We went today (6/19/21) and Ahmed was sooo helpful! He really made the experience of adding a line and getting a phone upgrade so easy and simple. Even when my “eccentric”, elderly mom asked 200 questions, Ahmed was patient and answered every question she had. Thank you for the great customer service!

Dealer says they open at 9:00 and here is 7 minutes to 10:00 and nobodys here.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The manager was eager to help and did everything he could until he solved the problem with my phone and got me an even better deal! I recommend metro to everyone. And I highly recommend this specific location.

The sales associate Zee was amazing. He was polite, attentive, helpful and went above and beyond every other metro person Ive ever dealt with. Its really nice to come in and get this great service. I would even go out of my way to deal with him at this store then the closer one to my house.

I called in with a question regarding buying a brand new phone and the shop keep that answered was very rude and threatening and I explained to the guy that I was willing to buy a very expensive phone to where he told me that Im better off going to a different location and getting it there, when I asked if he had the phone in stock he replied with yes but you cant have it... It truly seems like MetroPCS does not want to do business in New Port Richey...

Metro PCS should secret shop this place. I took my wife in this evening to upgrade her phone. ...Where to start? The fact that it smelt like an ash tray in there? The constant loud techno music? The minimal selection on phones ( Seriously they have what ONE display table?) The lack of prices displayed on accessories? ...... No Ill start with the customer service. We had to wait a little bit.....not a problem, but then when we get to the customer service they cant find the supposed ONE phone left that my wife wanted, Eventually after the Manager the back came up and after some bumbling around from the front 2 lackeys they found it. At that point I had to go outside with our granddaughter and let my wife finish the transaction as associate number 2 decided to wear a shirt that was way way way to low cut. Then the total comes to $126.53, and my wife hands her 2 $100.00 bills, a 5, a 1, and fifty cents. She ( Associate number 2) inspects the 2 100 dollar bills, rings up the transaction placing all money in her drawer, does not give my wife her change, and continues on prepping her phone for porting and what not. My wife then tells her You still owe me $80 ...She was hesitant about it, then asks How much did you give me again?.....See, here is the problem, now, had she NOT tried to scam my wife, she would know how much she owed her as it would be correct on the receipt....The problem was she keyed it in as exact change. I can only wonder if this was an attempt to scam us? Avoid this place at all costs, there are way to many Authorized Dealers up and down us 19. The place was fine almost 2 years ago when we got her previous phone, but now, forget about it.

Amy was a pleasure to do business with. She explained everything thoroughly and helped set up everything on my account. Even had patience with my 14 month old son roaming around the store.

Crazy how one employee can ruin a store, Amy was great. The new guy is teribble. Very misleading with the information he pretends to know so well! Was there for an hour with no conclusion to my problem. Decided to go to another store situation was solved in 10 min.

Got a Galaxy less then six months ago. Phone has issues, so I bring it into these two bored looking guys. After looking at the phone for less than a minute their solution was buy a new one. I know you dont need to be a rocket scientist to sit behind the counter at a MetroPCS but these guys are idiots.

Excellent customer service by the nicest gentleman, it was today Sunday at 4:00 he was working alone and was AMAZING! HE DESERVES A RAISE! His name may be Zee. I listed day and time so you will know who was working!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! If you are looking for a Metro PCS authorized dealer to physically go and purchase a phone; PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place should shut down... Or at least train your ENTIRE staff to have more respect, courtesy, and Patience with people! Im STILL waiting on a phone (that I do Not Want) that shouldve been here (Weve passed the 5 Business Days mark) but isnt. For what reason? Who knows. Im just done. After I pick up my unwanted replacement phone, I Hope this Franchise Shuts Down.

This is the worst place in the world. The manager is a thief. He stole $100 . He owes me 2 screen covers valued at $30 each. He also agreed to pay me back $40 then changed his mind. I am taking him to small claims court. If metro pcs wants a good reputation then they need to get rid of this guy. Worst ever!!!

Very helpful, good service. However the girl continually bashed Windows and made me feel like I had something inferior in front of other customers.She said Do you know how to transfer contacts in the WONDERFUL Windows? to her co-worker.Then she said Stupid Windows at least twice.She didnt make me feel like a valued customer, continually bashing something I had just bought.

This place use to be good but not any more. They only had 4 phones on display. Very little stuff in a big store. Felt like no air was on so hot as hell inside. And the only person working seemed like he dident know anything about the phones and what phones support what. And if someone came in to pay a bill he directed his attention to them rather than the customer he was serving. That place will be out of business soon if they keep that up and dont have any inventory to display.

The phone case that I bought for my galaxy J7 prime broke the day after I bought it from that metro pcs store. Paying $20 for a cheap, plastic case that breaks the following day, (phone was not dropped) and the store doing nothing about it, well, Im not happy at all. This store gets 1 star - 1 = 0 from me.

I love this place been going to this st9r for about 3 months and the manager there is awsome is his name is slim what great guy has everything I asked for and great attitude.

Moses gave me a great deal when i bought my samsung J7, he gave me a discount on the case and tempered glass.

BEWARE OF A BMW AND SALES PERSON AYMEN Ive been trying to write a review for the last 30 minutes but I cant because the phone that Aymen sold me is so horrible. He sold me an upgrade without letting me know it was an upgrade and I cant even return it within the seven days 30 minutes. When I bought it I was looking for a particular phone he talked me into this phone and told me if I didnt like it return it within the seven days 60 Minutes time limit.

A store is awesome and I love the workers

In addition to my other review.When I puchased my phone they would not give me the rebate price. They said to get it through the metro website. I do that and of course, this is store is not a participating location for the mail in rebate. I call them to ask why they lied, put me on hold for 20 minutes, they never pick the phone back up and the store is now closed. Afford this place like the plague. Unless of course you want to be ripped off and lied to.
