When my truck had a major suspension issue, they gave me the best price and a veteran discount on top of that. They did excellent work and took great care of me. Recently, my wife got a bolt in a tire. She drives a four wheel drive vehicle so I decided to get all 4 tires replaced. Again, the crew took time, discussed how many miles she puts on the car, what kind of driving, and gave me several choices with unbiased advice on pros and cons. Again, the service was top notch, quick, and courteous.I got my vets discount and they took time to look for coupons and savings.These are good people.

Someone in New London salted Montauk ave with screws. Of course one of them ended up in one of the tires of my Brides car.I pumped in some air and headed to Goodyear. These guys did me a solid in November when my front end went wonky and they delivered again.Got great advice, excellent service, and a great price. The customer area was spotless and the shop area was very clean as well.When you have knowledgeable, motivated, professional service people who treat you right, you have a good thing.Goodyear? I had a flat tire at 5 pm on a Saturday. I called Goodyear and they told me to come right over. My flat was repaired by 5:30. The staff was friendly and courteous and kept me updated on the status of the repair. I would definitely recommend Goodyear of New London, CT!

I live in Brooklyn but am frequently in New London. Purchased new tires here last year and came back when I had to replace the rear shocks a few months later. Bryan, Brian, and Mike have all been great to deal with. Very straightforward. Seems like an honest shop. Some parts prices are very fair, some are a little inflated, but over all I think their services are a great value (at least compared to NYC/dealer prices). These guys have actually become my go-to shop! So, now whenever I need work done on the car, I just wait til I’m back in New London so that I can bring it back to Goodyear on Vauxhall. Bravo, guys!

On 4/9/2021, another visit, Brian, the other Manager assisted me with my car and again made my experience most pleasant when I explained the constant tire lights going on and off and how it irritated me so much that he took the care and examined the problem and explained what was happening and test drove it. Returned the car and have not had any issues.On 3/18/2021: The Staff from the New London office assisted me with changing out my snow tires. The Manager, Mike today made sure that the guys in the back were fast and efficient with my care as well as making sure my needs were met today!!

Mike and the two Brian’s were wonderful. They serviced my car, inspected everything and gave me a full report. They explained any issues my Vehicle had, gave me estimates and rebates as well as what service I did not need done now. They have amazing customer service, I would recommend them to anyone with a car. They put my needs first and worked with me to give me the best price. I highly recommend this location.

We brought my husbands car here after he hit a muffler on the highway and all of the oil fell out of the car. The service staff advised they would need to determine the damage and they did so quickly and efficiently and his car was back on the road within hours. The staff advised me with the needs of the repairs to get the car back on the road and were quick to get them done. Thank you for a quick and easy turn around of service.

Not sure how to begin. But long story short I got into an accident due high blood sugar. Left my car at the parking lot to head to the hospital. Just got out today I got call from someone saying Brian from Goodyear called and looking for the owner of the car. I called Bryan to let him know I just got out of the hospital due health condition. He was nasty over the phone while I was explaining I just got out of the hospital and was in coma he than asked he need credit card information to charge me for parking I provided it to him got AAA to tow my car. Went in to let him know I’m picking the car and apologize to him. He handed me paper to sign for the charge which is fine. But I have to say it Bryan is not human AAA guy wouldn’t let give him tips when he found out what Bryan and Goodyear did to me.Don’t support this business this business just because of this guy. I will take this to the media as well as this the worst situation ever happened to me.Things happen mr Bryan and you don’t understand when someone is in critical condition.BestRemon

DO NOT GO HERE.Got tires and an alignment.Took three hours. Technician left several items in the front end of my vehicle loose to the point the Jeep dealership claimed it was “unsafe to drive”.Only go here if you enjoy sitting for a long time, paying for work twice, and driving a vehicle that is worse than when you arrived.

Very good experience. Anytime I bring one of our vehicles here I know that Mike and Bryan will take good care of me.

New London Goodyear’s service was awesome. They made buying new tires super easy and smooth!

These people are dishonest and take advantage of their customers.I took a tire with a simple repair that could have been plugged to their store. They insisted that I needed a new tire. I had no other option than to accept that as it was Labor Day and theirs was the only store open. The store manager panicked when I asked for the tire back that was deemed unrepairable, but upon my insistence finally gave it to me. The manager insisted that the tire had a big ol hole in it. The next day, I took the unrepairable tire to two of their competitors in town. Without explaining my situation with Goodyear, I simply asked the competitorsif they could repair the tire with a plug. BOTH other stores indicated that the tire was a simple fix and could be plugged. Goodyear took advantage of my situation and these people are NOT trustworthy. The managers argument was that the tire didnt have enough tread left to do a repair. The pictures show otherwise. Go anywhere, but here!!

Part of the Goodyear service in purchasing tires. Is the free tire rotation and balance per where I have brought it in every 5 to 6000 miles. Usually 30 to 45 minutes and out the door. With no BS!

I ordered my tires online. And if this was the closest Goodyear to where I was staying. I work out of town. And needed them for my truck for a long road trip back home. Staff was friendly and courteous and I cant did what they said they were going to do in the time they said they needed to do it. Can ask for that much more.

These guys are the best. Got my alignment done here after changing out the steering rack. These guys are pros and did an amazing job. I got the alignment package so have 5 free ones coming. It is transferrable to any car under your name. Pretty awesome. Highly recommend!

Went in for a simple patch before noon. Tire was already off and ready to repair. I was informed that they could not do it today. Customer service? Not so much.

Very good service and friendly employees. They are interested in you and your car providing excellent customer service. I purchased 4 tires and an all wheel alignment on my SUV. They provided an in depth explanation of the tire installation and a written record of the alignment of all wheels before and after the alignment. Better than the service I received from the dealership. Highly recommended.

Complete garbage. No stars. I spent around a thousand dollars in here a few months ago and paid for their alignment deal. Make an appointment come down here and they cant do it. Only one guy on. Why are you open and giving appointments if you cant honor them. I wont pay for a service that I cant use. I will be asking for a full refund on the alignment package I paid for. Total waste of my time. Just like everyone else, they talk a big game and dont deliver.

I had a trailer tire that was flat. I think his name was Brian who helped me. Super guy, incredibly nice and a hard worker who cared about all the customers there. It’s guys like him that keep businesses running. Brian, thank you for being so polite and willing to do work.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Mike is willing to go above and beyond to ensure your car is in good condition, and if there is work that needs to be done on the car, he tells you, regardless of whether its something Goodyear services or not. Almost all the staff I encountered are what Id consider to be car guys, and they seem to really enjoy their work. Get appointments, because this place is always booked, but its worth every penny honestly.

Awful customer service..charge higher prices than many other places. Guys on the front desk are generally very rude. 10/10 do not recommend going here.

Walked in, tv was blasting (obnoxiously loud) Fox News, cool if that’s what your into. Guy working the front desk seemed like I was interrupting his day. He seemed more interested in talking to the guy on the roach coach outside than answering the phones. On the other hand the technician was professional and preformed in a timely manner. The place is a ghost town I give it 18 months and they will be putting locks on the doors. Lots of choices out there folks customer service is key.

Excellent service, quick and clean

Long story short I went to get an oil change. Car was perfectly fine with the exception off a broken flex pipe which I fixed later that week. The oil change was about an hour and when I got my car back there was a weird grinding noise coming from the rear tires. Im not sure what they did but something was done. I never experienced this issue before and I just had gotten my rear pads and rotors change so the bearings are fine. I just spoke with a tech and I was told the wheel is rubbing on a plate. Not sure what that means but I am for certain this happened during my oil change. They need to make sure the job is complete and to ask before performing procedures that were not requested during the visit. Not at any point did I request a tire rotation. Customer service varies per visits with exception of the short bald guy with the bad leg he always has a great attitude.

I needed an oil change for my car. I called about a few hours before and asked if they take appointments and if they were busy. The man was really nice, took my information and added me in for a later time that day. I walked in at the appointment time and another man said he couldnt find my name, he said there will be a two hour wait because of first come first serve if not by appointment. So what was the point of making an appointment?

Fantastic experience. I showed up 10 minutes before closing time with a nail in the tire. Everyone at Goodyear took care of me with a smile on their face despite the fact they probably all wanted to go home. Good customer service still exist in America!

I took my flat tire in to be repaired today. I chose Goodyear bc theyve adjusted my tire pressure before and have been very nice about it, not charging, etc. Not only were they able to repair it but they didnt charge me for it! Wow, talk about excellent service!

I brought one of our vehicles in on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving we noticed a squeaking sound coming from the front tire. It progressively got worse. I brought it in a few days later and explained the situation. Mike and the guys quickly brought it in and corrected the sound. No problem. Great service.

Outstanding service with a courteous and professional attitude

Avoid this place at all costs, otherwise it will really cost you. Tire repair? No, we just tell you you need a new tire. What should have been a $ 10 repair or, free at Discount Tire - turns into a $ 100 new tire. They love to rip-off out of town folks and they seem to make it regular practice.

Only place open and willing to see us in the area on a Sunday for a flat tire. Brian was amazing and got us back on the road pretty quickly.

The engine hood of my car came out of the garage with scratches after a routine oil change. One scratch is 24 inches and a lot of smaller ones are by the latch area. Of course, the manager insists that it didn’t happen in his garage . I know it did because I washed my car before I took it and the hood was in perfect shape.My car is black and it sticks out like a sore thumb. NO RESPECT !!!

My 83-year old grandmother took her car to the New London location per my advice, for an oil change. Next thing I know, she has consented to $1800 worth of repairs on a 16-year old car. This business has taken advantage of the wrong elderly person this time, and this matter will be taken in front of a judge. I will give them ONE opportunity to right their wrong!

Not the cheapest tires but counter help is good, helpful, and knowledgeable. Havent had problems with the mechanics over torquing the lug nuts like Ive seen at other places.
