The staff at this store are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I called 10 mins before the store was closing, and they were so helpful. They troubleshooted with me, and worked with me until my issue was resolved, until well after the store was closed. Great customer support and could not recommend them more!

This place is amazing the person helped me with something I’ve needed to do for 3 months! It was also one of the best costumer service I have ever seen. And they were nice and patient with me and the person that was with me.Over all I just an amazing experience of costumer service.

I’ve used this location a couple of times and the customer service I experienced was EXCELLENT. The staff is patient, knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. The atmosphere is chill and inviting. 6 STARS!!!!!!Today I switched out my Galaxy S9+ for the S21 Ultra 5G. I couldnt be happier. JJ was knowledgeable, a true professional, and extremely proficient. It was my first time at this Verizon location and JJ made today an awesome experience. Not only was he good at his job but we also talked on a personal level. He gave me some great insight regarding my future plans to travel and live abroad after I retire from the Marines. Ive been a Verizon loyalist for 12 years now. I went to the Verizon location in New Haven where the old Starbucks used to be yesterday and I had the pleasure of having the store manager Michael help me out. He was courteous, knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer all my questions. I will definitely be referring all my friends and relatives to the store. Im not one that typically writes reviews but the experience was so positive I was compelled to do so.

Excellent hands on service

Jazz and Mike helped me transfer my number from Sprint. It was kind of an emergency. I cracked my iPhone screen so badly that there was no way to get it fixed in time for me to use it for work. I also was due for a phone upgrade and was over my Sprint service after being a long-time customer. They were super helpful and got me all hooked up. And when I was about to be late for an assignment, Jazz put me in an Uber!! I am so happy with my service that I added an Apple Watch to my service! Keep up the good work!

Retracting my statement from May although Justin did an exceptional job with the LG G4. The phone was defective beware current and potential customers of the manufacturing issue. As well as the high paying bill. Glad that I switched to AT&T and saving money @ the same time. Verizon calls continuously dropped and the towers are slow as hell.

So I went in here today. I was going to go to Sprint first but, for some reason I was pulled into Verizon. Where I met Keith and Mike (store manager). Well Keith was my service provider. He was very understanding on my budget needs and low funds. He ran my ID and my Social. That was when I was told I had $500 credit! I was blown away. I walked out of the store with a Samsung Galaxy J7 V and a portable hotspot device for only $135 a month. Come on it cant get much better than that. Go visit them!!!!

Christina was a good sales rep. Helped me out a lot. Got a phone yesterday and I just came back today and got an iPad! Bill about $150 a month for phone and iPad. Wonderful service! Thanks to the whole team!

Great service, I got the phone at a great price and the manager helped me with the entire process to make sure I knew what I was doing. 10/10 recommend.

Lied about return/exchange policy and wouldn’t allow me to use my Verizon up accessories credit when making a purchase. I came back 30 minutes after making my purchase to exchange when they told me that I couldn’t . They were also very unclear about being a 3rd party authorized seller which is something you should tell someone if you’re not gonna be clear about your policies.
