Usually very good selection &/price. But was looking for replacement of my safety vest I needed for my job as school crossing guard. Very. Small selection regard less of style found one sweater type but was $99.95. Never saw such a high price!

Will not shop this store ever again. Several people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Asked for help with gun safe and was told rudely someone would help in a minute well 20 minutes later same group still standing around doing nothing

Bought 8 items, 3 were priced higher at the checkout than the tags on the shelves. Clerk said take it or leave it, no way to verify what I was saying. Got home and a bag was missing (with 2 of the overpriced items lol!). Seems to be going down hill, used to enjoy shopping the selection and low prices, but now the prices are fake and the service is no better than Walmart.

My favorite store I go there probably at least once sometimes twice a week

Rural King is a circus of nothing but angry female employees. No disrespect but called as seen, and thats every time. Today the cashier was kind enough to stop herself from smacking my wifes hand while growling shes to use a pen with the card reader. It says that same thing, but nicely, in the printed instructions. It specifically says pen used for touch screen and not keypad. Ricardo, the grunting employee, whatever he called herself, didnt read that far. And this is the most pleasant of all the trips there. If dealing with hostile employees angry while working because the summer sausage sweats wont go away Rural King is your one stop shop. Youll know youre there when you see supposed to be employees yelling at shoppers with their cheek packed tight with the spicy summer sausage that they are at the same time telling shoppers doesnt exist-theyve never seen it-and if you find it Ill charge you triple the actual price. Positive note, they have a bunch of baby chicks trying to brighten up the dreariness with their little peep peeps running around. Almost worth the abuse getting to them

Pretty cool place that has a little bit of everything at fair prices,I buy belts for my mower n other machines,I bought my Stihl chainsaw here at a great price, the salesman was very thoughtful and made sure I knew everything I needed to know to get the best experience out of using it,the family likes to go with me when Im heading to rural king,its much cheaper to not let them know Im going there,lol.but seriously if you have never been there you need to check it out.

They actually have sizes in their jeans and better product. Unlike our local Walmart

Overpriced on their clothing,and work boots! RK Brand work jeans very portable quality! Brand names like Carhart,and Levi,Columbia ect,ect!! How do farmers afford any thing from this store! Once in a blue moon, You might get lucky! Bored? Go browse around RK!! Same with TSC!

3rd time in a row now we have had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this store..and not just us..but other cutomers in the store as well ... we travel quite a distance to shop at this store..and have recommended family & friends to this store..BUT NO MORE!! Not gonna continue to give our hard earned money to a place and be treated so rudely and inconsiderately in return...all 3 times now there has only been 1 cashier and weve had to wait in long lines to check out....yesterday we waited in a long line while someone we were told was a head cashier with the name Jade was dusting off the popcorn machine...and actually told customers they had to go get in the long line to be waited on...soooo hopefully your popcorn machine brings you more benefit than paying customers...because these are some paying customers who will be taking there business somewhere else...One time we called to see if they had in stock something we was making the long trip for and was rudely told yes it was there..only to make the trip and it was not there...As i look through the reviews here i have read several mixed reviews of bad experiences at this store..so hopefully something will eventually be done about your rude employees for other customers sake!!

Marine battery I wanted was out of stock so they filled the spot on the shelf with a cheaper model. Good thing I looked closely before buying.

We always look forward to perusing the aisles of our local Rural King and this time was no exception! We found some cute chicks while we were there, too!

Would not recommend to anyone. Stood in front of employees for 25 minets and wasnt even acknowledged that I was even there. I was the only person in line.will not be coming back.

I shop regularly at Rural King and at multiple locations. Im there several times a week checking ammo as well as other items. Today I was confused on a store policy and asked for clarification. In response the teller was extremely rude and obviously irritated at my question. She cut me off more than once and was disinterested in answering my questions. I wasnt rude in any way to her and am unsure why I was met with rudeness in return. I called and spoke to the assistant manager and was met with him defending her and telling me I was wrong. I really like this store but unfortunately not enough to shop there in the future.

The place is big with lots of items pretty much what you need is here. However as far as staff goes there needs to be a huge improvement. I believe its starts at the top and if bosses arent treating staff properly then it will spill onto the customers. I have only once in the few times I have been in here had a friendly helpful staff member which is quite ridiculous to me. I even was told to get off the riding wheelchair a few years back because they didnt believe I needed to use it😏which I did have a foot injury so theres that for you. Im sure not everyone has these same experiences Im just sharing mine.

Prices good but be careful. Quarts of oil only contain 26 to 30 ounces. Paying for 12 quarts, getting only about 10. Workers complain about manager. There on a Saturday night, one cashier and 11 people in line. Sad they having issues

They werent rude at closing time. They didnt follow me around like I was there to steal... I felt more comfortable here than all the stores Ive been to combined in the last month

I was very disappointed in their lack of inventory. I needed pine shavings and an electric waterer... they were out of both!

They let pets in. Even when my pet had an accident they happily cleaned it. I felt terrible. But my dog was happy.

There is always stuff seeming to be in the main isles especially further you go toward the back of the store. A couple of times I have had to climb over or move a bunch of stuff to get to what I needed.

Poor customer service. I had scheduled service and they didnt want to even do it. Spoke with store manager and he said he would check on it and call me back. Never got a call from the store manager. They dont have any service or any management there. Shop else where. You will be happier and better service else where
