The Pineapple hot pepper sauce is really good

Hughes (the owner) is the best! I ordered 11 of the Kitty Keller New Orleans ornaments as gifts for hosts of a party that is being thrown for us from his store because he was the only one who had that many in stock. There were 3 that came in that I wanted to switch out and he was timely in his response on getting the switch made. Really appreciated all of his help! Thanks, Hughes!

Hands down one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in New Orleans. My online order was delayed several months due to one of my items being on back order. As a disclaimer the store owner, Me. Drumm, kept me informed of the situation, and I had no major concerns about my order. I happen to be in New Orleans for the evening, and popped in to the store just to check on any update. The store owner knew who I was and my order without even having to ask any long drawn series of questions. She was appreciative of my patronage, and made adjustments with available substitutes. Gave me a possible timeline for ship out date, and further thanked me for my patronage. Hands down the most pleasant and appreciative experience in New Orleans. Definitely plan on doing business there again!

I go to this store every time I’m in New Orleans. Lots of fun stuff and always something interesting to take home. Worth your time, especially if you like hot sauce.

Stopped in here to get a post card for our trip. They were really nice and the post card was a reasonable price. Nice little convenience store if youre looking for a little something to grab to remember your trip.

Owner is nice and knowledgeable, the Scorpion Pepper sauce is hot but flavorful, and the store has plenty of product variety. Everything is very reasonably priced and all-around just a pleasant place to visit.

Havent had the pleasure to talk to the owner, yet anyway, but the store is one of those places we have to visit every time were in New Orleans. If we bump into the owner next time, I might have to change my review to 5 stars.
