The line store is my favorite place to visit in the city! I love LINE and I LOOOVE BT21!! so many cute things from plushies to clothing to automatic hand pumps haha they have it all and its adorable! Also love the BT21 statues in the back and the giant bear in the front! Take a photo when youre here!!
I loved it so much I bought a tata mug and I’m in love with it wanna go there again and buy more Tata stuff and I loved the keyboard they have I don’t need one but if I did I would buy it as I said loved it if you haven’t went there I would recommend going it’s big pretty and amazing love the service and everything my Tata mug was like 20 something and then I got a bag that costed 5 dollars or something like that and it’s a paper bag with all the bt21 characters

The store is a decent size, not that big, but its located in Times Square so thats understandable. They have a good array of the main line friends products and BT21. Depending on when you go you may find it harder to find certain items as they do get a lot of traffic. Right now they seem to have a good amount of products in stock because they recently reopened due to the pandemic. Overall a cute store with nice items.
The guy by the door is extremely rude to customers. I had coffee in my hand, he was giving me attitude and yelling at me no drinks in the store! I told the guy I will throw it away, then he pointed at the garbage on the street, not in the store, outside! I totally understand however you really don’t need to give out bad attitude! Where is your nice customer service?
Dont buy clothes in Line Friends because you cannot return it. I asked the cashier what if the clothes have quality issues, and she said even though, if you open the package you cannot return or exchange it anymore... even it has quality issues or you have not try it!! Such a ridiculous policy…! I love Line Friends and I have spent a lot of money in Line Friends NY store. Now, this unhappy experience let me dont want to be a loyal customer to this brand……
This store is like a Disney store for those that are into this brand. So many plushes and small souvenir and stationery items that can easily make you spend hundreds. The staffs are so friendly and bubbly just like what they’re selling. The location is at the heart of Time Square so it’s never not crowded. But it’s worth it to make a stop if you are into this kind of stuff.
I loved my visit but wanted to give everyone a heads up, especially ARMYs, that it is pretty picked over so dont think you will finally get the stuffed Chimmy of your dreams. Tons of cute little stuff and the store was clean and the staff so kind so I still gave it 5 stars....they just dont have alot of stock..
I love coming here to look around and Ive gotten some cute BT21 stuff from here too. Some things are a bit pricey but totally worth it. Its also a great spot for some photos.

If you are visiting Times Square NYC you need to put stopping at the Line Friends NYC Store on your todo list! You can always catch a sale on some popular items AND THERE IS A SECRET IN THE BACK TO THE RIGHT OF THE CHECK OUT REGISTERS!! Dont miss it. Its a huge photo opp and has idea art work displayed of the brand items. There is also a HUGE BEAR at the entrance/exit to take a pic with. You will love love love this store!
This place is definitely not cheap, but its full of a variety of collectibles and cute items. Its also a great place to take pics with the Line Characters. Once you get in, its very hard to get out without buying anything because everything is so tempting to buy. The staff? Amazing. Havent seen such quality staff in a long time, its refreshing for me. Keep up the good work :)
I have been a fan of Line for a while and finally had a chance to visit. I warn, their products come with a price tag, but luckily there are sales! An associate told me to check back for Black Friday/ Thanksgiving sales! There are various photo opportunities and hope the photos I took would help. The staff was really friendly and were willing to take photos for you as well! I had to be judicious with what I purchased! Big shout-out to rep: Skylar who helped me find a G.Brown bag charm! It was exactly what I wanted and made my visit even more memorable. I bought a pen despite knowing it wasnt what I wanted, but still wanted a pen. I am glad they have a store in times square!
Very cute Line Friends Japanese/Korean characters!! The staff members in the store were friendly with smiles; they welcomed us to take pictures as many as we liked, without interruption and any pressure to buy any toys. Most customers in Times Square behaved ourselves and we let other customers good opportunities to take pictures with the big Brown bear! I enjoyed our visit to the store last week. The store was not crowded and well organized. Dont miss the chance to visit the store while you are in New York City!! Cool shop in the center of Times Square. Adorable and affordable merch. You can stop by and take a picture with the big bear with no purchase necessary. Try to visit the store late at night to prevent large crowds. The downside of the stores you cant enter with drinks and the security tends to be a little rude, many of the products have no a visible price.
Cute store however waiting on line in the heat for 15 minutes to get in was excruciating. Then after I pay, I find out that you can save 10% if you have and a L,I,N or E in you name. The CASHIER failed to tell me this then told me it was too late as I pulled my card out of the machine. A little customer service goes a long way. It obvious this person did not know this.
This place is run by a bunch of kids with no customer service experience. The kids at the front were very rude. It was pouring rain and they kept us outside in line. That wasn’t a problem until we realized that they were looking at us this whole time and when we got to go in, they said we only accept cash due to some issues. They could have told us earlier so we would not wait in rain. Not to mention that they simply did not care and were willingly pushing customers away.
This store pleased all my BT21 dreams. I bought a bunch of stuff. The place is great for taking pictures and the staff is always there to help. There werent as much people as I expected and the line at the register cleared up pretty fast.
Finally got a chance to visit Line Friends store in Times Square, thanks to Google for sending me a code to redeem. This is a global chain and NYC only place in USA with a store. Loved the cute characters and mascots, and the selection was amazing. I got a pen, mouse pad and a travel pouch. Loved the gift options and there is something for everyones taste. More adults than kids and you can see why! Check it out...I had a great time shopping.
The few times I called the staff was very friendly when I asked about store hours and merchandise. When I was there in person I will say the store was really really full and I went during a weekday. It was as organized as you can get with a super packed store. They do try to restock merchandise as much as they can and the staff was very nice when I was there in person as well. I would recommend if you want to visit. I do have to say the merchandise is expensive so be prepared to spend a lot of coin.
Cute products at a great price! Helpful staff when finding items and checking out. The decor was too cute! Also loved they had a staff member taking pictures of you in front of the huge brown bear! Can’t wait to visit again!

Line Friends is a cool store for their brand with lots of stuffed animals stationery, cups, bowls, mouse pads etc. Its nice, neat and organized when I went it was packed but manageable. I got to take a pic with the BIG bear in the front of the store which was cool. I wish there were more people on the floor to help out I searched low and high for assistance. Dont let the lack of help deter you from going to Line Friends, If you like cool Japanese stuff go.
After shopping the guy working the front door stopped me and my kids from leaving. He demanded to see my receipt and have a look inside my bag. He questioned a free mouse pad that was given to me by the cashier for purchasing certain items. I asked if this was standard routine for every customer which he responded yes. I didn’t see him check other people’s bags leaving before me. I am shocked that this kind of mistreatment towards customers is allowed. Corporate will be made aware of this incident.

Not sure why it has taking me so long to write a review for this place, but Line & Friends Store is literally my favorite place to visit when I’m in Time Square. Line is an unknown chat application in the US, but its definitely popular among my Taiwanese relatives. The NYC Cony and Brown plush dolls were definitely a hit when I brought it as gift for my little cousins when visiting Taiwan. Its hard to think of things to bring back to Asia that is not already available in their country. The store itself has a giant Brown available for photograph right at the entrance, and a character area in the back of store for more selfie opportunities. The rest of the store offers a variety of Line character products that cycles according to the character campaigns. While visiting recently, the store was carrying the Korean BT21 and ROY6 characters. Although not my favorite, but the store still did a good job displaying all the character themed items. The clerks are generally helpful, and given the lack of popularity among the non-Asian visitors, the store is generally not too packed.
I don’t get why people say this store is expensive it’s really not. I think their prices are very reasonable depending on what the item is. The BT21 items are a little pricey but the other Line items aren’t. I went there for the first time today and I’ll definitely be going back again.
This is a very cute store at the Time Square with a variety of accessories of different line characters. The staff in the store are very friendly. It’s a great place to pick some unique gifts such as mugs, phone cases, stationeries.

One of the coolest stores in Times Square! Even if you are not familiar with LINE characters youll instantly fall in love with the cute charm that they have. There are a wide range of products from accessories to plushies to stationary making this a great place to get gifts. There are also many photo op locations within the store with the LINE characters as well. The prices are slightly expensive in my opinion ranging from $5 for small things to $300.
I have been there today and they welcomed me with smiley face. All the stuffs are so friendly and helpful. The cashier was really great he is amazing .

Went to this shop to see what it was all about. I had seen them in Asia but was intrigued by the fact that this one was one of the only locations in the Americas! It’s a very sweet shop filled with little animal apparel ranging from shirts, cell phone cases, office and school supplies, and more. There is a huge bear when you walk into the store that people were taking photos with. I also noticed that everything was well kept, organized, aesthetically pleasing, and some of the areas were interactive.I really enjoyed this store and the staff was very kind which is always a plus! I especially liked the cell phone cases! Not only did they have a lot of protection but were also nice to look at and overall well designed!
Really fun store, with some high quality Line swags. Giant Brownie is one of the main attraction of the store. The store is highly maintained and associates are very friendly.

It’s 90 degrees in NYC today and the store is making customers wait in line without shade to make sure that there’s safe distancing inside the store. The ridiculous part is that there are probably only 10 people in the store at any one time with still plenty of space available.
You must visit Line Friends if you are a fan of bt21 or bts!!!! Best service and people work there are super nice!! Only four stars because their merch sold out too fast!!! Need more new items and restock the merch !!!! I hope the store can be a little bit bigger too!!!!

I have been coming to this location since 2017 and the associates are always a delight. Its bittersweet that covid regulations have shut down the back of the store so photo ops are no longer allowed but the staff always work their hardest to ensure everyone is safe and they always answer questions about inventory proving to be very helpful.

The cutest store in the world, I’m not a big fan of Line but the BT21 merchandise made me stop by. I had to buy the Chimmy plush but they were sold out of certain items which was a bit disappointing. I also got a cute duck phone case at 30% off. The items are definitely worth the price!
Did u think u can screw over a local guide and not get a bad review? Local guides were recently given rewards (tote bag, mouse pad, and cups) by Google from this line store for all of our hard work. It was all a lie. I go there they told me they ran out and the email was a mistake. They gave me a pen worth 10 cents to make which had a price tag of $4.95 and thats before tax. The store is cute and good as a tourist trap but everything here is WAY over price. I recommend visiting and taking pictures but if you want any of the goods, go buy them online.

You guys need a better screening process when hiring your sales associates. I been to this store three times and each time your employees have the worst attitude. You can carry the cutest items in the world but your customer service is trash. Amp up your orientation and retrain them.

This is a really nice shop! Lots of cute Line character merchandise, most people would find something they like here. I came in for a free item for being a Local Guide, and they had to give a cheaper item instead of the expected cold cup, even though there were hundreds on the shelf for sale. The staff was apologetic about it- but it left a bad taste in my mouth given the good experience otherwise.

Super cute!This store is filled with those cute characters from Line and how I love the pillows!They have many stationaries as well and gosh, they are cute. It’s quite price in a way but I went there when we have the winter sale. Got this super cuddly and soft Pangyo medium pillow with a bonus of a cute mirror. We also got some NYC souvenirs and postcards.You will have hug cuddly Line Bear in the middle and people are lining up to take pictures, including us :)It’s right in the middle of Times Square so you won’t miss it. And it’s easy to reach the place as soooo many subways stop here.
The store is dirty and poorly staffed and despite the city lifting capacity restrictions this store is enforcing their own. Long lines outside the store so you can stand next to a homeless man taking a dump and be harassed by the “characters” while hoping to get in within an hour in 90 degree heat. Or you can skip it. I visited 6/20/21 I thought about shopping online but am still angry about the poor management. Tried calling to find out capacity and operating information but no one answers the phone.
Good place to get some cute presents. Staff is very nice and friendly and location is perfect for this kind of gift shops.

Cute selection but pretty pricey, even for Time Square. I think the brand is recognized in the East and people who follow trends from over there, but for locals or even just tourists from most other places it seems weird for this random bear and friends to cost so much.
Visited the store in Times Square last weekend! You can find lots of little knick knacks perfect for gifts & personal use. Just be warned its a little bit pricey.

Plush pillows, totes,slippers, pens, keychains and so much more BT21 items!!This is Line Friends stores so if you love Line Friend characters you will love this store as well! The line friends items starts as small as $1.25 postcards and stickers to $100+ exclusive hoodies and merch. Majority of the line friends items are less than $60 but they have exclusive items like beats and limited jackets, etc which are more pricey. There’s something there for every budget though!Staff is ridiculously helpful! They greet you and there is enough staff to assist you even during busy times. The staff has always been extremely helpful with answering any questions!They play a mixed variety of KPOP now(they used to just play Bts) and have tv monitors to show BT21 and Line friends videos.In the back of the store is the BT21 room where they have more merch, exclusive items the boys signed(not for sale) and huuuggeee BT21 characters! Photos and videos are encouraged and this is the one place where it’s ok to take a shameless selfie lol.It seems like there’s always some new merch added so I would call the store or visit weekly if you’re looking for something specific. They usually have little sales on line friends items like buy one get second one free or a percentage off.BT21 items are very well priced as well smallest items are folders which are around $4 and priciest is the large plush pillows (42cm)which are around $42 ! Again something for everyone’s budget here! Highly recommend visiting
I got to say, this store is great. Big bear at the entrance, lots of cool stuff to buy. Staff are great and always help. Thanks to line and Google for my free present they had for level 5 contributors. Even of the employees photo bombed a pic jajajajaja. It looks like they always having fun.

I just randomly thought about giving this place a review, I went here a year ago and the experience affected me in a good way. There is someone that works there, Im not sure who he is but he was amazing. The guy was dancing near the front doors being nice to everyone and talking. When I went in he gave me a compliment that I still cry about surprisingly, as nobody has ever said that my smile was beautiful. That compliment still gets to me everyday, and I just was really happy that someone would say that to me. Heck my parents have never even said that, but a stranger had said something extremely nice and i still think about it a year later. I dont think Ill ever forget, to the employees that work there, thank you, especially to that man. If you read this, youve really changed me as Im still trying to be more confident, and I know that compliment will forever hold a place in my heart. This is a amazing place to go to 💜💜💜
