a time or two at night, there is no mattress movement to disturb her.Only complaint is that the Fed Ex delivery was a day later than they told us, which meant a day wasted waiting.
This company is the worst. Please do NOT spend your money here. My daughter brought me a bed and as soon as I open the box I thought the bed was not the quality I was expecting and called to return it. Talked a person named Tina and she said did I set up the bed and why didn’t I like the bed if I had not set it up and I would be charged 20% restock fee. Having called in to buy the bed that was not on the receipt that was emailed but we did ask and was told we could return no problem but was never told about the fee. Talked to the manager a week later when no one had responded with fedex pickup and was told that I had been recorded saying that I put the bed together and that voided the contract. I told him the bed was still in the original box and was called a liar and they were not taking it back. For one thing I live in California where you have been be notified that you r evening recorded and I have pictures showing the bed in the original bed. This company should not be able to operate in such an unethical manner. Also they have their website blocked from receiving negative feedback. I called the BBB and disputed with credit card company no resolve yet. Run, don’t walk away from this company!!!!!

I ordered the Charleston bed and Lifetime Q3 mattress. It was delivered yesterday, assembled by the white glove service. The experience was fantastic, and the bed is even more beautiful than I remembered from the showroom. The mattress is also fantastic. I wish I had more bedrooms to furnish because this has beautified my home and looks like it will improve my sleep as well.

Bought 4 mattresses over the years and the first 3 were great. The most recent one is absolutely terrible. The company does not stand behind their product. In less than 1 year my mattress sagged almost an inch and I am told thats normal. Customer service is non existent. Wasted $2500.00. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have not been to the showroom, because- pandemic- so I purchased online through a wirecutter recommendation. Tonight will be my third night sleeping on the mattress, and it is amazing. This is by far the most firm and supportive mattress I have ever slept on- and its all mine (The estate SE)! Delivery was incredible. The mattress is very heavy, and the delivery guys were so professional and quick- no issues at all. The delivery time was scheduled and confirmed- twice. I feel good supporting a company local to this area.
I’m a Sleepy’s girl. Always have been—until now. Because I listen to WBGO, I was familiar with the name Charles P. Rogers, but didn’t realize CPRs had so many comfortable mattresses and beautiful headboards to choose from. I researched online before making my way to the East Rutherford showroom. The salesperson (Eric?) was so patient and so helpful as I tried out nearly every mattress on the showroom floor before finding my new dream mattress. Yesterday, I received the Rutherford via CPRs white glove service. *chef’s kiss* This is the bed I desperately needed and the frame is simple and elegant. My only criticism is I asked for the tallest boxspring, and it is only 7” deep. But I am pleased with every other aspect of my purchase.
We purchased our last mattress at the Flatiron location and had a great experience with sales and delivery to our NYC home. Our current order has been an incredible disappointment and I am considering cancelling our order. I was told that our mattress was in-stock on April 23 and would leave the warehouse in Florida early the following week. The sales associate told me that it might take another week for delivery. Its May 15. I have no mattress and no notification of delivery date. I called my sales associate on May 5. She told me that she would contact the delivery company. I heard nothing. I called and spoke with another sales associate on May 10. Again, nothing. I spoke with another service associate on May 13 and asked to speak with management. I was told that a supervisor named Sunshine would call me back. Again, nothing. I called the deliver company directly, and they are advising me that the delivery will most likely happen in mid-June. I learned that the mattress didnt leave the warehouse until May 7 -- not the late April date that Id been promised at the time of the sale.If youre outside of New York City and considering purchasing a Charles P. Rogers mattress, take my advice and order from an online vendor instead. I would be sleeping on mattress instead of a sofa by now if I went with the Saatva that wed also considered. I put my faith in this business based on our past experience, upgraded our mattress based on what was allegedly available on April 23, and took false comfort in knowing that I could call my sales person directly with questions.We also ordered a bed that is scheduled for shipping in July. At this point, I doubt that wed be able to sleep in it before Labor Day, and Im not sure I want a reminder of this unpleasant experience taking up real estate in my bedroom.

We have had the Estate 5 for one week. The delivery personnel were careful and polite. We are resting very comfortably and happily! We tried both sides of the insert cassette and are glad we have a choice of comfort. We are very pleased with our purchase!

My experience purchasing an Estate SE mattress and foundation from Charles P. Rogers was a very positive one. I went to the East 59th Street showroom and tried out the various well-made mattresses with the informative assistance of the salesman, Sean S. He allowed me to spend time laying on various mattresses without any pressure to make a purchase. I decided on one of the queen-size Estate 5000 Plus mattress with a 5-inch box spring foundation. Unfortunately, after a couple of months of sleeping on it at home I realized that it was not the right one for me (despite spending so much time trying mattresses in the store). With the assistance of the sales representative, Sean S., and the Customer Experience Manager, Thomas B., I made an exchange of the original mattress for an Estate SE mattress. The whole experience and process of the original purchase and exchange was excellent. The white glove service provided by the delivery men for both deliveries was very good, too. CPR was concerned that I was a happy consumer and fully satisfied with my purchase of their mattress. They honor their 100 Day Comfort Guarantee, in fact it was extended beyond 100 days due to the suspension of sales and deliveries during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in NYC. I recommend Charles P. Rogers for their customer service and a variety of quality mattresses, especially the Estate SE mattress.

My parents ordered a bed from here for me as a gift. The order was not correctly filled and it has been a nightmare sorting it out. Terrible customer service. Yes, please look into what took 2 months, and 3 shipments, and about 20 phone calls to send one screw.
Delivery and everything was fine, the shippers even brought the mattress to my bedroom. We bought the Estate 5000 mattress, it did take a while to come, but it was worth the wait, we have now been sleeping well on it for over a month and it is comfortable, we are happy with it.
Customer support has been horrible and the product not much better. Returned my mattress on Nov 11, 2020 and still have not received my refund. Filed a dispute with the credit card company because no one at Charles Rogers responded to my inquiries. Extremely disappointed with my entire purchase experience. I never received the first mattress and after multiple attempts I finally got someone to ship another. The one I received caused significant back pain and so returned it within the first 45 days. It was picked up on Nov 11. I emailed a picture of my pickup receipt (per their policy) and am still waiting for my refund. At this point I would say that Charles Rogers has stolen $799 from me ($945 purchase price minus $150 credit due to never receiving first mattress).
Just recently purchased a CPR bed; couldnt be happier with the entire process. From their swift delivery and set up, to the bed itself; this has been an amazing experience. Plus the women I spoke with on the phone, Linda, was very knowledgeable and and informative. The bed is perfect, the frame is beautiful, and i couldnt be more happy.highly recommend on all accounts.
The salesperson was knowledgeable of their products and when we explained what we wanted was able to give us information and prices promptly as well as making suggestions that could save us money. The shipping was excellent, especially during a time when the pandemic was just getting know. They were able to deliver it around our schedule and we love it. I have purchased two CPR platform/storage base beds (1 queen and 1 king). I am very pleased with both. The only problem that I encountered with the king bed, was in the set up. It was delivered and set up with an external contractor MLM. It was clear that following set up of the storage drawers, there was a problem. When the drawers were opened, the drawers fell onto the floor. I took pics and video and forwarded all to CPR. I was assisted immediately and two set up personnel were dispatched to my home within a couple of days. They fixed the problem immediately. Having had that initial experience, I requested that CPR NOT send the same set up crew to my home for my second bed. The second crew was a CPR set up crew (not MLM). The CPR crew were much quicker than the first AND more importantly did a fabulous job. CPR platform/storage beds make a significant statement in any room. I am very pleased with both purchases.
We have purchased two king beds and LOVE them! We have a Nano 2 and an Estate Lifetime 2. The most comfortable beds we have ever experienced!Sales team was great! We worked with Erik both times; once in the showroom and once by phone. Great experience!

We decided to buy my parents a new mattress and box spring for Christmas this year, and so I spend a lot of time researching to get the best one for them, and in our price range.After my research and also spending a fair amount of time on consumer reports, I decided to buy a Charles P Rogers mattress.My sales gal was Rio Davis. She is AMAZING! My parents are old and unable to move the bed. She added white glove service to my order (did not even see that it was available on the website) and then proceeded to help me figure out a way to have their old mattress and box spring removed. Because my parents live in a remote area of Washington, I suspect it was no easy feat to find a company like (1800got junk) which doesnt service my parents area! Sure enough she found someone, who contacted me right away!Rio called me and kept in contact until the entire transaction was complete. I felt like I was the only customer they had as the service was so personable and when I called in I didnt have to even remind her who I was..she just knew, like shes known me my whole life!We purchased the Estate 7000 Extra Comfort Queen Mattress w/ 5 inch high Foundation. My mother is SUPER picky, and knows quality for just about any product out there! If she approves, then I know its a good one! My parents said it was the best sleep EVER! They absolutely LOVE their new mattress!!I would HIGHLY recommend this company, these mattresses, and Rio as your sales gal!

Forget Aireloom and buy your mattress from Charles P Rodgers -- for far better quality at a far lower price. And be sure to place your order with Sean (Shawn?) in the NYC Store. He single-handedly resurrected my purchase after another employee, Tina, had trashed and burned it. Well, Tina, to quote Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, “You people work on commission, right? Big mistake. Big. Huge. I urge everyone reading my review to skip the chat feature on the website, where I encountered Tina, and call the NYC store and ask to speak to Sean. He is the most delightful, patient, and highly-knowledgeable salesperson! Sean answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns and I ordered the 7000 on the spot after spending weeks of researching mattresses. Tina, on the other hand, refused to answer these same questions, provided incorrect information, was rude, and ended the chat session because I repeated a question that she refused to answer! That is the same as hanging up the phone on me. I urge the store manager to read the three chat transcripts between Tina and me. You will see that I was NOT discourteous and she had zero reason to disconnect me. You had lost me as a customer and it was not until I read the amazing reviews on Google about your mattresses and about Seans customer service that I decide to call the store. As good fortune would have it, Sean answered the phone! Do whatever you need to do to keep him on your staff. He well-represents the CPR brand, whereas Tina makes your brand look like garbage. I felt highly disrespected after chatting with her. Sean made me feel like the most important part of his day. Thank you, Sean. I am super excited about my mattress and truly grateful for your time and attention today! I will update this review after Ive slept on the mattress for a few months.
We bought a Hyde Park queen bed from Charles P. Rogers 16 years ago so I guess its about time I wrote a review. This bed is a real quality product. We have had no problems with it and it looks as good today as the first day we had it. I highly recommend this product.
This was hands down the best retail experience Ive ever had. No messing around, in and out and on a mattress I got to try and loved. Mike knew exactly what I needed and I was in and out in literally 20 minutes. If you want a no nonsense mattress store with top quality products, and products on a budget, you have to go here. I had an issue with delivery (not the fault of Charles P. Rogers) and Service Rep Thomas Bisogne worked on my issue until it was resolved. He communicated with me at every stage and was very professional. He should be given a promotion! I recommend this company without question.

Had a horrible experience ordering mattresses from here in September. The salesperson, Tina, told us she could give us certain discounts and quoted us a price on the phone. The price was great and we ordered the mattresses right there over the phone with her. Over the next few weeks, we received multiple emails (like 6) with invoices for different amounts, none of which made sense (they didnt match the price we were quoted OR the price we were later charged), and none of which were formatted in readable way for the customer (they later told us oh its looks like you were never emailed a proper receipt). I wrote back to each one of these emails, prior to the mattress being shipped, asking for clarification - no response. I called and left voicemails - no response. We simply could not get back in touch with them.Weeks later when the mattresses shipped and our card was billed, we were billed over $500 dollars more than Tina had told us on the phone. We immediately called and emailed but got no response. We finally got their attention by disputing the charge on our credit card, and even then they refused to right the wrong. They eventually offered us $150 back - we accepted this offer and immediately dropped the credit card dispute, but still it then took them OVER FOUR MONTHS to process our refund! I had to call them every week for months on end until they finally processed it. There was no transparency, no good explanation for the hold up, and no guarantee of when it would be resolved and we would receive our refundThomas, the sales manager, did not ever apologize or accept responsibility for their original pricing error or for how long it was taking them to process our refund after we dropped the dispute. It was such a frustrating and exhausting experience. He even said to me over the phone that Tinas sneakiness is part of what makes her such an effective salesperson for the company. If it were my company, misleading customers would be met with serious rebuke by the manager, not applause.This company is not honest and does not care to do right by their customers. This was made so clear to us over the months we had to be in contact with them. The mattress is just fine, but nothing special. Next time I will most definitely be buying elsewhere. There are so many young mattress startups with excellent customer service and transparent prices that hopefully the kind of treatment we got from Charles P. Rogers wont be acceptable in this industry much longer.In short, save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.
Visited the Charles Rogers store and ended up getting the estate 5000 firm queen. It’s incredibly comfortable and I can’t wait to sleep on it. Its great knowing we have a 25 year warranty. This seems like the kind of company that would bend over backwards to make sure their customers are satisfied.I was initially very skeptical and ended up very impressed. I met with Erik and he was very respectful and informative. I didn’t feel like he was hiding anything or acting like a used cars salesman. Overall very happy!
Drove to King of Prussia store on Sunday Feb.9 from Baltimore. Staff in the store couldnt have treated us better. Danielle, was very helpful. Not pushy or aggressive. Patient, and provided a good education about their product. We purchased the Estate Lifetime 5 king Mattress. Hope the mattress is as good as the service in the store. Cant wait for delivery in 2 weeks.UPDATE: Delivery only took about a week. The delivery team did a great job of letting us know about the delivery day and time. 30 minutes prior to arrival they called to give up a heads up.. The 2 person team was great. They were very careful moving the king size mattress up to our second floor. They were friendly and very effective in setting up the mattress. All packaging materials were removed as promised. My husband and I went back and forth for more than a week asking Sean every question in the book concerning our sleep problems and what bed to purchase. Sean listened carefully and then gave his recommendation. He explained to us how our bed would help with circulation problems, spine support and pressure points.One other nice quality was that Sean was not a high pressure sales person. He sold us on the quality of the product that he truly believed in and we appreciated his knowledge of the Charles P. Rogers beds.

My husband and I love our new bed!! It is soft, yet firm and we love that you can make it softer or firmer on either side with the left and right mattress tops. Also, you never have to turn it over like you do other mattresses. This is the BEST bed that we have ever slept in! And, the customer service that you receive at Charles P. Rogers is second to none!!! Love them and wouldnt buy a bed anywhere else!!
We bought our mattress online. Couldnt have been easier from ordering to delivery. We chose the mattress because of its great review in Consumer Reports and the equally good review of the company. Our new mattress arrived yesterday and so far is really comfortable, firm like we wanted, but very soft to the touch. Definitely recommend the mattress and buying experience. CMF

Friendly and informative salesperson in Manhattan showroom. They had a low 8 thick spring mattress that weve been trying to replace for a platform, whereas all others were found to be much thicker. Two sided enables rotation. Nicely made and made in US (actually right across the river in NJ) and using all natural materials, water based adhesives, no out-gassing. Free shipping.Ordered mattress a few days before Christmas and received promptly as promised early the day after Christmas!Delivery persons were courteous, careful and prompt.

I have only positive comments to make. I sleep in my gorgeous iron bed every night and have another in my guest bedroom. They’re not cheap but they are distinctive and grace both traditional and contemporary settings.
Four years ago we bought the Power Estate 7000 for our master bedroom and we still love it. So, I wanted to get another Charles P. Rogers bed for 2 rooms that are our adult sons rooms and often get used as guest rooms. Jade was super helpful and thought wed like the Real Bed. I was a bit nervous about it because there were so few reviews as it is newer., but Consumer Reports gave it high marks. We love this bed! Both of my sons find it really comfortable and it looks like a luxury bed. So glad we got this bed!
We needed a new mattress, so I went to google. This place sounded almost too good to be true--but it is true. They were awesome. No pressure. Knew their stuff. Descent selection. Great prices (I check other places after I got home, and we saved about 20% compared to other stores for the exact same mattress we purchased). The also have a Yelp deal--say you saw them on google, and they pay the sales tax....awesome! Ill go back next time we need stuff for the home.
Really excellent quality and company. The Barcelona is the second CP Rogers weve bought, along with the 9000 mattress. Very comfortable. Delivery in NYC is usually a nightmare, and the coordination with co-ops complicated. But Rogers sales and customer service are well-integrated and overcame the complexities in a highly professional way. White glove delivery was on time and perfect.
My bed frame is amazing! It fits the apartment decor and everyone who has seen the bed wants to know who I purchased it from.The movers from Charles P. Finally! Is anyone else tired of driving up and down Mirimar Road looking for furniture? If so, look no further than Real Deal. Instead of stalking me around the showroom, I was allowed to test-sit all their couches in peace. I ended up custom ordering a 5 piece sectional, which took about 3 weeks to arrive. I paid for delivery, and Seth was very professional and personable. Great styles, great service, great delivery/setup. Ill be back for sure.

We went to the Manhattan store a couple of months ago. I was dreading the trip because we had already looked in a couple of the mattress chain stores and been very underwhelmed with the ability of the sales staff to actually provide any useful information to help us pick a mattress. All they were able to do was read the tags and (sometimes) give us a price. But the trip to Charles P Rogers turned out to be a great experience. Steve (with the unpronounceable surname) actually explained the difference in the mattresses, gave is plenty of time to try them, shared his experience and offered advice, and didnt just try and push is to the most expensive. He was great. Id have to say it was even fun. We bought 2. They were delivered in a couple of days with no fuss, exactly when promised. Ive never slept better.
I have been the proud owner of a bed frame and mattress from Charles P. Rogers for three years now. I loved that I was able to get a mattress with a beautiful platform frame and free delivery/assembly. I was very satisfied with the level of service provided by the sales team and the delivery team. I recently went in to purchase their matters topper for my bed after noticing I was tossing and turning more than usual. After one night of sleep on the new topper, I was a new person. Highly recommend this place if your are shopping for a bed.

I absolutely love my new bed and mattress. It is exactly as described on the web site. Its solid wood and assembly was so easy. Within one hour of beginning the assembly process, my husband and I had the bed put together, made, and the cat was already asleep on it. It was that simple. Everything was well marked and instructions were very easy. Its absolutely beautiful, and I would recommend buying your next bed from this company!!When ordering from Charles P. Rogers, you wont get your furniture in a day or two like you may from other places. However, the benefit of this is knowing that it will be hand delivered by a furniture delivery/moving company. It is handled with care and there was not even the slightest chip or scratch on any of the wood. It was worth the wait to have the furniture delivered in tact.I highly recommend buying from this company. Both the bed and mattress were made by them and are of high quality and standards!!!
Just received my new mattress and it is so comfortable!!! My old mattress (from a chain store) lasted 11 years but had a hill in the middle and my husband and I rolled into little pods on each side of the hill. This new mattress is wonderful! The delivery and placement was excellent! Thank you!

The manager and salesperson went out of their way to help me select the right headboard and expedite the delivery ! My first Charles P. Rogers bed was 30 years ago and the quality is still great. Ordered the 9000 Luxury Plush with foundation, encasement and sheets. Extremely happy with purchase. I did a lot of research of every mattress out there and in the end decided the cheaper bed in a box options were just that. This fit our bill and was worth the money. Our old mattress lasted us 18 years before we thought we needed a change. I expect this to go even further.

It goes without saying that the mattresses are great--just the right amount of firmness. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional customer service. They get it! I wish that every business would take a lesson from their sales and customer service team. They know their product, and they go out of their way to make sure that the whole process--from sale to delivery--goes exactly the way it should.
I was a bit apprehensive as it was the 1st time I was considering buying a mattress online. After talking to salesman Steve S. and answering his questions regarding our sleep habits, positions and weight at his direction I choose the Estate 7000 Extra Comfort King. It arrived in about 13 days! After only 2 weeks of sleeping on it I can happily state that we have never slept this well in many years. Both my wife and myself would not hesitate to recommend Charles Rogers to friends and family in need of a bed, and if we are ever in need of another bed set would not even bother looking elsewhere.
I love my Charles P Rogers Estate Nano2 mattress! It is the best mattress Ive ever had. Its like sleeping on a cloud. You can tell it is very well made. I usually do not write reviews, but I thought I should write one for these schemers. As for the mattress, it was very well built. I went with the Estate 9000 Luxury Estate, I decided to try this mattress based on the Consumer Reports review. I bought it keeping in my that I could return it after a 90 day in home trial. After 90 days, I decided that the mattress wasnt for me, it was really firm, and my back hurt every morning when I woke up. So Charles P Rogers came and picked up my mattress for a fee of $150 plus tax. Two weeks went by and I still didnt receive the credit for the return. I called them 3 times, within 5 days and finally had someone help me, the lady told me that the return was being processed. Another week and a half went by and the money is still not credited to my account. Now were going on a month after the mattress was picked up from my home. Thank God I used American Express, and was able to dispute the charge. If you want to buy from a company who does nothing but give you the run around and does not honor their return policy then this is the company for you. Theres many other companys whos mattresses are just as good, with much better customer service!
Ooh la la best describes my wonderful new bed! Here we are at 37 years of marriage and the Estate 7000 is our first king mattress. We absolutely love it! Neither of us senses any transfer of movement from the other. We are incredibly comfy all night long. No sore points anywhere and we wake refreshed each morning. Our sleep is so much better.The Estate 7000 pairs perfectly for us on our new Hampton platform bed. The vintage leather look truly makes our new master bedroom a haven.

We went to Charles p. Rogers to select our bed. The salesman listened closely to our concern and we made a selection including a head board. On the agreed upon date two workers came and took our old bed away, set up and placed the bed and headboard where we wanted. The were very efficient and orderly. It could not have been simpler. This is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.

We first heard about Charles P Rogers mattresses from the Old Mattress Guy. We got to test out our friends’ mattress when we stayed at their house. We ended up going with the firmer version (Estate 5000 Firm King Mattress) and we couldn’t be happier! Our sales guy Steve was awesome! He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was understanding of our hesitation to buy a mattress sight unseen. Overall great experience and we love our new bed!
My wife and I bought the Estate 9000 Luxury Queen, and Im giving it a good review even though we returned it. We did a lot of research about mattresses before we purchased it, and from that I can say that this is a very well-constructed mattress, as good as or better than other mattresses selling for twice the price. Im sure that it would be good for at least 15 years. We returned it because its very firm. VERY firm. I would not recommend it for side-sleepers. But if you sleep on your back and like lots of support, I think youll like it.

You will not find better mattresses or better customer service. My husband and I shopped around a bit - Charles P. Rodgers came highly recommended. The comfort, style, & service exceeded all expectations. We love our new mattresses and will be recommending them to everyone!
