Heard good reviews about Circle Auto Electric from a local auto glass company when I was having problems with the drivers window failing to go up. Mark, the owner, was able to find and fix the problem (bad window motor) the same day for a reasonable price during a busy Thanksgiving week. Also replaced broken driver side mirror at the same time. Very satisfied with the great service.

I had problems with the front driver and passenger windows of my 2007 Jeep Commander not going up and down. The Jeep dealership had it for five days and could not find the electrical problem. Took it to Circle and Mark greeted me and told me to return the following morning which I did. He found the problem and repaired it within four hours and all is working well. Of course I returned to the dealership and demanded a refund of charged expenses for NOT rectifying the problem and suggested they call Mark for him to explain how to troubleshoot and repair this type of problem. The Dealership Manager said he may just call Mark and try to hire him. Kudos to a job well done in a minimal amount of time with awesome customer service.

This guy is awesome... Had my car ready for same-day service... Not expensive at all... It ended up costing me only a third of what I thought it would... This guy is honest....

I have been going to Mark for the last 5 years. Its good to know that he will assess and fix a real problem, explain options, and price his good work fairly. He has earned my trust each and every time I have brought my cars in for repair. He earned it the first time when I took my car to him for a second opinion and price on replacing a fuel pump. He told me what was diagnosed was wrong and fixed the problem for less than 20% of what the national chain down the street wanted to do.

I had taken my car into two other shops for electrical problems before I was referred here by a different mechanic. He was able to fix my car in less than a day-- dropped it off in the morning and it was completed by 3 pm. Very affordable and great customer service. Will definitely go back with future car issues.

Pep Boys gave me an estimate of 1800 bucks and the guys at Circle Auto did the job for 350 and in one day (as opposed to the week the brain trust at Pep Boys quoted). My metric for good mechanics is for me to walk away from the deal not feeling screwed- definitely the case here. Cant recommend enough.

I contacted circle auto August 9th I was looking forward to services.. but I was very disappointed after being scheduled an appointment & the day of the appointment I was pushed to the side..I was told to drop my car off for the day...the day of the appointment I was told I can come another day because he had stuff to do & if I did come that day (day of appointment) My car would be with him til Wednesday ( it being Monday at the time) very unprofessional and unreliable.. went somewhere else and got my car fixed in a couple hours with a friendly professional auto shop
