Mo is the best. Gave me a deal on the phone I wanted and accessories. Set-up was free. I came back complaining of walk-by bluetooth hacks and he helped me with a VPN app for protection. Then he helped me with my Lyft application! Best service at a phone store ever. I wish these guys would run for office.

I switched from Boost to Cricket two months ago in July. I was promised $100 toward my phone bill since I was bringing my own phone and was a new customer. I have received no incentive and followed up with the gentleman who sold me on this deal. He tried to offer me $100 in accessories for my phone instead. I showed him my phone which already has a case & screen protector and told him I wanted what he promised me. I called the 800 number for Cricket and they told me they couldn’t help me and to speak to his manager. He told me he was the manager. I feel entirely swindled by this company and look forward to switching as soon as possible.
