They charged my daughter $755 for a fuel pump that was never changed. We live out of state and the car broke down on the middle of the interstate 2 hrs away. So we had to have it towed, and the new auto shop confirmed that the gas tank had never been dropped. You should be ashamed of yourself for putting a teenager in a dangerous situation.She should have read the previous review but was desperate to get her car fixed. So we are now out the $755 you charged plus all the extras.

Fastest tire replacement Ive ever had! They drove out to my car, brought the wheel in, replaced the tire and then remounted it, all under 1/2 hour. It would have taken me twice as long just to get a AAA tow to the shop. Great prices too.

Car wouldnt start and back blinkers didnt work, told them this and they said it needed a new battery. Came back and it still wouldnt start, told me it needed gas even though it was basically full, it started and brought it back home. Tried to drive it later that day and it wouldnt start and they didnt repair the blinkers. Basically paid $200 for nothing.

What a class act. I brought my car in about a mystery shake in the engine after GR auto turned me away . One of the mechanics (that I understand might have been a temp?) made a mistake while checking out my engine- Accidents happen, I understood and wasnt worried, I was assured it would all be taken care of. It was and then some. Every damaged part was replaced including the front plastic grill with nothing but cosmetic damage with the one off of his own truck! Mechanics equivalent of shirt off his back. He then tirelessly dug through my engine and found the source of the shake that 2 other shops couldnt. When I went to settle up, he called is square because of the accident. Ill be sending everyone I know to them, and paying it forward on my future stops for the generosity. My experience was one of the kindest business exchanges Ive ever had and the hardest working shop Ive seen in the city. This is my new place.

A few months ago, I was getting ready for a 6 hour drive back home for Thanksgiving break. It was around 7pm, and I was getting ready to leave the next day to find out my car battery was dead and that I needed to install a new battery. The way my car is set up makes it very difficult for easy installation. Autozone recommended I come here after purchasing a new battery there, and the mechanic was very willing to install the battery for me, even though it was after hours. It was only $40, which I unfortunately didn’t have on me at the time, to which he told me I could simply drop it off when I returned from my break. Very honest and genuine guy. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Got stuck out of town with a broken axle. They changed both for 3x less than I was being charged for 1 axle. Thanks migos!!!! Highly recommended.

My car would hesitate and sometimes shut off when I started it. I took it to the Infiniti dealership twice and they couldn’t figure out the problem. They kept telling me they couldn’t “replicate” the problem. I brought it in to NOLA HiTech and described what was going on. They immediately stated that it could be one of 2 things. Surely enough it was a dirty throttle body and it took 1 hour and $60 bucks to fix. They’re are very honest and reasonable and take time to diagnose problems and listen to their customers. Never going back to the dealership again after paying $150 bucks to diagnose an issue they couldn’t figure out! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a honest mechanic
