Absolutely wonderful, Diane and Steve did an amazing job helping us purchase our vehicle. It made driving from one corner of the state to another well worth the while. Do not waste your time looking elsewhere.

Do yourself a huge favor and go to any other dealer than Secor. I purchased my very first brand new Subaru just over a year ago and it was in the service department several times for the same issue in a 6 month period. The owner himself said that his service department was not qualified to fix my brand new vehicle and left me hanging. Thankfully I was smart enough to take it to a very reputable dealer who diagnosed and repaired it quickly and efficiently. You were correct Mr. Secor...your team is not qualified. All of the Secor staff members I dealt with should be ashamed of themselves....they sent me on many goose chases to purchase several generic cords for my apple phone and vehicle car play. It was such a simply fix...a FAULTY USB port......SHAME ON THEM. I will never ever recommend them to anyone for all they put me through. Looks like Im forced to give 1 star in order to post this review.

I won’t even bother started off my review with how terrible my car shopping experience was before I went to Secor.Dan Mirles went above and beyond to make sure I not only got into the SUV I wanted, but it was affordable. Quick, easy transaction & when I picked my new car up, they had her shampooed, waxed and ready to go. BEYOND professional!My husband And I will continue to bring our business here. To say this was easily one of the best car buying experiences is putting it mildly! Highly recommend! Amazing staff all around!

Country Al Moors was awesome. He found the car that I wanted with all the specifics I wanted. He even went to New Haven for me, to get it. I love it!!! All good things to say about Secor Auto and in particular John in the body shop. I went to him with my Lotus Elise in need of repairs. Due to issues with my insurance he didnt fix the car, but he was an extremely helpful resource and very patient with me throughout the process.

Great dealership with great customer service. Low pressure environment with a very transparent and responsive staff. Steve in sales is particularly straight forward to work with and easy to reach with any concerns. Overall excellent experience.

Brought my husbands car in for a routine service. The service guys were happy to see me and eager to show me the extra features of my loaner car. Service was completed within the time-frame quoted and my husbands car was pulled up for me. #secor #Volvo

The dealer tried to sell us a car that had a serious outstanding safety recall. He never said anything about it. I had to search the VIN to find out about it and he seemed shocked when I brought it to his attention and canceled our pending deal.

The people in SAAB service and parts are really friendly and helpful. Thankfully I dont need to go there much for anything, but when I do, its awlays been a great experience.
