I absolutely loved working with Bliss Bridal to find my wedding gown. Connie and her staff are lovely and delightful, and made the experience feel personalized and very special. My mom, best friend and I had a very memorable day together shopping for my wedding dress, and Bliss Bridal stood head and shoulders above the rest of the wedding dress shops we visited. The tailor, Daniel, is fabulous and turned the original cap sleeves on my gown into beautiful, lacy long sleeves for my winter wedding. I felt as though my dress was custom-made, and very special. I also purchased my veil and wedding jewelry from Bliss Bridal and loved their stunning detail and the way they complemented my gown. I highly recommend prospective brides visit this store- you will love your experience!

I’m so excited to be a “Bliss Bride”I went to several different bridal boutiques over the last few weeks, and I can honestly say that I always had the BEST experience at Bliss Bridal Shop on Magazine St. Everyone was so welcoming ( always with champagne ) and made each appointment feel stress free, pressure free and relaxing. Big shout out to Emily, who was my attendant both visits. She pulled all the dresses for me, listened to what I wanted, stayed within the budget I had, answered all my questions and emails ( it was a lot🙈) and was ultimately able to help me narrow it down to The One! 10/10 recommend all brides to make an appointment and experience the magic of Bliss Bridal!

Beautiful location! Such a New Orleans experience. However, I personally did not have a great experience. My consultant, Lexy, was not super helpful in getting into the dresses and she didnt really do anything to help the dresses fit my body. My SIL had to get up at one point and pull the straps up on a dress so that I could see what things looked like. I actually found a dress that I really liked, but Lexy didnt give me the information on it when we left. Which was like 45 minutes early. I ended up finding a completely different dress that I liked better elsewhere, but even if I hadnt I would not have returned to buy from here. It was so disappointing because I had heard such good things about Bliss.

Can’t say enough how happy I was with my appointment at Bliss Bridal! Connie was amazing and helpful and somehow managed to be attentive to my bridal party and keep them entertained while also pulling dresses and never being too far away when I needed her help in the dressing room. If I didn’t know better I would swear there were 2-3 of her, because she did it all! It was a huge deal to me that she seemed to really care and want to hear about my wedding and what I envisioned for my dress. She used her expertise to translate my ideas and vision into styles that looked amazing on me. I’m a huge fan of bridal shows and one of my big wishes was to have a fun dress shopping experience, along with finding the perfect dress. Bliss Bridal made my wish come true!

I went to 5 shops before Bliss Bridal and it was by far the best experience. We had the entire shop to ourselves and Kelsey was wonderful. She was very polite and was not pressuring at all. If it werent for Kelsey, I wouldnt have found my dress! I had tried on a couple gowns I didnt care for, and then she pointed out a dress in the shop window. I loved it, but had another appointment still scheduled at another shop. I went to the other appointment and found another dress I loved. I was torn, and I went back to Bliss to try on the first dress. Kelsey encouraged me to sleep on it before making the big decision. I took her advice and went home without a dress. However I was back at Bliss a few days later to purchase my dream dress that Kelsey had pulled for me! Thank you so much Kelsey and the rest of the team at Bliss for the wonderful experience!

Highly recommend!! The staff and Bliss Bridal helped me find a dress literally THREE weeks before my wedding, and helped me have the alterations done as well! THANK YALL so much!!

While I ultimately didnt purchase my dress from Bliss, I cant say enough good things about Kelsey and my experience trying on dresses for the first time ever at Bliss. The first dress was almost the winner! Throughout the experience Kelsey made me feel comfortable and encouraged me. She pulled dresses that she knew would look great on me and was able to talk in detail about what we could do with each dress. Id definitely recommend shopping for your dress at Bliss.

My entire experience at Bliss Bridal was absolutely wonderful! Emily was patient, attentive, respectful and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She and the owner, Katie, were so knowledgeable and helpful and I ended up finding the perfect sample dress and walking it out with it that day. The salon itself, a converted house, was so bright, airy, and gorgeous, it was the prefect space to try on and find the dress!

I purposely waited to post my review until after my wedding day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bliss Bridal and their staff. I went to 6 shops prior to going to Bliss. I found that the other shops didnt listen to what I was looking for and they would show me trendy and expensive dresses. They were beautiful, but they were NOT the simple and elegant style I was looking for. At Bliss, Katie listened to what I was looking for and found the dress I wanted in less than 20 minutes. At other shops, when I described the dress or showed them the style I was looking for, I was told, Crepe dresses arent usually stocked for try on purposes in sizes larger than 6 or 8, and they dont usually look good on big girls. I am 59 and while I might be a little overweight, I am not OK with that type of response. The first dress Katie (Bliss) put me in was elegant, but a little serious. I liked it, but told her I felt it was more appropriate for someone older. She then put me in the dress I told her I liked. It was a size 8 and I could barely fit in it, but I knew it was the one instantly! So did Katie. She explained that the first dress was the same designer and it was also the same cut. She went on to explain that the fit would be similar to the first dress which was the correct size for me. She was so clever to do this. I had been all over town, but unable to try on a dress like the one I wanted. It was important to me to have an idea of the fit before I committed to buying the dress. Oh, and it was only $900.00!!!! Thank you Katie and for everything you did to help me find the perfect dress.I used Sally, the seamstress that Bliss recommends. Sally was easy to work with and her prices were reasonable. We did have a miscommunication about our final fitting. However, Sally went above and beyond to make sure my dress was ready for me to pick up the night before I left town. She was very reassuring and I didnt have to freak out because I had complete confidence in her. Thank you Sally for doing a fabulous job on altering my dream dress.Our wedding was perfect and my husband cried as I walked down the aisle!!! We are so appreciative.

I did not even want to go wedding dress shopping, i dont really enjoy wedding dresses in general, but everyone said i had to for the experience. well, i am very glad i did instead of just buying something online and calling it a day. the experience was great, brooke did a fabulous job of listening to what i liked / didnt like and finding me great dresses well within my budget. surprisingly, i liked every dress i tried on, and i ended up with something i would have probably never picked out for myself at first, but i loved after trying on. and now that they have moved to a new space, the experience is even better because its more spacious. definitely recommend, especially if you have a budget because other places in the area have dresses that start at much higher prices.

The lady that helped me was more than helpful. She was truly the sweetest. She made me feel so comfortable on this journey to find my wedding dress. This store was my first stop so I did not get anything but there is 1 dress that I have my eye on there. I wish I could remember the associate’s name but I do remember her telling me she is 23 years old and she loves game nights. I hope she gets this message on how thankful I was to have her help me

The boutique in New Orleans was the best dress shopping experience I have had. Not only is the owner very attentive to your needs, but she also has a keen eye for fashion and she is extremely helpful and open to suggestions. The atmosphere of the boutique also makes you feel very special. Highly recommend.

Perfect experience for the low key, budget conscious bride. If you love New Orleans like I do, you totally feel those vibes during your consultation. The consultant was low pressure but incredibly tuned in to what I liked/disliked and what would accentuate my curves. It didnt take long to find THE dress. Kudos to the owner(s) and the staff. The only con is that the dress must be ordered which means delivery will take a few months with no refunds. Center yourself in this before shopping and understand the risks that come along with that.

I promise you will not find a better experience or more beautiful dresses anywhere in this area of the country. And the prices are so good!! It was well worth coming down from NYC (yes!) to have my wedding dress shopping experience at Bliss! Thank you again to Jessica Herbert and the team!

I had an appointment at Bliss Bridal and Jessica helped me. Although I did not get my wedding dress there, I just have to say that Jessica was very nice, helpful and made me feel very comfortable with this process. It was a great experience. I definitely recommend brides to check them out!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here!!! After going to a few places and having horrible experiences, I have to say that passing this shop and deciding to stop, was the best decision I made!!! Maggie helped me, and she was THE BEST!!! Since I was there and didnt have any family to help me, she really helped me like a sister and made my experience so stress free and easy, and we even laughed the whole time!!! There was no pressure, and they had exactly what I had envisioned. I am having a destination wedding, so finding a dress has been stressful, but they had so many options and it was so personable. I feel like my dress is one of a kind and everything there was GREAT! GREAT selection, GREAT staff, GREAT prices and GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I cant wait till my big day to show off my gorgeous dress, and Im sure my fiancé will love it too!!!! HUGE THANKS!!!

This has been a terrible experience. Bought a dress from them and when it arrived, it was way too small. The measurements were clearly wrong but they wont take any responsibility. Now I have had to go find a new dress and they refuse to give any refund, saying all sales are final. This has been the worst!! The dress wont even zip up! There only solution was to have fabric sent to us to sow it into the dress 25 days from my wedding. I dont know about you, but I dont pay 1300 for something I have to sow more fabric onto.
