Cute, original, expensive cards here. I bought an engagement card for a friend here. Loved all of the ones available. Lots of other cute nick-nacks in this store. Id definitely come back if I were in the area. You have to spend at least $5 to charge or theres a fee I believe. Friendly service!

My first time in the store. I have seen the clothes advertised on social media but never bought. Clothes were very soft and good quality. Very cute unicorn onesie and unicorn dress! Once they are out they are out; we bought two. Employees are very nice and helpful and nice decor. My 6 year old sat in the reading corner and read a book while we shopped. I nursed my daughter on the couches. Very comfortable atmosphere.

This shop is darling and the staff is incredibly helpful. I needed a baby gift for someone I wasn’t close with and they were extremely helpful with their suggestions. The store is so well organized and the patterns and quality of their products are amazing. Will definitely be shopping with them again!

Literally the greatest kids clothing store and they are local to Chicago which I love.I love how their clothing is free of chemicals commonly found in clothing so it is super safe for babies and young kids. The quality of the clothing justifies the costs and not to mention their prints are SO CUTE!It is a go-to place for gifting and honestly, I always seem to pick something up for my family as well.If you are looking for something specific, the staff is friendly and can help you find what you are looking for in the back of the store or online/ordering. Their return policy is top notch in case you need to return something as well. They make it really easy to enjoy the experience!

Wonderful quality clothing and blankets! Monica + Andy is my go-to for baby gifts. The embroidery option for blankets makes for an extra special personalized gift. Highly recommend!

I love their clothes but their customer service is horrible. I ordered two outfits and blankets for a friend having twins, and I was only shipped one of each. They never even bothered calling me to tell me they were out of stock on the prints I had selected. I would have gladly chosen a different print. They just short shipped me and refunded me about a week later. I tried in vain to call and email and even tried their online “chat” which wasn’t an actual live chat. They were extremely slow in getting back to me. Finally I connected with a real person, and they issued me a return ticket for my outfit as they didn’t have another soft gown in a 0-3 month size for the second baby. I returned the gown and it has now been 10 days since they signed for it and I have yet to receive a refund. Not sure if they are short staffed during COVID-19, but they seriously need to improve their customer service skills.Update- I reached out to them about my missing refund, and they processed it the same day.

The shop and employees are fantastic! The clothes are high quality and customer service is always great - weve never had an issue with returns or exchanging sizes. Pre-COVID we absolutely loved the Mom & Baby yoga classes, and even did a few prenatal courses at the store. Always a great experience!

Adorable organic baby clothes and accessories - perfect for baby showers, birthdays, or your own baby! Ive come here a few times to purchase gifts for friends, and I am always impressed by the customer service and overall store experience. The sales team is so friendly, always smiling, and very knowledgeable about the product - the give great recommendations. They also offer to wrap the gift, which is a really nice touch. The store itself is fun to be inside, and they have a designated spot for moms to park strollers! They also hold events, so parents/nannies/caregivers can bring their children in to play/sing/enjoy milk & cookies. Its a really great store - highly recommend stopping in!

I was on the hunt for jersey knit materials and this store had the most options for the cheapest price out of any stores I went to. Prices for knit material ranged from $5-$6. Also has tons of other fabrics, the owner is super sweet and helpful and flexible on prices. I measured some of my cuts and he gave 1/4 yard or more extra for all of them! Would recommend going for sure!!!!

The worst experience ever. Long time delivery, wrong sizes, defects and even handwriting notes on textiles. Poor customer service. I hope they’ll have higher standards of quality and service someday. Till that moment Ill be staying away from this store.

Great costumer service! I ordered some things online for my husbands client who just had a baby and I forgot to add a gift message. I emailed them asking if I could still add it and within a couple of minutes I got an email back letting me know they would add the message to the order. Great costumer service and super soft, cute clothes!!

Beautiful atmosphere. They ladies who work there were very helpful and pleasant. The store is very kid friendly and allows for kids to be kids.
