One of my favorite stores. Always clean and all the employees speak and offer assistance.

I like going to this location because many times it is not very crowded and I prefer not having large crowds. I was not pleased today because I normally go to get Christmas decorations that are on sale but they had barely anything especially lights.I do appreciate them honoring the military by giving a discount and the coupons that are available online.I will not abandon this store because we are limited with places to shop in New Orleans East.Thank you to those who work there because they work diligently to make sure the shelves are stocked and are helpful when needing assistance.

Placed an order on line. Do they no longer deliver to customers home?. Paid for order on line. Husband goes to pick it up and is told it has to be received by the person placing the order. As I am not always mobile this presents an in my shopping at this site. BIRTHDAY gifts and bed sheets and goods for my granddaughter to decorate her room. Not happy.

Good. If you dont get in the store after they received their new merchandise, you are out of luckThey have reasonable priced. To me, sometimes better than Walmart when you want to go in and out quickly the staff is always nice. I have never encountered a rude customer nor staff

My experience wasnt pleasant. Thanksgiving plates & napkins were tagged @ 25% off, when checking out it was the regular price. I brought a sleigh for $14 with 20% off but the ski was broken off. When mentioning it to the cashier, she responded ok. No let me see it,or any mention of more off the price after spending $112.08 on Christmas decorations. Mind you she came around to the basket to check each item in the basket instead of letting me put my stuff on the counter. I feel that see saw it and didnt say anything. Regardless it should have at least been addressed.

Big lots is always kinda messy. Anywhere you go in the country. But this one was on neater side. Though I suspect its due to its low inventory. Your first and last impression of the space Id how big it is. Big and empty. Not sure why its so unfull in comparison to other locations. The prices are the usual. They seemed to have more outdoor stuff and less womens than Im used to.. but that could be bias.Lines were short. Cashier was enjoyable. I was asked if I needed help when I crossed a floor employee. Mom said bathrooms were clean. But her opinion isnt most accurate sometimes. Ill check them next time we go.

Look for the unusal, especially in the sense of groceries...they have a variety of everything, furniture, small appliances, mattresses, cookware, cleaning supplies and even groceries...there pricing is ok, nothing to break the door down for...the cashiers are very nice and personable.

I having been staying in East New Orleans for some time now and decided to go to the big lots instead of dealing with Wal-Mart across the road . This has to be the most cleanest and most friendliest people I have met the staff was very helpful and truly polite I really wished I had shopped there more often now . we travel a lot because of my husbands job and I have to say I have been in a lot of big lots from Thomasville Georgia to Dickson Tn and ft Lauderdale Florida. And this is the nicest I have ever been in .
