The workers are very rude, they purposely ignored me when I was at the door! They claim to close at 1 but when I arrived 10 minutes before 1pm they were closed. I would not recommend going to this store due to their poor customer service👎🏼

A delight! Staff are very thoughtful and caring. It was my first jewelry making project and I was completely lost. But the staff kindly helped me select the proper items that best fit my project. They even showed me a sample necklace to demonstrate how to use the finishes! Absolutely above and beyond. (selection is very good and reasonably priced too!)

This is my go-to supply store in NYC for jewelry supplies. Partially because its one of the few that survived COVID but mostly because its a fantastic store.There is a significant portion of one of their walls that is full of chain in brass and silver tone. There are also some colorful ones for those of you into that. I come here for chain a lot, so I really appreciate this and you buy it by the foot rather than pre-cut amounts. They also have a bunch of findings. In the back is semi-precious stones, Swarovski findings, and cording/beading supplies.Also, the staff is amazing and super helpful.They have amazing COVID protocols: when you arrive they sanitize your hands and give you gloves as well as a time slot that you able to stay in until. There is a limit on how many people they allow in the store so you may have to wait outside if its full.

The ladies who work here are so nice and helpful. Wish they would upgrade their checkout process to square or another digital system so they dont have to handwrite receipts. Still a great store with vast selection of beads, necklace, craft making.

If youre looking for jewelry finding that is not sterling silver / gold-filled, this is a great place to shop. Their jewelry findings are not the cheapest but the quality is definitely better than the Chinese jewelry shops around the block. Everything is nicely packaged. Staff is also very helpful.

This is the second day in a row I have come to shop at the store. They have signs saying people are allowed in the store but every time the doors are locked and the woman manning the store ignores me trying to get information on their hours. I can see they don’t want or need my business and based on the overall demeanor it’s clear they don’t like my skin color either. Unless you are of a non POC designation I would suggest you go elsewhere in the city

My GoTo place for designing jewelry, dress embellishments, shoe designs, and Boot design materials. They almost always have the exact pieces i need for my design creation, without me having to resort to an approximation of what i was looking for. The staff is very helpful, and courteous often eager to help a designer make their visions spring forth.

A Japanese run shop with lots and lots and lots to look and choose from! The staff is super helpful even with limited English. The pricing isnt bad either, considering its so close to Macys on 34th and city prices.

Great selection. Staff isnt super helpful. I know they arent experts on every craft project, but they could try to be more helpful. When asked questions it seems they dont know the answer and dont try to see is someone else does. Great stuff though. Ill definitely go back.

I found the selection here to be poor. Lots of findings but mostly base metal. Reasonable prices on silver chain. Salespeople not very helpful and many do not speak English.

Is has alot of beads here . very $$$I rather u go to bead kraft on 30th and Broadway .there they have everything at a very good reasonable price and if u cant find it . just ask
