Marque in the optical department was so helpful, friendly, and professional while fixing my dads glasses. We are visiting from out of town and he desperately needed a repair - Marque got it done in about 5 minutes. He is a great asset to Costco!

Actually have been a member for a while with no problems but tried the braised short ribs in teriyaki/sesame sauce and it was all big bones probably 8 oz of meat if lucky. Thought it was 11 and something but when unwrapped it was 38. Sauce was good but not enough meat for 2 people. Very disappointing.

Costco employees arent how they used to be. They check you out without greeting you. When talk to them they dont respond and ignore you. When you leave they dont thank you. Even the receipt checkers. These are two black women employees I encountered today.

What would I do without this VERY CLEAN SHOPPING CENTER right here in our neighborhood?!? We love Costco and everything they stand for.P.S. Consider locking your shopping carts. You chose to put a store in Hollygrove. We dont choose to have the carts dumped in our front yards!

Check out lines backed up down the aisles for those wanting a Costco cashier - saw only 3. Line was just as long for self checkout - but that was for 6 registers! Will definitely go self serve or come at another time - earlier.

My daughter bought a Hugh play set from Costco in New Orleans. She asked me to help her pick it up. When we got there, we didn’t realize how big it was. The guys in the warehouse were outstanding in helping us. We had to go and get a larger trailer to carry the set. Those guys didn’t hesitate in helping us load the play set on the trailer. We are tremendously impressed with the professionalism and the can do those guys gave us! Thank you!!

Parking lot was very crowded, but they had those checkouts moving people out quickly.

This location is never not crowded. We started coming here for the quality or food compared to Sam’s. I do wish there was another location on the West Bank to try and relieve the crowds. I also miss scan and go with Sam’s.Food at the snack bar is good. I don’t recommend trying to eat the pizza on the way home if you get one slice. It is very greasy.

Just signed up and noticed a few prices are a bit higher than Sams but the jury is still out. We will give them a try. Do not have scan and go check out, thats needs fixing

Everyone knows about Costco . Great inventory. Great prices . And the location is amazing . I just joined with the gold package that provides 2% cash back for every dollar spent there at the end of the year . I can already see the check being nice and fat . It’s worth paying the extra 30 dollars for me. I wish I would have done it sooner

FANTASTIC TO SHOP AT. The personal attention you receive as a customer is far better that the help you get at other clubs. Costco personnel with help you shop and walk you to an item if you cant find it on your own. The bakery and deli product are delicious. Im in the store at least twice a week. Cafe food court food is great, I love the chicken bake, 🤌🤌🤌 Que Bella!!!

Doesnt have as many items as Costco normally sells nation wide...they need more produce! People eat vegetables in New Orleans too ...also doesnt have self checkout... Costco rules in Arizona and California...be better!

Generally a good shopping experience, but there are times that regular items I would purchase arent regularly available. Some of the items would be Kirkland brand as well.

They have some great stuff on sale I love going to Costco.

I found some exotic fruit while shopping. Which is always a plus. My day was great with the return of the full snack bar menu 😋☺️😋.

Used to love Costco. I was made to feel like a criminal after they forgot to scan an item when checking me out and it really changed my opinion of the place. Decided not to renew my membership. Could definitely use scan and go like Sams.

Bought a leather sofa/Bed, dresser, and a dining set. This skinny costco worker who helped us load the pickup was strong as an Ox. He practically loaded all 3 boxes by himself.

I love their options for meat, fruit and veggies. Prices are always good.

Management was kinda rude and seemed like theyd rather be elsewhere which is completely understandable, work sucks but that mind set is not exactly helpful nor productive.

Never been in a Cisco before and it did not disappoint, they have just everything it was wonderful with super friendly staff to help with all the questions I had, everything was organized and just had some phenomenal good and the iced coffee was out of this world

Throughout the pandemic, the only place I felt safe to grocery shop was Costco. They implemented mandatory mask to all customers and employees, cleaned carts, social distancing, plastic dividers, and safe hours for elderly. They excelled in setting up preventative measures while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Shopping at Costco is always a nice experience. Shopping at Costco with A+ preventative measures was even better. The crowds were less and no more crowds around samples! Miss the samples but do not miss the parked carts.

If you enjoy incredible value and shopping in bulk this is your spot.The customer service here is great and very responsive. The checkouts move quickly. The parking lot is a bit snug and has an odd layout but outside of that all things are good

Best store in the New Orleans area for bulk buying in my opinion. It does get very busy, especially on Sunday and Monday. Most of the employees I have interacted with are polite and helpful.COVID prevention wise, all employees have masks on. Cashiers are behind plastic. They limit the number of people in the store so at times there is a line to get into the store.

I could spend all day in this store! The prices are reasonable, the groceries are fresh, the global food variety is stellar. It’s the only store you need to maintain your entire household from #HVAC, home office and home. It’s better than Fedco ever was!

My daughter lives close by, so it is convient to go to Costco but its very busy so be careful in the parking lot. I especially love their fruit and vegetables at this location

I completely regret wasting the $60 on the membership now. At least now, if I feel like I want a large amount of a very limited selection of things, I have the place to go for that. This place is extremely disappointing.

We absolutely love this place for restocking our RV bar and for the meats and cheeses we need for snacks and lunch during the work week.I also enjoy the selection a lot better than Sams Club

I have been a member here since they opened. I’ve also been fully vaccinated (I’m a nurse), since January. I was accosted by another member in line while shopping yesterday, completely humiliated, and worst of all the staff stood there and let this lady verbally attack me. If your policy is masks are optional, please do not allow customers to attack each other over masks. I was keeping 6’ away, being respectful and minding my own business, and I didn’t deserve that. The checkout girl was also extremely rude, although everyone else looked stunned by the whole incident. I left shaken and hurt as I try to be extremely respectful of everyone while I’ve been working through this whole pandemic, and was really excited to be able to go out (while distancing) mask free.Please let your staff know it’s not ok to let customers attack each other over masks, if your policy upon entry clearly states vaccinated individuals have the option to wear a mask.Unfortunately this is the only Costco in the area, so I’ll wear a mask. The issue is if you’re going to let people be attacked for not wearing a mask, just say you want masks worn in the store!

It has most what you need to purchase in bulk. There is a distinct difference on product availability for some things we use here in the south!!!

Not bad, often doesnt have the same products you find in other Costcos.

Costco is the healthy, quality version of Sams Club. The difference between the 2, Costco has outstanding quality control, Sams has 0 quality control. If you are looking for a store with quantity Costco is not it, however the quality of the products there is no comparison.

In their attempt to save money by having fewer employees, AKA self check out, Costco has turned into a nightmare. Lines halfway to the back of the store. An employee directing traffic in the check out lines (to avoid arguments!). Hire some more employees, Costco!

I only went here for gas. Lines were long as usual but moved fairly quickly. This one of my go to places for gas because the prices are usually lower than most.

They have what you need nice place to shop of your looking for bulk things.

My last visit was Monday, 9/13, and though they were pretty well stocked in cleaning supplies and dried/non-perishable goods, the meat and produce sections are nearly empty.

The ice coffee is magnificent from the food area.

Love it. Classic Costco. I wouldnt recommend the weekend though. Go during the week.

Costco is a staple especially during COVID closures! You can order on line or shop in person for large quantities at great prices -so stick up. My favorites are the large box of Starbucks, Kirkland brand salmon, and toilet pater. Also good prices on gas, so fill up there as well.

I purchased a set of four tires from Costco for my vehicle. This was the first set of tires since I bought the vehicle new. Sitting outside the service area I heard a lot of banging. They were hammering the air power wrench off of each lug. I noticed all of the technicians were watching the tech working on my car. My vehicle was the center of attention even though there were other cars in the bays. They noticed me watching them. No one came out to tell me there was a problem. I asked was there problem . They said they were having a problem getting the lugs on. After the tires were finally installed I was told by the installer they had a problem with securing the lugs back on. I asked if the were securely on, he said let me show you. Again he had to hammer the torque wrench off. I asked if I was to get a flat would I be able to get the tire off he said PROBABLY NOT. I called the manager of the store and he said that all he could do was replace the lugs. I took my car to another tire center because after the abuse my new vehicle took I refused to let them work on it. The tire center who replaced the lugs said all the STUDS/STEMS were stripped. I reported this to the Costco store manager and he said he could not do anything and that I would have to come into the store to file a complaint and corporate would contact me. Corporate contacted me and told me to get an estimate for replacing the STUDS/STEMS. I got an estimated from the dealership who I purchased the vehicle from and submitted it to the representative of Costco corporate office who contacted me. She said the estimate was too much. She requested that the dealership take off the tires and send pictures of the damage. The dealership could not honor that request because if they remove the tires and they would not got back on the vehicle they had no room at their facility to store my vehicle until Costco made a decision on the repair. The dealership stated that driving with stripped studs is dangerous. I informed the Costco representative of this. She followed up with a call to the dealership and was told the same thing. She stated that without pictures of the damage Costco will NOT REPAIR MY DAMAGED VEHICLE. The only option offered was she wanted me to bring my vehicle back to Costco for them to repair. Dealership is who I trust at this point. After the damage done by them this was not an option for me. Now I am stuck with stripped studs and a vehicle that is unsafe to drive. Costco could have simply told the dealership to go ahead with removing the the tires, take pictures, send them in, and repair the vehicle after seeing the pictures. This could have been done the same day. No compassion for the customer. The fault was Costcos. I will be cancelling my membership.

Today, I waited 2.5 hours at the New Orleans tire center, only to be told that the tire I needed was not in stock. I get that happens, but why could this information not have been discovered 2 hours and 25 minutes earlier. This was the last straw. We were thinking of canceling anyway (who needs 6 gallons of mayonnaise?), so good riddance.

The membership is well worth it over a years time. That cost for us is reimbursed by basically completely refurbished by what we buy. Careful when your driving in the parking lot, the little toy car for parking security / surveillance has no lights on the back so you can be surprised sometimes as you turn corner!

If they weren’t so obnoxious about checking memberships it’d be 5 stars.

This is hands down the best Costco I’ve ever been to in any city and I’ve lived some places. I love when Joe B is on a register scanning and Reggie is his assistant placing items in the cart. They have great energy and make a nice team. All of the staff throughout the store are willing to help me if I can’t find an item. And shelves and freezers are always stocked. And they always have toilet paper even at by the beginning of and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Im doing work at this site in the automotive area,and I have to say that these guys,and gals absolutely got it going on! Just the whole work environment is awesome and these guys and gals love their jobs! From customer service to the actual jobs that they get in and out is amazing. Always smiling and getting work done, I will bring my vehicles here next time I need service. Its really hard to find honest and hard working people in the automotive industry. 5 stars all day! Management comes through there to make sure everyone is following the mask mandate and I didnt hear any negatively throughout the day. Hats off to these workers holding it down 👍

The sign says they open at 9 and its 9:50 and they still dont open. NEED CHANGE THEIR SIGN. It is also raining and we are getting wet due to the confusion of the hour as well as the time waiting and no social distancing.

Only shopped here once, prices didnt seem too much better than elsewhere, but there is a large selection. Pretty clean. I hate that you have to be a member to shop here, unless you know a member and they shop with you, lol.This time I came with the girl who would be my girlfriend to the eye doctor here.She said he was talkative and great.Since there was a thunderstorm happening, we had a hot dog outside.Cant beat a buck fifty for a hot dog and sodee pop, and $1.99 for a huge slice of pizza. Not tremendous, but its decent food.
