Ordered from this company 3 weeks ago. Still have not received my order. I haven’t received any tracking or order status except that it was ordered. Called the company twice to inquire on the status. No call back. At this point if it ever shows up it will be past their return policy and cannot be refunded. I would love to cancel my order but can’t. Very frustrated and would not recommend them.

Abe was so helpful when I called in a pinch trying to get a special newborn carseat insert sent to a friend who just had her baby in the hospital. He was quick with communications and incredibly helpful when my crazy courier plan didnt work out. I cant wait to visit this store in person one day, it sounds like a fun place.

Me and my 3 daughters went into the store to pick out some toys and backpacks and the entire store was filled with large shipping boxes and seemed very hazardous. The man in the front was very nice and patient with us. As we wanted to check out, a man (who I can only assume is the owner) came storming from the back almost knocking us over because the space was so tight yelling “ok we’re closing- we need to close!” He made us feel like WE were annoying HIM- meanwhile we wanted to give him our business. Horrible person and should not be anywhere near customers. Will never return.

Has really good toys books etc honestly I was disappointed I hadnt walked in sooner. The only issue is, that the store has huge boxes in the center and cut off access to parts of the asked. Otherwise, great store.

Stay away from them. Horrible customer service. We ordered a stroller from them through Amazon and it never arrived. When I called they guy literally yelled at me, accused me of lying, and said I should take this up with UPS. A very unpleasant experience. We ended up just buying another stroller in buybuy baby instead. I cant even say this isnt a scam.

Lots of strollers but they offered zero help. Store is a mess and they told me they were closing up so I needed to go 1.5 hrs before their closing time.

I ordered a high chair online, it was shipped and delivered within a week, the tray was missing, they called me back within 24 hours and shipped the tray within the day because i got it less than a week later. would definitely purchase from them again

If i could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered a stroller system with an adapter and rumble seat which did not arrive with the stroller. I contacted them FIVE times to inquire about this rumble seat and adapter and they kept responding to me several days later and in piece mail.. finally I found out the seat was coming THREE WEEKS LATER and they did not once apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience or delay. I told them I want to return the stroller and they just rudely responded that I should go to the amazon page and print a return label which I HAVE TO PAY FOR the return for. Stay away from them, dont give them your business.

This store is really worth going to. Messy. But good prices and a toy store with good toys. I don’t know why all these people complaining.. great staff. Yes curt on the phone but still very helpful.

We bought our two strollers in this store and we have nothing but good things to talk about them. The store is not your usual high end department but they still carry a lot of baby and kids stuff. Also the staff knows a lot about which stroller works better for your needs. We found it much easier and straight forward to deal with Little Folks employees than with other huge department store employees which sometimes seems to have an agenda behind referring certain products. At Little folks we found them genuinely want to help you choose the right stroller, and we also wanted to support local business in the area own by individuals.

I was researching strollers and was pretty sure I knew which stroller I wanted. I almost bought the stroller on Amazon and Im so glad I didnt. I called Little Folks and asked them some questions I had about the stroller. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very confident about my stroller choice after speaking with the gentleman on the phone. I was able to order the stroller over the phone with him and it was delivered in two hours. They even assembled it free of charge! The man who delivered the stroller made sure I knew how to open and fold up the stroller before leaving. For anyone who is thinking about purchasing a stroller online dont do it, call Little Folks instead. I had a great experience. We need to keep these amazing Mom and Pop stores alive!

Ordered a stroller though Amazon, saw that the label was generated and I was supposed to receive it on the 25th. When it didnt show up, I checked the tracking and it had never gone out. I emailed to ask them about it and they said it was a UPS error, but I dont believe that is true. The package was never shipped out and when I specifically asked this, I was lied to. I did receive the stroller eventually it was the correct one in fine condition.

I purchased a car seat from Little Folks through Amazon. The day after I ordered, they lowered their price by $50. I reached out to them twice through Amazon and received absolutely no response even though I waited several weeks. I then called the store and spoke with Saul, who was dismissive, apathetic, and unapologetic about the situation. He promised to follow up with me by a certain date, but missed his own deadline and did not contact me until two days later. Again, I was offered no attempt at resolution and met with complete apathy. I am disappointed with Little Folks and their complete lack of customer service.

Wow this place is the worst. I live one block away and decided to pop in as I’m expecting my first baby and prefer to shop local when possible. I came at 6:30 to check out gear and was greeted with a “we’re closing in a few minutes” once they realized I was in research stage. (They close at 7pm) not only that but the store is an absolute mess!!! The gear is everywhere, so unorganized and places in and out of boxes. Clearly no one is shopping local there they are just banking on their online / amazon business (which I assume is mostly customers out of state to save on taxes) a very sad experience. Back to Bloomies I go!

Ordered a stroller via Amazon because they had good feedback as a seller. They accidentally sent me two strollers. Had I known I would have to jump through hoops to do the right thing I wouldnt have even attempted to return the extra one. Then come to find out that the original one I ordered was defective. So I requested a return and sent it back (which cost me $60 because they refused to follow amazons free return policy). I paid $630 for the stroller, and the company is only refunding me $522- even though they stayed in an email that the stroller is in perfect condition. We never even used it!! Stay away!!!

I suppose I can understand some of the negative reviews, in that this place is a small business with a lot of boxes around and jumbled stock. Personally I love that - it aint Macys or Bloomingdales, if you want that kind of experience then this place is probably not for you.The reason I ended up there was because of their huge stock - they had every stroller in every colour, pretty much unique in Manhattan.I bought a load of stuff and both the guys who worked there were super helpful, knowledgable and polite.

They have a huge selection of Melissa and Doug wooden toys, sticker books, and puzzles. Its my go-to store to buy gifts for my daughter and friends.
