Staff here is fantastic, I was having problems finding a specific product on the website and I ended up having a great experience with Damon, the Store Educator who helped me. The best of this shop was it was way cheaper than any other beauty shop in the malls. They offer a local and international brand of makeups. I highly recommend this beauty shop to anyone who seeks for a cheap yet best quality of makeups.

Love coming to this store frequently to shop for my go-to clean beauty products. I love their selection and they always have new products on the shelves, the staff is always very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Once the founder of PAI was in-store which I thought was very nice to interact with their customers. Highly recommend!

Friendly, helpful, testers of everything...I tried a ton of stuff and am excited to use everything I bought.(Also, I’m allergic to rose, which is in a lot of high end clean beauty stuff— that means I’m reading all the labels, taking forever. They were super nice to me and didn’t make me feel awkward at all).I had a question about the parfum in a Naturopathica cleanser, and the clerk knew exactly how to look it up and tell me what it was (nothing I’m allergic to).The clerk had curly hair and made recs for me that worked.These people know what they’re doing, and the products are great. 10/10, my new favorite skincare/beauty store.

I’ve been a Follain customer the past 4 years, long before a permanent NYC location opened. Unfortunately, the past few months have made me take my business to the other big green beauty store in the city because the staff acts like it is a bother to help you. Yesterday, my husband and I were in the area with a friend and decided to take them in the introduce them to the store...and sadly the statement they had leaving the store was “wow, they aren’t very nice in there.” Really a shame, but unfortunately, this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve come in and left feeling like I wasn’t valued as a person, let alone a customer.

SUCH a wonderful space and always the best service. I love my experience every time that Im there. I go there around once or twice a month for my Herbivore Botanicals Lapis Oil. SHOUT OUT TO YILLA! Shes the best Store Director and person Ive ever chatted with about my skin.
