I just wanted to say the store manager Lucas Meek went above and beyond to try to assist me with a problem For a piece of equipment that I was having issues with it. I’m not a very techy person so embarrassed to say but I brought it to a place that wasn’t designed to help me with the problem that I was having lol. I was greeted by Lucas and explain to him the problem that I was having. He could’ve simply just brushed me off but instead he tried brainstorming with me. I just thought that was very kind. he wasn’t able to help me and he pointed me in the right direction. I wanted to say that the situation that I had at hand wad a frustrating experience and throughout the entire process he simplified it, he had care for my frustration and he kept his cool the entire time and remained so professional and courteous and just went above and beyond. And he didn’t have to he just did. This level of customer service is so hard to find and I wanted to thank him for that. You have an outstanding employee working for you at the store and an incredible representation of what customer service should be. Thank you Lucas Meek.

Jose provided exceptional customer service last month when I had to upgrade my phone unexpectedly. Jose explained that credit was unavailable for my damaged phone. However, he explained the other incentives. Also, Jose explained the differences between the Pro and other phones. Most importantly, Jose listened to my concerns without the sales pressure. I missed having the purple phone, but I’m satisfied with my gold phone and phone case. This is a late post, but I completed the AT&T surveys.
Went to store sign said open from 10 am to 7 pm. They were closed.Had to go to another AT&T Store out of my way. They couldnt fix the problem but told me have to GO online to fix the problem.
I originally went to at&t to tag along with a friend, Jose’s amazing customer service skills, and product knowledge intrigued me. He was very informative and kept all of his promise. It was a vey satisfying experience.

His name is Tyler and he has worked with me twice once in January 2021 and also today Feb 9, 2021–the first when I bought my iPhone 12 and today when I had a ton of questions for him. He has been patient and kind and helpful and a gentleman through two pretty long sessions with me and I appreciate this so much!!! He truly knows what your products and services and he is an outstanding asset to AT&T!
Horrible . Managers say one price and your bill is another, I’ve came in the store numerous times and tried to explain why my bill is so high for 1 line on a unlimited plan and no one can seem to help in the store .
The manager Lucas and his assistant Shelby completely screws up my hole account by ordering the wrong phone paid tax on them then returned the phones and now having a hard time getting my money back there all layers in there and just don’t care
The worst customer service. I bought a phone and decided to stay with my current carrier instead. I returned the phone and then was billed by att for the device and was told the store did not return the device in the system correct. I went back into the store and received no reason behind the mistake and was basically told that it was not their fault. No one even offered to help me fix their mistake with att corporate. Do yourself a favor and only go to corporate stores not 3rd party authorized.

Weeeellllllllllll. I gotta give it only 3 ⭐⭐⭐s for the time being. Was in your At&t store in Port Richey, Fl. today. Was looking to begin NEW start up service. It all started out very promising, and Lucas the store manager assured me that it was a very simple process. He took me over to the display tv. and internet hook up. He showed me how easy it is to use the remote control, and the Google voice option. And it seemed to be pretty much a simple easy process. So with that. Lucas had pretty much sold me on the program. He asked how many tvs I would be hooking up into my home. And I told him 4. Lucas then explained to me the pricing with the package I had agreed to, along with how many boxes I would need to have everything in working order. He then opened up a brand new internet cable box. And explained to me that he would program this box there at the store. And once I received the other boxes from At&t. That I would be able to follow the same process in programming them myself. Well this is where the issues began. The 10 to 15 minute programming this internet box. Turned into 30 to 45 minutes. And still did not work. So Lucas said he had returned boxes in the back. And that he would grab one of those boxes. And program this one. Well. After another 30 minutes of trying to get an old internet box to program. Still no luck! So. I believe Lucas tried another customer returned internet box to program. And this also would not work. And Lucas actually went missing into the back employee room I am assuming? Because I never seen him again before I left the store. I actually had another employee there (Sarah) go in the back and tell him I was leaving. And that I would come back maybe tomorrow. So with that. Sarah took my contact number and said she would call me. So after all was said and done. I had paid for the channel services, and I am assuming for the 3 other internet boxes I will require to hook up my other 3 tvs in my home. Close to $90 dollars after taxes. And have nothing to show for it. Other then an invoice, a channel selection sheet, and a business card. So bottom line on review. Lucas and Sarah both get 👍 up! For trying their best to help me. Still kinda wondering where Lucas the store manager disappeared to while what I had thought he was helping me? Maybe he had an emergency? I just am guessing here. I really dont know? As for the actual At&t product itself (internet box). Sounding like it needs a lot of work. Why? Because it does not work!!! Just giving you my experience there at this center today. So the product that was supposed to be so easy to program and use. Evidently is not. Feeling a little bewildered on this whole experience today? Hopefully someone will reach out to me from At&t? But then again. I dont really know? So far, unsatisfied potential customer.......

They keep jacking up the price and the manager keeps changing his story of what our deal was when we wrote it out together and got a price together and he keeps changing it now as the prices keep going up

This is a great store with great employees. I have dealt with Ashley a few times now and she has helped me out with all my problems. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in and I always leave happy knowing what I couldn’t figure out has been fixed or I have been showed how to work some things on this phone. Ashley is very knowledgeable and she always answers all my questions; I will recommend this store to everyone I know.
Came in to upgrade my phone. The sales person was polite and professional! The process took less than 20 minutes.I had a bad experience at a different AT&T Store earlier that day and all the things they did wrong at the other store, this salesperson did them all right! Thanks for the excellent service!

The store clerk was inexperienced or incompetent. A more savvy coworker would not really take the time to help. The manager refused to come out despite requests. When we asked for a refund for a payment made 30 seconds ago it was refused. We were returning customers after a few months overseas and it still took us 90 minutes to start service.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THE NEW PORT RICHEY ATT STORE. Absolute criminals. They added lines and devices onto our account that we never asked for. Over the last couple of months we have been through hell and back calling at&t to get our bill fixed. They always promise theyre going to fix it, and then were charged more and more.
Run as fast as you can from this store. Shady and deceptive. I sent my girlfriend in for an upgrade with a trade in and she left with two new phones and then two new phone lines we did not need. The trade-in credit that we were getting for $600 was messed in this secret of new phone numbers but neither needed or wanted,and then have to pay for until the contract is over now because we didn’t discover this until the bill came!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I would always suggest going to a AT&T corporate store this is a franchise store that will use deception to make a profit. Use the corporate store on 19 by Walmart to make an honest deal and be hassle free from a bombshell of deception.The store manager Andrew said we needed one new line toQualify for a new iPhone 8 for free with the other upgrade . Honestly who walks in 2 get 2 more inner phone lines that have to be paid back for over 3 years !!!!!!!!!! This second new line that was concealed with the upgradeWas later added and concealed to give you a promotion that’s worthless. Getting a credit but you have to pay back over three years is not a credit and there’s not a promotion run away from the store as fast as you can and go to a corporate storeI have had at and t for over 14 years and been to many stores . This is one to avoidThis manager should feel disgraceful for deceiving customers to make a profit this way.
1st off went in to get a new iphone for my daughter. She wanted iphone 8. They told me if we get a new line, we could get the phone for free. That we would be charged for the phone and then see a credit a few days later. Did warn us it would take a few months to start seeing the credits. Well that was in January. Its now July and nothing. Totally being charged for the phone every month. Went in the ask why. They told me I would have to call customer service. So I did. Found out it was because of the particular plan I have. So they dont know the promotions and now I have to pay for $600 phone I was told would be free and another phone line we didnt need

When there was an issue, neither AT&T or this store could fix it.This is not a corporate store. Also, the phone that was sold to us, wasn’t in store and was told that no one in the area had it. This was an untruth.However, when I picked up an item the staff was as helpful as they could be.

Bought an iPhone 8 plus for.my wife.and an s9.for.myself. The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all products. Just got the Direct TV installed.and picture quality is outstanding.
I was very impressed with how helpful the staff was in setting up my new account and directv. The store manager, Ian, was very thorough in explaining everything so there were no surprises when my first bill came!

Had work in about 40mins really wanted my new phone, stopped by told them I wanted to upgrade to S9+ but I only had 40mins they had me checked out and swapped perfectly with everything I needed in 30! Super friendly staff and now my new favorite store!
The rep Andrew was really helpful, he saved us a lot on our monthly bill and gave us great bundle deals for our new phones and DTV.

I know youre supposed to unlock your phone online but it wasnt working so we figured the people in the store could...nope! Simply said we could hire somebody usually around $50 to do it. I had my 5 ur old there and when they turned on Netflix it said it contains mature material. I didnt find that appropriate at all. Then they charged $10 for a sims card where as the store in front of Walmart only charges $5! When asked why that was they said uh I dont know maybe its because were an independent retail store. I will NEVER go back to this store. It makes you wonder what else they jacked up the price on!
