The sales associate, Mary, was absolutely amazing. Louis pulled several dresses for me and made some amazing suggestions after taking the time to learn my style. The clothing is beautifully made and worth every penny!! One of the best experiences I have ever had at any store!! I will definitely be back!

Absolute worst experience... salesman was on the phone getting legal advice instead of at least acknowledging me and my wife. Never will return. Im from Gretna and was trying to support a local business.

While I visited this store I was very well taken care of by a woman named Mary. She was so eager to place me in dresses and they all were absolutely stunning. Thank you for making me feel beautiful and confident.

We found some amazing treasures here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Mary was an absolute delight. And if Lewis gives you Any advice you should take it, whether it involves clothing choices or dining establishments. He will not steer you wrong.An entirely good experience.

The young lady working in this location needs to be taught customer service skills. She is extremely rude. She might be scaring your customers away.

Good clothing, the worst return policy ever. Apparently you are not allowed to return your purchase, even though it is still new, with tags and everything. The personnel and the owner were very rude and were not willing to deal with returns on a case to case basis. The reason I got: We get a lot of drunk people who buy and then the next day return their items. First, I was sober, and I actually wanted the dress, I just had a big issue with my credit card that was cloned. Second... Well, why would you let someone who is drunk buy stuff... Isnt that taking advantage of customers? Just saying.

The shop is crowded, there is a poor selection, and the staff is incredibly rude. I asked for a refund on a dress (their website says they will provide refunds) and they refused saying the receipt says no refunds and their website is outdated. Then a large male screamed at me to, get the hell.out of my store when I said that was wrong to not offer refunds.Basically, run and but the clothes online from other (cheaper) websites!

The store was open after midnight, since Laurence, the very sweet Sales Associate, was in the back working with a couple that was trying-on a dress. It sells exactly the type of Formal Wear and Accessories I had already looked for at Saks Canal Street Mall; Nordstrom Rack; Saks-off-Fifth; Neiman Marcus Last Call; and tie & cufflink carts at both Canal Place and Riverfront Outlets.We asked for bow ties and Laurence pointed us in the appropriate direction, noting the alligator specialty design ties and some other unique ones available. He checked-in on us as we were shopping well after the Midnight closing time (as he attended to others) and thoughtfully rang us up for the silk option I selected with a huge smile and a wonderful rapport.I saw awesome Dark Blue Silk Tuxedos marked-down from $945 to $499 and lots of shirts that would also be perfect, had I known they were around! Great selection (Womens dresses, too), shows and most everything you need for a Formal event in NoLa or elsewhere.
