Asked an employee where the money center was, she pointed me to customer service. While in line I noticed the money center was in the middle section by registers. Once in the correct line I waited 20 minutes for the machine to come back up? Apparently the machine crashes a lot? Putting up a sign would have been nice but instead the guy just stared at us as if we could mind read the situation. The staff at this walmart 🙄

Went to Walmart to pick up my package and the guy at the cash register was extra nice and polite and very quick well mannered plus he was very happy with what he was doing! thank you Sir for the help and giving me fast and promp service with a smile 😁😊

Really like this store. Usually good stock, nice produce, reasonably well laid out and clean. Location of the Louisiana Purchase Card bounce video. Look it up and be amazed!

Prices are great and theres variety. Could be kept cleaner and staff & customers alike should be more polite and care of the surroundings. Not sure why they need two cart holders next to eachother in the parking lot taking up valuable and shady parking space; but it is what it is - where it is.

They never have sheets and blankets fully stocked. Even before the pandemic. Really hate to drive all the way to Harvey but thats what I have to do. Wont be back to this location

I dont like this Wal-Mart because every time I go here one of the employees follows me around the whole time like Im gonna steal something! Lol! I dont know why because I dont steal but I am usually there for quite a while because I dont go that often but who knows ? People are weird

Consistently have to go hunt for a shopping cart in the parking lot, every visit, only a couple of baskets w bad wheels, not single usable cart, not one Quite literally EVERY visit. Add the perpetually empty shelves for a truly pleasant shopping experience.

I dont usually review Walmart, but this was the first walmart Ive ever been too that didnt look like a walmart from the outside. Pretty cool that the building was brick.

Love the scan and go feature. Makes everything so much easier when youre checking out in a pinch. Store was clean and spacious. Not too crowded for the time of day. I would say the parking lot could use some attention but thats all.

The cash center is moving a lot faster than a few months ago .hey Walmart is Walmart you still have to wait in long lines.

I was there to get a piece of fabric. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes. I asked multiple people for help. Two of them told me that they would call someone. Nobody showed up. I went to the customer service desk and they paged someone and told me to wait. I waited for another 7 minutes then went to the service desk again. The lady came to see whats going on. She told me the person who is supposed to cut the fabric was on lunch break. It was 5.38 pm! Understandable! I had to wait for almost half an hour just to get a piece of fabric! Such a terrible experience!

Thanks goodness they have multiple self-checkout registers that are easy-to-use. The item look up feature for things like fresh produce was spot on. Made it very easy and quick to check out. Love it.

Great selections. The meat department was a little empty as well as infant medicine (Advil). Electronics was stocked with my phone charger and headphones 🎧 which are normally out. So my shopping experience was quite pleasant for a holiday.

The bread pudding with brandy sauce is the best we have tasted. The famous Ferdi Special is very good. Seafood and the soup were very tasty.

This place had EVERYTHING. I’m from out of town (ohio) and stopped here. I found things id never heard of before. Like what are buffalo wing cheezits? I don’t know but I bought them! I loaded the car full of crazy foods we don’t have back home. I’m in love with this place.

For one its Walmart and two, everything I go they seen to be closed...right when I pull up. Hundreds of people still in there but they closed. I know what I know. When tailed, its an art to not show you know whats up😉

Walmart should be ashamed for having this right at the front door. Are ready to go toys too much to ask for. I had to literally pry my kids hand off the box. I spent my $30 so you don’t have to. Unless you’re married to a mechanical engineer who can unscrew the battery case to insert the 3 AAA batteries for the thing to actually light up. An utter disappointment. If I spend $30, it should already be assembled with batteries and a pull tag to activate it. Disney was doing this 20 years ago. Returning this immediately. Ain’t nobody got time!!!!

They had a great variety of different things. Food selection was amazing but the lines were very long due to not many registers open.

This is a very family oriented, warm place to shop. Always get the things I came to find and leave with a warm heart.

Horrible experience! Asked an associate to help find a a feather duster but cuz she couldnt understand my English, she gave a lot of attitude causing us to just leave. Update: contacted store manager and she tried to turn the table on me. Im sorry but i dont play around. Oh yeah i am also disabled veteran as i wear my army veteran caps anywhere i go!

My favorite Walmart. Just know that if you make an appointment for the covid vaccine, youre still going to have to wait at least 45 minutes.

So we went to McDonalds saw the manager without a mask seems as if she was the only one working there she was very unpleasant we stood there for about 15min and she never came over to ask us for our order so we left..Furthermore we didnt want her to serve us anyway because she wast even wearing a mask pretty unsafe I would say.. They need to do better and hire people and have her wear a mask I thought it was the law

Another bad experience at the NOLA store. Ran in from the rain and then had to go look for a working cart in the parking lot. I found 3 that didnt work before I got one from a customer who was leaving. Thats the 3rd time in a row that I had to go back out to find a cart. I went to the cold cut counter and said to the deli worker Hi, how are you doing today? I was met with a blank stare and then scolded with what do you want!? I asked for 1lb of american cheese. I was met with No cheese, slicer is broke. as someone who worked in a deli and since I could see they have 5 slicers, I knew that meant eff you Im not going to slice cheese because then I would have to clean the slicer. As usual, the shelves were not well stocked and I didnt get what I needed. I will say a woman named Diamond was very pleasant and professional at checkout.

I went through drive thru. Service was good. Coffee was hot. Cashier was nice.

Pick up was easy peasy lemon squeeze! The associate told me not to help when I offered. I had so much stuff. He said he didnt want the other associates to get used to their customers getting out to help... that they are happy to do their job.

I love how u can get in and get out. Just wish they were more stocked. Guess I shouldve went to Target. 🎯

Its a pandemic people. The mayor has mandated everyone wear a mask to protect others. Wal-Mart has been cited for employees not following the mandate at several locations. I had to stop at Wal-Mart to pick up an item that would take too long for delivery. Top marks for having signs posted to wear a mask, but theres no-one enforcing the rules. Hand sanitizer stations throughout the store is great, but what is a concern are the people coughing and laughing over the food and products you are potentially going to buy. Not going back to this store for sure. If employees who are predominately in the community spreader age range of 18-29 years old refuse to wear mask properly why would I expect these same employees to request customers to put his/her mask back on or to wear the mask as designed. Do better people please!

In the evening the queues are horrendous. Would be better if they’d open the second self service checkout.

We use the curbside service. Place our order midweek and its placed in our car trunk minutes after we arrive in the designated space. Order fulfillment is highly accurate. Hope they continue service post-pandemic.

The store has its ups and downs, especially when it comes to produce. Ive brought home a lot that on closer inspection were frankly 1/2 rotten. You know when upper mgmt has been around GREAT SELECTION STOCKED TO THE HILT...otherwise its doggy. CHECK EVERYTHING 3 TIMES...AND THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE ON PRODUCTS SOLD THERE.

Not too busy; ample staff -- friendly & helpful. Some shelves a bit picked over -- to be expected on boxing day. Overall, nice Walmart.

Coming from South Africa, a store this size blew my mind. Selection of products so vast that i had trouble to actually choose anything. Clean, good prices. The sheer amount of information that my unadapted male brain had to process left me totally exhausted and dizzy. Very impressive

Generally clean and organized, but shelf stock was mediocre at best. Many household items and groceries were not restocked onto shelves at a rate sufficient to support weekday shopping, which seems to be a low bar. Garden center is also indoor only.

Condescending employees, incredibly rude and simple requests seem to annoy them to no end. The returns associate was blatantly incompetent and slow. Commonly out of stock on items and shelves a mess. A new low for my already low expectations of Walmart.

I just could not believe the prices for food it was at least one or more dollars cheaper than other stores. The time for check out was very quick . I used the self checkout. I was very surprised with the convenience the whole time I was there.

Bare shelves. Quick lines. Limited availability. Poor condition restrooms locks didnt work and needed attending. Staff occupied the restrooms, but didnt comeback to refresh the stalls!

This is by far my most beloved location. The staff is always ready to go above and beyond. Ms. Sabrina and Dasani in electronics. Miss Shonda (management) and the greeters Elaine, Sharon, Ethel, and The whole pharmacy family just to name a few are simply spectacular as well as eloquently hospitable The store is very well kept and the selection is always fresh.

I highly recommend it for the entertainment value.

Most of the workers are Great!!! They are very helpful and nice!! They were out of bikes and it was the 4th place I had tried getting one! But the guy went and found me one in the back in a box and brought it to me!! I was so happy!! Been going here for 2 years now and most of the time they have everything I need!! Good work everyone!!
