Sorry to post this but customer service does nothing to expedite getting your $300 gift order out quicker. 10 days and it still hasn’t shipped. Not my idea of a company which wants repeat business.

Great quality baby clothes, too bad customer service is horrible and so is their only delivery option. It has been taking 3 weeks for my orders to arrive... they should at least offer an option for faster shipping since they use the cheapest Fedex option (Fedex SmartPost).

I love Monica and Andy! I have been shopping here for gifts for the last few years. The customer service is great - the ladies always help me come up with cute outfit combinations for baby shower gifts! Im not a mom, but all of my friends rave about the quality, softness, and cuteness of Monica and Andy clothes - I highly recommend this brand!

I love this store on the UWS and in Chicago- but this pop up has the rudest employees. Three different ones I’ve encountered- all rude. Very unlike the other stores. Shame.Update: today I went in and the girl was perfectly pleasant. Maybe better staff arrived!
