Sean helped me locate a very hard to find traeger smoker. We were on a short time line to get the item so he drove to another store, over 1 hour away, to pick up the item so I could have it before I left town. This was a level.of customer service that went well above my expectations and I cannot thank him enough. The rest of staff were polite and helpful while we waited for the grill to be brought from the warehouse. I would give 10 stars if possible. Thanks again!

Please read! After going to Ace Hardware I found there employees to be kind and also changed. As you see in some on the reviews they are 2 years old. Meaning Ace Hardware has improved since then. When I go they are very respectful but most importantly they work hard and actually help you find what you are looking for. So if you are looking for great name brand equipment, paints, etc. Then come to Ace Hardware in New Philadelphia.

The cashier was extremely helpful and polite... This visit just reconfirmed that ace is ten times better than Lowes my one critique or recommendation would be that they get a sign up there by the Buehlers sign so its easier to see because before today I didnt even know the ace was there which really sucks because thats my favorite Hardware....

Total joke. I dropped off two chainsaws that needed repaired. Their mechanics were not there, so I gave them my phone number and asked if they could give me an estimate. After two weeks I heard nothing.I eventually paid to have one repaired and as far as I can tell the only thing they did was sharpen the chain.As for the other saw, they told me it would be cheaper to buy a new saw. After buying new fuel lines and replacing them myself it runs great.Ill never take another saw there and I will never buy a new from them.

Love to browse and get hardware for projects around the house.

I have an account with E&H hardware because they bought out the true value in Millersburg where I previously had an account. Since they took over the true value I dread going in there for anything, its just a horrible experience almost every time. Anyway I happened to be working in New Philly and had to run to the hardware and E&H hardware popped up as being the closest store to my location and I thought well since I have an account with E&H and it was so close Id give it a shot, I mean what are the chances. Theres no possible way that it would suck just like the one in Millersburg. Well it turns out that it did suck, in fact it sucked so bad that I left the store empty handedhand drove halfway across town to another hardware store. I give them one star because you have to give at least one in order for your review to be posted, and because they have are providing jobs to people. Terrible, just deplorable I tell you, its really sad.

Great I get alot of my Craftsman tools here and there red hot buys are great they still need get a bigger selection of tools though which they maybe since it looked like they were remodeling last time I was in there.

I purchased a lawn mower part from the Ace Hardware in New Philadelphia. I Payed double the price of what the same item cost at an online retailer. I bought the item at Ace Hardware for the convenience of having the part immediately. I kept my bill of sale and the packaging. The part was defective and employees hinted that I was responsible for the defect. Employees cited store and vendor policy prohibiting them from replacing the part immediately. The employees said the manufacture would need to inspect the item before replacing it. My new policy is to not shop at Ace Hardware. Only purchase from stores with the best prices who warranty a six day old defective part immediately.Ace Customer Service; If your vendor locks you into bad policy, find a new vendor who will help your business grow vs loose your customers.#acehardware #poorcustomerservice #warranty

Sat there for 15 + minutes on 4/26/15. Want to buy a 180c sthil chain saw, extra chain, bar oil and gas mix. 3 employees sat up by the cointer amd was discussing how things could be better. Well if they would walk around and ask customers what they need would be something that could help. I purchase what i need else where
