By far one of the best experiences I’ve had shopping ! The young lady with the glasses was super pleasant and made my experience a memorable one ! Not only did she go out of her way by pausing a task she had at hand to help me find the perfect size for my goddaughter ; but she recommended I get my best friend a gift card in addition to my gift, that way she can make her parenting experience an easier one, since you guys carry all baby needs from new born to 10 years old. She was patient and I honestly felt like I was speaking to someone who had my best interest in mind. I will definitely be back for whatever needs my new goddaughter has and I’m sure my best friend will be your new frequent customer ! Best customer service in all NY 👏🏽👏🏽

Doing a phone order with Elisa was an exceptional shopping experience! She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me coordinate seven outfits for my newborn granddaughter. Then she promptly shipped them and the boxes were tied with ribbons and looked beautiful. It was so much fun watching my daughter open all these very special gifts for her baby. I highly recommend the Jacadi store based on the high quality of their products and the personable staff.

Great atmosphere and great customer service. Very attentive to my needs found everything I needed for my nephews. This was much different from other baby stores in terms of quality. I’m an expecting mother and the display at this store always catches my eyes. I have visited a few times and have always had a wonderful shopping experience here. The store is very clean and Covid friendly! They have the best customer service. The employees are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products.Definitely would recommend to all my friends!

Clothes are way overpriced, uncomfortable/impractical, staff at this location are very dismissive to point of being unwelcoming & rude. Plus the company has a no-returns / credit policy for gifts- exchanges only. Do yourself (& others!) a big favour & shop at TJ Max instead!
