Marangely was an amazon young Lady who explained everything to me i wasnt lost. Se hace me mal te accessries í needed as well. Her helpers dana and adiel were terrific. They were conversing and laughing with me while Marangely set me up. Í felt like í knew them forever! Í do not regret switching.

My hubby and I have been with Sprint for over 10 yrs, paying high monthly phone bills, honestly in all the years with Sprint we never were offered deals only upgrades which were very expensive & not impressive. Customers Service VERY bad, it was time to move on! It was hard to move on because of the many years with Sprint, but when we realized Cricket was our best option in order to move on we decided we would go to Cricket on Grand Ave. I Must say I was very impressed, even though I was somewhat skeptical due to my long & expensive history of disappointment with Sprint. The customer service at Cricket was amazing & quick. Mara was at the store & she assisted us in style & with great customer service skills which for me is important to see that she new the products well & believes in Cricket and that’s what got our attention not only did she handle 3 other customers at the same time while assisting us but whether they were buying or not Mara treated them the same. Mara is management style nows & treats her customers with respect & a smile on her face. We’re very happy with our phones and service, I’m sure the next person will be too, as well as all future customers with Cricket.
