Tanner was very helpful and thorough with explaining how T-mobile functions for a new customer like myself. Tanner took the time to explain my payments and how everything would work. I highly recommend this place.

My neighborhood T-Mobile shop on S. Carrollton shut down, so I came in here with three phones wanting to swap cards and reset/transfer everything. I was unprepared, didnt know a lot of passwords, the iPhone-Android mess was part of the mission... I was a really shaky customer, but Jarrell just HANDLED it. He was patient, kept it fun, knew all the right answers, wouldnt let me leave until it was straight, stayed positive even when we had to start over, and even managed to help others at the same time so I wasnt the loser holding everyone else up. Jarrell is the champ, just a true pro. Hes clearly going places, but while Jarrells there this Timo shop is the one to visit.

I came in to switch over from Boost and Oscar was exceptional. He was helping three different customers with aplomb. Activated my service and got a new phone. Oscar even put on the screen protector. Happy to be with T Mobile. Thanks, Oscar.

My day started off terrible when my phone blew up, but got better when I showed up at the T-Mobile store. Meg wash the one who helped me. She gave me several solutions on how to help me with my problem. We settled on one even though they were out of the iPhone se that I wanted. She was so helpful and funny I wish I could do more then right a review for her. Thank you meg. Oh and store manager GET THE STORE PHONE FIXED.
