Brought my 2018 Chevy here for an estimate after someone backed into my front end in a parking lot. It was a mess. Price was good so I had them do the work and they dealt with my insurance company directly. I later learned that the top of the radiator had a crack in the seam and they dealt with the adjuster directly for the extra payment. It looked like new when I got it back and you couldn’t tell it was damaged. It took an extra day to fix and they got me authorization for an extra day of rental car so while it was a huge hassle when that lady hit me, the process to get it fixed and back on the road was hassle free. If you read this, give my compliments to your paint guy. It looks great

My car was stolen and destroyed and luckily was brought to Catapano’s. After going through a total nightmare with my insurance, they did everything they could to help me out and were very professional. The work on my car was done perfectly, it looks exactly like it did before it was stolen. More importantly they treated me so well and helped me out with finances since they knew my insurance was trying to (literally) scam me. If you want good honest work done, this is the place.

My car was towed during street cleaning in New Haven, which sucked, but the guy at the tow company was friendly, prompt, and surprisingly sympathetic. Not at all what I expected from a tow company.

If I could give this place a negative score it still wouldn’t be enough. Rude, condescending, dispicable people in the office. Don’t bother calling unless you want to be called derogatory slurs by an inbred ape. Any good review on here was paid or is their own employee.

My infiniti suv stopped in a busy street and we had to call them for towing service. After the towing, we found a damage in wheel - we were not sure where it came from. But Catapano took the full responsibility without any argument and replaced with a brand new wheel in two days. That was very professional and fast service! Thank you!

I had parked on the corner of a street in New Haven, and got my car towed. When they took a picture of my car and posted it on the internet, we had found that they had moved my car and taken the picture in the spot that THEY had moved it to, not where I had parked. When I arrived to get my car, my mother had tripped on the torn up carpet in front of the door and the man at the counter made a joke about her falling. He then tried to tell us he takes cash only and tried making us walk across a busy street to get to an ATM, when we told him we are not doing that, his credit card machine miraculously started working. This company had scammed us once by placing my car in a new spot and taking that picture, and tried to scam us again with paying cash. Would never recommend to anybody.

Horrible people, horrible place. Go anywhere else if you have a choice, though you may not if you get ensnared in one of their shady towing scams.

They towed my car left me on the side of the road I even offers to pay cash to have it towed to my house. It was a bad night. Dont ever use this place
