Iphone was fixed quick

I called to get a quote on screen repair for my Samsung A11. The gentleman on the phone asked me to text the serial and model number to a different number and then never got back to me. The next day I called back to inquire about what had happened and why I hadnt been helped yet. I informed the gentleman on the phone that I had called other phone repair shops with the same question and they had an answer within 5 minutes. The associate responded very aggressively with well do you want the cheapest option or the best service? And then proceeded to tell me they would have to replace the screen, housing, battery and charge port for the exact same cost as the phone itself brand new.

No mask, one of many red flags. I was emailing with the guy about moving a hard drive from one iMac into the other, and he was avoidant about answering how much it would cost and how long it would take. Asked me to bring in both desktop computers just to tell me the job wasn’t possible when I got to the store.I then looked up a YouTube video of someone doing the exact thing I’d asked him to do (still too technical for me to handle on my own, but I’m certainly not interested in using his service). He was also about 30 minutes late from the time he told me he’d be there. The company seems to be just this guy, and I can’t really say if he does good work or not since he didn’t have the expertise to help me, all I can say is I’d be very wary about using his services. There was an upset couple waiting at the store when I got there, saying something along the lines of “he’s always late.” Use at your own risk.

Very unprofessional, tried to charge me the price of a new phone for the wonderful service of a screen repair. Following after, there were threatening texts about banning my services with Samsung ( which is not legal according to Samsung) not to mention an insult. This was the best experience with cellphone repair Ive honestly ever had. My phone was dropped in water because Im a clumsy idiot, and after leaving it off all night and hoping for the best it wouldnt respond to my charger anymore. Im only in New Orleans for a couple nights and need access to my phone, so I looked up repair shops and found this one within walking distance. I went by and the shop has two counters, one for phone repair and one cashing checks and such. The person for phone repair wasnt there so I was going to go somewhere else, but the person at the other window actually called the repair tech for me and I spoke with him on their cell phone. He asked me what was wrong with my phone, what kind of phone it was, etc, and then told me I could go ahead and leave it with my name and contact info since he would be back soon, and he would do what he could with it and call me (on my moms phone) when he assessed the damage. I figured why not, it wont turn on anyways, Ill walk over and hang out in the French Quarter, hopefully its not crazy expensive.Ended up only costing $60 for him to replace the charging port and fix my thumbprint sensor. He was VERY knowledgeable about the phone and its working parts, and what he needed to do to repair it. My phone works perfectly now! From start to finish this was awesome service, and at a price less than half of what I assumed I would have to pay. I wish this shop was in Houston for the next time Im clumsy with my phone! If your phone is giving you problems, TAKE IT HERE.

My laptop was freezing and kept getting BSoD. Sebastian diagnosed my problem within seconds and applied new thermal paste to the hardware, after which he ran a diagnostics scan, all in front of my eyes. My computer now runs smoothly as it did before, and it took no more than 30 minutes and a modest sum. Highly recommend!

This place is the best. I cracked a screen on my Moto Z4 and every place I called told me it would take 5-7 days to get it fixed because they had to special order the part. Sebastian still had to special order it but he made it happen for me in only a day and a half. He also charged me less than his competitors. On top of all that, now hes helping me out with some PC issues. No need to go anywhere else when it comes to tech problems. This is a five star one stop shop.

I brought my iPad in to have a cracked screen replaced. Sebastian was efficient, professional, and responsive. When the repair was completed he recommended a screen protector to give the screen increased strength and resistance to cracking. It is not something he carries so I purchased one separately. My limit of applying screen protectors ends with the small sized iPhone. I brought the iPad and screen protector back to iDigital. Sebastian installed it in under 10 minutes while I waited, no bubbles or defects, a perfect job, and no charge for installing it. Next time I need an iPhone or iPad repair, I know exactly where Ill be going.

Sebastian is a genius! Fast, smart, on it. I almost want my computer to break so I can come to him because he makes it better than before.

Sebastian took my computer on a Friday for data recovery because my hard drive was reformatted. He immediately opened my computer, so I couldn’t take it with me. I asked him to wait until the next morning (a Saturday) because I wasn’t sure I could afford the $1700 quote. The next morning I called and told him I couldn’t afford it and I’d like the computer back. He said he’d ordered the parts and I had to pay him in full. Even though the work wasn’t done. I had to get a lawyer involved to get my computer back. I even paid him the $100 consultation fee and my computer actually won’t load after he returned it.He does not accept negative reviews, and will harass anyone who leaves one. So I’ll probably regret posting this. I’m sure Sebastian knows a lot about computers and phones. Just make sure you get everything in writing and sign all of your paperwork in advance.
