Great service, great employees, great prices.

This company is a parts pusher at best!!! Definitely not a mechanic shop... go in with a mechanical issue and they said it wasnt a mechanical issue, that mechanical issues are brakes, tires, oil changes. This issue was a hose connection off the radiator to the heater core that was broken. had to have vehicle towed to a REAL Auto Repair Shop. The positive reviews this company receives must be from friends and cronies that write bogus reviews for this Hack Shop!!!! DO NOT USE AUTO HUB!!! Youve been warned!!!

Absolutely recommend Auto Hub to anyone looking for any vehicle repair. Our car broke down on a Friday night and they got us in for service first thing Saturday morning, and had us back on the road before noon. I cant say enough about how great they were. The work and the customer service were both first rate!

I had a great experience! Lyle is a wonderful, really knowledgeable mechanic, and Nikki (A different Nikki :)) at the front desk is also knowledgeable and so helpful. I received the care and consideration about my car that I would expect from my friends. It was such a nice experience at Auto Hub, and I’ll be taking my car there for all its repairs, and telling my friends that if they want excellent service and an extremely fair price, this is the place to go!

We pulled into Auto Hub with a mostly deflated tire (from a broken air hose at a gas station down the street). Auto Hub had us drive right into the garage, filled us up and sent us on our way. Super friendly. Refused any money. Thanks guys!

Excellent service advisor, having someone friendly that can explain what you need makes a huge difference. Many shops just want to take your money and send you on your way but Auto Hub isnt like that

I purchased a 2006 Acura MDX from the owner of this business . From the day I picked it up, maybe a week later it was a problem. I spent money fixing the truck at Mechanical Juan located on Broad street in the same town. They had to fix the truck tow times, And told me to get rid of it, ” that not every car that pass emissions is of any good “. After losing money, and frustration, a family member reached out to the owner of this business, he angrily agreed to give me back $550 of which after chasing him down on calls, I received $500. I paid $2800 cash for a truck I found out was worth $1300 private sale. On top of that o took of to Antonino Acura I’m Groton for an a point inspection, found out it has a gasket leak that costs $1500 alone . He put new brake pads on rotors that were clearly in need of a changing . This is per Antonino Acura . I have the printed inspection in full . It is very sad when you take advantage of honest good people . He took my money while not caring what he knew I would face quickly with this truck . I trusted him after he told me someone burned his sister with a lemon . I am now driving my 4 year old in a car that the days are numbered . I am a working person, returning to school for my Masters, just wanted a car to far me to May 2021, local travel to work, daycare, groceries, and home. So now what do I do, I’m laid off with Covid 19, and now I have to pay for a repair that’s not even worth it . Why ? Why would anyone do this to me ? You can purchase good used cars, people like him make it difficult . I will be filing a complaint at DMV, per the lemon law in Ct .Purchase 5/8/20. Had to repair by middle of May, and repairs are still needed . As of today the engine might cane back on, and here is the codes .I am trying to paste the photos to this post . It’s so unfair and evil .DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE

Giving this shop a 5 star because I had a problem needed wheel ring hubs they found that problem got them on Amazon but wasnt the problem second time around they check the left side axle n it was the problem Nicole at the first desk was a Angel got me in anytime i need long story they repaired my problem car is driving like it should 🙏🙏🙏 thank you guys so very much
