Highly recommend.So very friendly, and fast. Very knowledgeable on vintage bikes.I had a new tube put on my bike.It was done in less then 1/2 an hour.They sell bikes, and all the stuff that goes with bikes.

This bike shop went above and beyond to help our autistic son who cant pedal a bike or balance. He is ten and almost 150 lbs, and 58. He needed a big bike with sturdy not tippy training wheels. They put heavy duty training wheels on that hold up to 250 lbs. They made the bike adaptive just for our baby. You made his dream of riding a bike come true. Thank you!

New tires and tubes for my good ol 91 Schwinn Probe. Great job by New Haven Bicycle. I dropped it off at 10:15 and got a call it was done just 20 minutes later!They suggested a street tire vs off-road like it had. Great suggestion. Rides smooth and quiet. Highly recommend this father/son team.

These people are really down to earth and relaxed. I love the energy inside. The customer service was A1 quality they answered all my questions and made sure i knew other options as well. I will be going back.

In business for a long time and selling a wide variety of bikes, I enjoyed my visit. I needed one spring for a quick release. No problem. Also found a good deal on tires. And if you have a bicycle that is not perfect and taking up space, they work with a group that repairs bikes and gets them to the truly needy. Donate that old bike.

Great store if your looking for an older/vintage style Bike or Mountain Bike. Not really a Brand oriented store.

I only stopped in for five bucks worth of parts, but I was impressed by the co-owners and their helpfulness. I also thought it nice that they spoke of need to the community before making tons of money. I cannot vouch for their service, but looking at their prices and talking with the mechanics, I would feel comfortable having them perform repairs that I cannot handle myself. The shop has tons of retro bikes and parts - some vintage parts were still new and in original packaging. I would recommend stopping in and checking it out.

Amazing shop, amazing people. Seconds after walking in we were helped and testing bikes. They gave us the history of the bikes and knew there stuff. Honest people, great prices for quality bikes and the gentleman there even helped load the bikes in the car. Wouldnt recommend any other place more.

I have been to New Haven Bicycle shop many times and have always been treated fairly. The prices are reasonable and if they dont have what I need, they are willing to order it for me. My son needed some colored tires that matched his older bike and couldnt find them anywhere. He wanted to keep his bike in the same colored tires as the originals. The owner ordered them and we received them very quickly. My son was so happy! Thanks guys!! Ill be back.

This Bicycle shop sells some classic bikes! They restore, customize, and fit bikes that have some character to them which cannot be found anywhere else. When I walked into this store, I thought of the movie Breaking Away. And that is exactly how I felt after receiving my brand new set of Fuji racing bikes. If you previously thought a bike was out of your budget, think again as these timeless works of art bring back the nostalgia of being carefree.

New Haven Bicycles gave me a fair deal for my old road bike and they were able to order my new bike for cheaper than the competitor. I would trust these guys with bicycle repair and I definitely recommend them for buying/selling bikes.

Worst bike shopping experience ever! I have I lot of bikes and was looking to add to my collection. The knowledgeable salesman may now somethings about bikes. That I dont discredit him on but Ive seen monkeys with better people skills. 1st, dont try to sell a original paint job bike to someone who has his own collection when there is paint overspray on the chain, and has the wrong sticker pack. 2, Dont judge ur customers by there looks, u could here the dameaner change when he talk to the nice dressed customers who come in for a regular bike. 3, Dont ever tell a customer u cant afford something. I make more $ ina month than that shop makes in 3 months. They would have sold a $1500 gt a $275, $400 dollar hutch, and the 1 on the wall that I didnt even get to ask about. Probably 700 to 1000 I called next day and got a SORRY!! I was in retail management for 5 years, if I would have received that call, Mother, Father, Son, Daughter, Brother would of had to been fired on the spot just for G.P. (General Principle). If u go there make sure u get a hair cut, dress nice, no Iron Maiden tee shirt. AND MOST IN IMPORTANTLY HAVE ALL THE $ U INTEND TO SPEND OUT AND WAVE IT AROUND LIKE UR AT A STRIP CLUB!!!!
