Not only did she ask the perfect questions (I have a very vague idea of what I liked/didnt like) but she also picked up on my subtle reactions and tailored the dresses she pulled to that. Tasha also knew exactly which styles and design features would look best on my body type which was greatly appreciated as a mid-size gal. Tasha has this down to a science! I loved my time at Town & Country. They made me feel welcome and special as I looked for my wedding dress. I sent my Pinterest board prior and dresses were already set aside for me. It only took 4 dresses for me to find the one! I would recommend Town & Country to any bride to be.

Jodi was my stylist and she was wonderful! She started by texting me 2 days before my appointment to introduce herself and inquired about my bridal vision. I was able to send her photos before hand so it made things on the day of much easier and smoother. Upon arrival she asked me a few questions regarding the wedding and then my budget on a dress. She only showed me the section of dresses within my budget or slightly over which I appreciated. For every dress she was so helpful with me actually getting into it. She clipped me into every dress to make it feel like it would on my actual wedding day! She could tell instantly based on my reaction if we needed to try a different dress and not waste time in that specific one. She is actually the one who picked out the dress I chose as my wedding dress! She understood my vision and made it come to life. I went to another bridal boutique to try on additional dresses but couldnt stop thinking about the dress and the service I had received at Town and Country so I ultimately went back and said YES TO THE DRESS thanks to Jodi and the other wonderful staff they have there. I could not be happier! I HIGHLY recommend going to Town and Country!

No one prepared me for the emotional roller coaster that was bridal dress shopping. This was my first time putting on a wedding dress and Town & Country Bridal made the experience an absolute dream! We worked with Tasha, she’s been a bridal consultant for 10 years and you can absolutely tell— She was amazing! The selection of gowns here are the best I’ve seen! We flew in from Dallas and chose to go to Town & Country Bridal over bridal boutiques we were looking at in New York and Chicago, and I’m so glad we did! Don’t have enough nice things to say about coming here. They made saying yes to the dress so special!!!!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop. It’s adorable, they are so friendly, and the customer service is amazing.I had a bad experience elsewhere, so I came in 4 months before my wedding, needing to start completely over. Nickole helped me tremendously - she had stuff already pulled before I arrived that she knew I could get in time and that was in my price range which impressed me. So prepared!I ended up buying a sample gown that was able to be altered down to my size. It’s my dream dress, I guess it all worked out! I would recommend Town & Country to literally everyone!

I am sad to be making this review because my experience with Town&Country has been exceptional until now. I picked out my wedding dress last summer for my May 2021 wedding. My dress was ready to be picked up in December. At my pick up appointment, I asked about the alterations was given the prices and then asked if I would be interested in this. I said yes and asked when I should call to make my appointments for alterations. I was told the seamstress would call me when she makes her schedule for this season and thats when payment will be required. I received no call and finally called them 2 weeks ago to arrange alterations. I was told I would be called the next day with appointment details. I never received a call back. I called this week and was told that they will not be doing my alterations for my wedding dress because I never selected the alteration package (I was never asked to pay for alterations in December, I was told the seamstress would call me and THATS when I would pay) and that the seamstress is retiring and has no time to fit me in now. I am furious. They tried to make it up by sending me a list of recommended seamstresses in the area and half of them are no longer doing wedding dress alterations. I expected more from on of the classiest, most traditional bridal boutiques in the city of New Orleans and one of the reasons i chose T&C was because of their PROMISE to me to do my alterations. Would have done better getting my exact dress from another place who would not have lied to get my business. So disappointed and would not recommend just because they will say what they need to get your business and then tell you its not their problem once they have collected thousands of dollars from you.

Nickole is the absolute best stylist. She makes you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the door. She will do anything she can to make sure you get the perfect look. She should definitely be considered a master stylist. Town and Country is fantastic. There are a ton of dresses to choose from and a great price range.

Nickole was my assistant for the evening in which she also helped me previously during another appointment. I must say she was very attentive and detailed oriented. I went trying to find a specific style dress, in my price point & with a quick turnaround. They had a beautiful selection of dresses but I left without finding my dress. However, my experience was top notch and the stylist really went out of their way to find something I was looking for. They even had a mask created with my future last name since masks were required due to COVID. I would highly recommend them to anyone if they want a traditional style dress! The experience was the best I’ve had of the 3 salons I went to.

Town & Country was the first bridal shop I went to. The staff treated me so kindly and made the experience stress-free and fun! The space is clean and beautiful with good lighting. I went to Town and Country Bridal on July 10th. My experience in the store was great! My stylist really took her time with me to help me find a dress, however my post experience has not been great. I was interested in some customizations to the dress. The stylist informed me that she would reach out to the designer. The styles also told me that she would email me the following week with the name of the designer, the style of the dress, and the current dress price. I called back a month later stating I did not receive the information. The lady answering the phone stated the designer had not replied. I stated I understand that but I requested the name of the designer and the style of the dress. I called again the following week and still did not receive the information. I understand the designer has not replied yet, but I didnt think it takes almost two months for the stylist or someone from the store to email me me the name and design of the dress. I will take my business elsewhere. I felt as if Town and Country was great in person but they are horrible at follow up. I am glad that I did not pay for the dress yet.

Shopping for my wedding dress was an incredible experience that every bride should have. The shop itself is very clean and chic with wonderful lighting for both browsing through the merchandise and catching photos to remember the day. They offer a very large selection of various styles of bridal gowns. The staff was genuinely friendly throughout the entire process of browsing through gowns and finally picking the right one while staying within budget. With my mom and sister being the only additional attendants, we were actually given a private fitting room where they could stay seated while I could display my dress to only them. After finally finding THE ONE the staff offered champagne and the chance to try additional accessories while also giving advice on the best angle to snap pictures of the wedding day prized possession. After making the order and payment for what wound up being both my dress and veil, the staff presented a sign which makes for a perfect photo opportunity to post on social media letting friends and family know that you are one step closer to the perfect day. I give Town & Country a perfect score for the entire dress shopping experience and cannot wait until it is time to go back and find the perfect bridesmaid dress along with picking up my gown.Thanks Town & Country!

Lindsay read me and my personality like a book and knew exactly what styles fit my preferences. They are so stylish and put together the perfect look with such ease. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Exceptional experience at Town and Country! We went to a local bridal store previously and did not have the best experience. It is truly a quality experience when you go to Town and Country. I liked how they asked me what color my bridesmaids dresses were going to be, pulled one from the rack, and stood next to me so I could see what it would look like with the dress. Just above and beyond! All of the wedding dress girls were so incredibly nice and helpful!However, we did have some trouble with alterations. After my bridals came back, I saw that my dress was way too low cut. I called and they basically told me there was nothing they could do about it. The sample dress I tried on was FOUR sizes too big so when I ordered my actual size the cups were smaller and I guess the fabric around the bust was more low cut, due to the huge size jump. I do wish this was something that was communicated to me when ordering the dress four sizes smaller then what I tried on. I am somewhat self conscious about my chest and it was stressful trying to figure out how to make them less noticeable.Just might be something to keep in mind when working with smaller framed girls with large assets!

I said yes to my dress at Town and Country yesterday! This was also my favorite bridal shop out of the ones I visited, dress aside. I really liked how Jess reached out to me before my appointment asking for details/pictures about my wedding and my ideal dress. That really made me feel like she was trying to prepare and give me the best experience possible. Once I arrived at my appointment, Jess went above and beyond to try to find my perfect dress based on what we discussed before my appointment and the feedback I gave as I was trying on dresses. She was also very knowledgeable about what/how different dresses could be customized to find me the perfect one! T&C also has an incredible selection of dresses, I felt very overwhelmed when I walked in but that’s what the stylists are there for! I was put as ease very quickly. I can’t recommend this bridal shop enough!!

SERIOUSLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!

I was so excited to go to Town and Country however was very disappointed. I followed the protocol that they sent me (call before entering, no food and beverages, and wear a mask.) I arrived at 321 for 330 appt they said to wait outside. While we were waiting outside in the sun, two groups walked right in and were allowed to wait inside. Yet they made us wait outside. Just made me feel really uncomfortable, not welcome, and not important. I will say Jess was amazing but my appt couldnt get back on track after I felt mistreated.

I had my alterations done at T&C as well, which was super convenient. They scheduled my alterations appointment with an eye towards my wedding timeline and provided an impeccable fit.

T&C was the first place I journeyed to to try on wedding dresses and the last thanks to the amazing Alison! She was so helpful in such a personal way that she made me feel like my friend was helping me pick out my dress. Thanks to all of the girls at the store I had the best shopping experience ever and was able to say yes to the dress!

Town & Country Bridal was a phenomenal experience from the second I walked into the door until the second I walked out. My whole group was greeted with smiles and mimosas. Jess was such a joy to work with. She knew what I wanted before I knew. The first dress she put me in was THE ONE!! They allowed me to completely customize my gown and veil. There isn’t enough words to adequately describe how wonderful of an experience it was.

I knew i wanted to travel to Town and Country Bridal to dress shop because of their unique dresses i saw on their social media accounts. As soon as i walked in their door, i felt so special. Jessica picked out the perfect dresses for me to try, and helped make me feel so beautiful. She listened to everything i had to say and chose the perfect dress for me to try, and i said yes to the dress!!! It was the perfect experience and i will recommend Town and Country to every newly engaged girl i know!!! ❤️

Town & Country was great to work with throughout the process which was a huge factor in going through them. They made it easy for me to get into an appointment spot that worked for me (quickly) and were responsive. This was huge because I didnt have luck with all stores with even scheduling and I needed to select a dress within the next month. Tasha helped me and was super patient. I had an idea of what I wanted but also wanted to try on a million styles. She was able to extend her time with me so I could try on even more dresses. She offered without me asking which was very thoughtful. Town & Country has worked with many of my friends and client brides, who have had equally great experiences. The samples are in great condition and there is a really nice range of styles. The price points start from very reasonable to Berta gowns (just something to note because I thought there dresses start point was higher). Again, they made it really easy, were not pushy and the vibe of the store is really nice and welcoming. Super excited to get my Hayley Paige gown in!

My mom and I made my first bridal dress appointment here and it did not disappoint. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Alison who assisted us. Alison was so sweet, warm and welcoming! Town and Country has a very nice selection of gowns with price points for everyone. Only took 4 dresses before I Said yes to the dress. I recommend Town and Country to every bride!

I had a fabulous experience shopping for my wedding gown at Town & Country. I set up an appointment just to get an idea of gowns, but I found a dress on day one. I told Alison what I was thinking about and about some challenges of my venue (mountains in the snow). She selected several beautiful gowns, all of which fit me well (without even asking for a size). I loved the third dress I tried on. I tried on a few more, but I found my dress! I was impressed with Alisons styling, knowledge of the store and fitting, and overall helpfulness. I highly recommend Town & Country!

Town and Country made everything so easy and made my special day so magical. Allison put all my nerves at ease and picked the most amazing dresses for me to try. I didn’t have a concrete vision for myself but I feel like she was able to pick up on my vibe and the dress she found for me was just... a dream! I absolutely LOVED my experience at Town and Country. Tasha was my consultant and she was so sweet and positive while provide constructive and helpful feed back. She was very respectful of my budget and only pulled dresses that were within it. I ended up buying a dress that she chose that I would have never pulled off of the rack to try on. When I found my dress they brought glasses of champagne and we all celebrated! Over all a fantastic experience. Weather your planning to spend 500 or 5,000 i highly recommend Town and Country!

I found the gown at Town & Country last weekend and it was a wonderful experience!! After another boutique canceled my appointment twice, Town & Country was able to accommodate me as well as my mom and sister, who came to NOLA to dress shop with me. The owner, Mandy, was so warm and welcoming when we first arrived and came to welcome me to the Town & Country family with champagne once I selected the dress. These seemingly little gestures make all the difference. Jessica helped me throughout the appointment and she was fantastic and attentive throughout the entire process. I can’t sing enough praise for her and this store! I look forward to booking an accessory appointment soon.

I was lucky enough to work with Tasha at Town & Country for my wedding dress shopping experience, and she was nothing short of awesome! Not only is she super friendly, she was very experienced and pulled dresses that were beautiful, totally my taste and always within my budget. Her genuine personality made me feel comfortable and she gave her honest opinion which was really refreshing and useful given she knows what she’s talking about. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on, thank you Tasha and thank you Town & Country for an amazing experience!

I cannot say it enough.. Town and Country Bridal was AMAZING. They blew my expectations out of the water. The experience I had with them compared to the first place I tried on wedding dresses was so much better. They made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I was wanting as well as stayed within my budget. Megan was the best, she was so helpful in finding my dress. I definitely could not have done it without her. Now I know why almost all of my good friends have gotten their dresses from here. I would highly recommend Town and Country to anyone looking!
